Abstract

本发明公开了一种微型紫外光源,由电流源、LED芯片组、封装透镜三个部分组成;所述LED芯片组由基板、漩涡式共阳极电源线、LED发光芯片、阴极电源飞线组成,漩涡式共阳极电源线被固定在基板正面并穿过基板与电流源相连,LED发光芯片固定在基板的正面,所有LED发光芯片的阳极均与漩涡式共阳极电源线连接,阴极分别通过阴极电源飞线与电流源连接,封装透镜覆盖在基板正面,将全部LED发光芯片罩住,电流源固定在基板背面。本发明基于紫外LED,通过将不同波段的LED组成阵列,形成光谱可调的连续紫外光源。

一种微型紫外光源
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED光源,具体涉及一种微型紫外光源。
背景技术
固态紫外LED的发展使紫外光源得以微型化,可以大大减小原来的光电检测装置体积和简化电源等,但深紫外LED是一种半高宽只有10nm左右、紫外LED半高宽在20nm左右的窄光谱光源,要提供紫外波段连续光谱需要采用LED阵列,但不同开启电压和不同型号的LED阵列的封装和驱动电路仍然是一个难点,目前仍然没有商业化的紫外LED连续光源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于UV-LED连续光谱的微型紫外光源,通过将不同波段的LED组成阵列,形成光谱可调的连续紫外光源。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种微型紫外光源,由电流源、LED芯片组、封装透镜三个部分组成;
所述LED芯片组由基板、漩涡式共阳极电源线、LED发光芯片、阴极电源飞线组成,漩涡式共阳极电源线被固定在基板正面并穿过基板与电流源相连,LED发光芯片固定在基板的正面,所有LED发光芯片的阳极均与漩涡式共阳极电源线连接,阴极分别通过阴极电源飞线与电流源连接,封装透镜覆盖在基板正面,将全部LED发光芯片罩住,电流源固定在基板背面。
优选的,所述LED发光芯片包括M种规格的单色LED发光芯片,每种规格的单色LED发光芯片的数量分别为n1、n2、…nM,且按照波长从短到长的顺序沿圆心依次往外排列在漩涡式共阳极电源线的外侧,M种规格的单色LED发光芯片的主发光波长范围均在255-365nm范围内,且相邻规格的主发光波长间隔不超过10nm,单色LED发光芯片的总数为N个,N=n1+n2+…+nM
优选的,所述电流源内置N个单独的恒流驱动模块,每个恒流驱动模块单独驱动一个单色LED发光芯片,每个恒流驱动模块的电流可调范围为1-100mA。
优选的,封装透镜为石英平行光透镜。
本发明的微型紫外光源具有响应快、体积小、功耗低、维护简单、使用方便等优点,所述微型紫外光源的发光波长在250-380nm范围内(单个芯片的波长范围在255-365nm内,再加上LED展宽,实际输出波长范围为250-380nm)连续可调,解决了LED发光单一问题;N个模块电流可调的恒流驱动模块单独驱动N个不同数量的LED芯片,解决了深紫外发光效率低、发光不强以及对光谱有特殊需求的问题;芯片按照波长从短到长顺序沿圆心环绕式依次排列成漩涡形,可以解决传统深紫外光源弱、透镜损耗大与紫外光源强、透镜损耗小的问题;通过石英平行光透镜准直的光源可以直接外接光纤耦合装置,方便微型紫外光源在光纤光路中应用。

具体实施方式
以下是结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种微型紫外光源,由电流源1、LED芯片组2、封装透镜3三个部分组成;LED芯片组2由基板4、漩涡式共阳极电源线5、LED发光芯片6、阴极电源飞线7组成;漩涡式共阳极电源线5被固定在基板4正面并穿过基板4与电流源1相连,LED发光芯片6通过贴片固定在基板4的正面,LED发光芯片6的阳极焊接在环绕式共阳极电源线5上;基板4正面上覆盖封装透镜3,封装透镜3把全部LED发光芯片6罩住;电流源1固定在基板4背面,LED发光芯片6的阴极通过飞线连接电流源1,封装透镜选择石英平行光透镜。
所述LED发光芯片包括M种规格的单色LED发光芯片,每种规格的单色LED发光芯片的数量分别为n1、n2、…nM,且按照波长从短到长的顺序沿圆心依次往外排列在漩涡式共阳极电源线的外侧,M种规格的单色LED发光芯片的主发光波长范围均在255-365nm范围内,且相邻规格的主发光波长间隔不超过10nm,单色LED发光芯片的总数为N个,N=n1+n2+…+nM
所述电流源内置N个单独的恒流驱动模块,每个恒流驱动模块单独驱动一个单色LED发光芯片,每个恒流驱动模块的电流可调范围为1-100mA。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种微型紫外光源,由电流源、LED芯片组、封装透镜三个部分组成;
所述LED芯片组由基板、漩涡式共阳极电源线、LED发光芯片、阴极电源飞线组成,漩涡式共阳极电源线被固定在基板正面并穿过基板与电流源相连,LED发光芯片固定在基板的正面,所有LED发光芯片的阳极均与漩涡式共阳极电源线连接,阴极分别通过阴极电源飞线与电流源连接,封装透镜覆盖在基板正面,将全部LED发光芯片罩住,电流源固定在基板背面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型紫外光源,其特征在于:所述LED发光芯片包括M种规格的单色LED发光芯片,每种规格的单色LED发光芯片的数量分别为n1、n2、…nM,且按照波长从短到长的顺序沿圆心依次往外排列在漩涡式共阳极电源线的外侧,M种规格的单色LED发光芯片的主发光波长范围均在255-365nm范围内,且相邻规格的主发光波长间隔不超过10nm,单色LED发光芯片的总数为N个,N=n1+n2+…+nM
3.根据权利要求2所述的微型紫外光源,其特征在于:所述电流源内置N个单独的恒流驱动模块,每个恒流驱动模块单独驱动一个单色LED发光芯片,每个恒流驱动模块的电流可调范围为1-100mA。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的微型紫外光源,其特征在于:所述封装透镜为石英平行光透镜。
