As an embodiment of the present invention, an extrusion chamber 341 is opened inside the elastic rubber sleeve 34, and the extrusion chamber 341 is filled with a foamed aluminum material; a spiral groove 342 is formed in the outer wall of the elastic rubber sleeve 34, and a friction bulge 7 is arranged on the inner wall of the spiral groove 342; when the coupling works, the foamed aluminum material filled in the elastic rubber sleeve 34 can improve the hardness and rigidity of the elastic rubber sleeve 34, and meanwhile, the elastic buffering effect of the elastic rubber sleeve 34 cannot be influenced, so that the transmission torque force during the transmission of the coupling water pump is improved; meanwhile, when the elastic rubber sleeve 34 is inserted into the plug slot hole 21, the spiral groove 342 formed in the elastic rubber sleeve 34 is convenient for self compression deformation, so that the elastic rubber sleeve 34 can be rapidly inserted into the plug slot hole 21, meanwhile, the friction force between the inner walls of the friction protrusion 7 arranged on the inner wall of the spiral groove 342 can be increased, and the stability and firmness of the installation of the elastic rubber sleeve 34 in the plug slot hole 21 are increased.
The invention relates to a water pump, which comprises a coupler, a motor and a pump body; the shaft coupling is installed and connected on a rotating shaft of the motor and a shaft body of the pump body; the coupler is composed of the coupler.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the bolt assembly 3 is required to be installed on the first half coupling body 1 during working, an assembler firstly fixes the elastic rubber sleeve 34 on the inserting column 33, then inserts the fixed inserting column 31 into the corresponding installation slotted hole 12, and sequentially inserts the bolt assemblies 3 into the installation slotted hole 12; at the moment, a plurality of inserting cylinders 5 arranged on an annular fixing ring 4 are inserted into the installation slots, the end faces of the inserting cylinders 5 are in contact with the end faces of the fixed inserting columns 31, the threaded columns 32 are inserted into the inserting cylinders 5, the threaded columns 32 are sequentially fixed into the inserting cylinders 5 through nuts and gaskets, then the annular fixing ring 4 is fixed to the end face of the first half coupling body 1 through bolts, and further a plurality of bolt assemblies 3 can be fixed onto the first half coupling body 1; then on being fixed to the pivot of motor with first half shaft coupling body 1, then insert a plurality of bolt subassemblies 3 in the grafting slotted hole 21 of second half shaft coupling body 2, then on being fixed the shaft body of the pump body with second half shaft coupling body 2 for first half shaft coupling body 1 closely laminates with second half shaft coupling body 2, and then with the coupling joint on the water pump.

A water pump coupling comprises a first half coupling body (1) and a second half coupling body (2); the method is characterized in that: the outer side wall of the first half coupling body (1) is provided with an annular cavity (11), and a plurality of mounting slotted holes (12) are uniformly formed in the annular cavity (11); a plurality of inserting slotted holes (21) are uniformly formed in the circular disc of the second half-coupling body (2), and the inserting slotted holes (21) are aligned with the mounting slotted holes (12); the installation groove holes (12) are internally provided with bolt components (3), and each bolt component (3) comprises a fixed inserting column (31), a threaded column (32), an inserting column (33), an elastic rubber sleeve (34) and a fixed compression bar (35); the fixed inserting columns (31) are correspondingly inserted into the mounting groove holes (12) respectively, and one ends of the fixed inserting columns (31) are fixed with threaded columns (32); the other end of the fixed inserting column (31) is provided with an inserting column (33), and an elastic rubber sleeve (34) is sleeved on the inserting column (33); the fixed pressure lever (35) is fixed on the plug-in column (33), and the fixed pressure lever (35) is used for fixing the elastic rubber sleeve (34); the outer diameter of the elastic rubber sleeve (34) is equal to the diameter of the mounting slotted hole (12); an annular fixing ring (4) is arranged in the annular cavity (11), and a plurality of inserting cylinders (5) are uniformly fixed on the annular fixing ring (4); the plurality of inserting cylinders (5) are inserted into the mounting groove holes (12), and the end parts of the inserting cylinders (5) are in contact with the end surfaces of the fixed inserting columns (31); the threaded column (32) is positioned in the insertion cylinder (5), and a nut is connected to the threaded column (32) in a threaded manner; the annular fixing ring (4) is fixed to the outer end face of the first half coupling body (1) through bolts.
