The invention relates to the technical field of fans, in particular to a novel spraying fan capable of being powered movably.
Background
The spraying fan is equipment for cooling and relieving summer heat by utilizing the rotation of an electric fan and matching with a spraying device, and can accelerate air circulation and simultaneously uniformly increase air humidity. The structure of conventional spraying fan and ordinary floor fan's structure difference is not big, all fixes the whole upper portion structure of fan by adopting a chassis as the focus of fan bottom, and the spraying fan only sets up the water tank that can impound on the chassis, and the screen panel department of fan is carried with water to the pipe of rethread peripheral hardware, blows off the water smoke through the flabellum rotation.
However, the existing structure of the spray fan has many defects in practical use, such as: because the common spray fan is used outdoors, and the common spray fan is connected with a fixed power supply by leading out a power line in the machine body, a stable power supply cannot be found outdoors and cannot be used, great inconvenience is brought to consumers; secondly, the conventional spraying fan base plate is fixed and heavy, so that a consumer cannot easily move the spraying fan, and when the spraying fan is used outdoors, the spraying fan is inconvenient to move due to the base plate structure; finally, because the current mainstream spraying fan is similar to the conventional vertical floor fan in structure, the height of the fan head is higher, but due to the structure, the water mist diffusion area is too large, so that the water mist is easy to be attached to other people or other electric appliances, and certain potential safety hazards are caused. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a spray fan with a more rational structure that can solve the existing drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a novel movable power supply spraying fan with a more reasonable structure aiming at the problems in the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a novel spray fan capable of supplying power movably comprises a fan component and an outer support component arranged outside the fan component, wherein the fan component comprises fan blades, a mesh enclosure arranged outside the fan blades and a mesh enclosure ring arranged between the mesh enclosures, an installation bin with a fixed plate is arranged on the inner side of the mesh enclosure, a water supply pipe is arranged on the fixed plate, a plurality of raised water supply connectors are uniformly distributed on the water supply pipe, a plurality of limiting columns are arranged on the fixed plate corresponding to the water supply connectors, one side of the water supply pipe is connected with a water delivery pipe, the fan component is arranged on one side of the outer support component, protective shells are symmetrically arranged on the other side of the outer support component, the protective shells surround a power supply accommodating bin, a battery pack is arranged in the power supply accommodating bin, a power supply accommodating bin upper cover is arranged on the upper side of the power supply accommodating bin, and, the power supply accommodating bin is characterized in that a control panel is arranged on the upper side of the power supply accommodating bin, a trundle is installed on one side below the outer support assembly, and a telescopic rod is installed on the other side of the lower side of the outer support assembly.
Preferably, the outer bracket assembly comprises a plurality of connecting brackets and corner protectors arranged between the connecting brackets, the corner protectors comprise three-direction first corner protectors, three-direction second corner protectors, two-direction third corner protectors, two-direction fourth corner protectors, two-direction fifth corner protectors and two-direction sixth corner protectors, and mutually parallel fixed corner protectors are symmetrically arranged between the connecting brackets on the lower side of the fan assembly.
Preferably, the first corner protector is composed of a rectangular branch and a long branch perpendicular to the rectangular branch, the second corner protector is composed of a T-shaped branch and a short branch perpendicular to the T-shaped branch, a connecting support is arranged between the long branch and the short branch, an integrated fourth corner protector and symmetrically arranged and parallel sixth corner protectors are arranged between the connecting supports on the lower side of the first corner protector, and a third corner protector and a fifth corner protector are symmetrically arranged on the connecting supports on the lower side of the second corner protector.
Preferably, a rotating shaft is arranged on a fourth corner guard on one side of the mesh enclosure ring, an outer rotating plate with one side connected with the mesh enclosure ring is arranged in the fourth corner guard, the inner side of the protective shell is correspondingly provided with another outer rotating plate, and an inner rotating plate matched with the outer rotating plate is arranged on the inner side of the mesh enclosure ring.
Preferably, a water pump is arranged below the battery pack in the power supply accommodating bin, one end of the water pump is connected with the water pipe, and the other end of the water pump is connected with a water inlet pipe extending out of the protective shell.
Preferably, the lower side of the fifth corner protector is provided with a caster, one side of the sixth corner protector is provided with an opening, a telescopic rod is arranged in the opening, and the front end of the telescopic rod is provided with a handle.
Preferably, a motor connected with a fan blade driving shaft is arranged on the rear side of the fan blade, and the motor is a 48V direct current brushless motor.
Compared with the prior art, the novel spraying fan with the movable power supply has the beneficial effects that: when the portable outdoor atomizing fan is used outdoors, an external power supply does not need to be found, the portable outdoor atomizing fan can be driven to work through the power supply bag carried by the portable outdoor atomizing fan, and the portability and the stability of the portable outdoor atomizing fan are greatly improved; replace traditional chassis through setting up the outer support subassembly, make the high reduction of spraying fan, very big increase the structural stability and the intensity of spraying fan, also prevent simultaneously that water smoke from spreading to other electrical apparatus on, improved the security of spraying fan. In addition, the use experience of consumer has further been promoted to removable atomising head and the screen panel circle that can overturn from beginning to end.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the novel portable power supply atomizing fan of the present embodiment includes a fan assembly 2 and an external bracket assembly 1 installed outside the fan assembly 2.
The external bracket assembly 1 comprises a plurality of connecting brackets 11 made of aluminum and different corner protectors arranged between the connecting brackets 11, wherein the corner protectors in the embodiment comprise an upper shell and a lower shell which are fixed by screw threads. The angle bead comprises a three-way first angle bead 12, a three-way second angle bead 13, a two-way third angle bead 14, a four-way angle bead 15, a fifth angle bead 16 and a sixth angle bead 17, and mutually parallel fixed angle beads 18 are symmetrically arranged between the connecting brackets 11 at the lower side of the fan component 2.
Specifically, the first corner protector 12 is composed of a rectangular branch and a long branch perpendicular to the rectangular branch, the second corner protector 13 is composed of a T-shaped branch and a short branch perpendicular to the T-shaped branch, and the connecting bracket 11 is arranged between the long branch and the short branch. The lower ends of the branches of the first angle bead 12 and the second angle bead 13 are respectively provided with the connecting supports 11 which are parallel to each other, so that the lower ends form two rows of supporting structures which are parallel to each other, and the stability of the spraying fan is improved. The connecting brackets 11 at the lower side of the first corner protector 12 are provided with an integrated fourth corner protector 15 and sixth corner protectors 17 which are symmetrically arranged and are parallel to each other, and the connecting brackets 11 at the lower side of the second corner protector 13 are symmetrically provided with a third corner protector 14 and a fifth corner protector 16 which are parallel to each other.
In addition, in order to solve the defect that the spraying fan is inconvenient to move, the caster 4 is arranged on the lower side of the fifth corner guard 16, an opening is arranged on one side of the sixth corner guard 17, the telescopic rod 5 is arranged in the opening, and the front end of the telescopic rod 5 is provided with a handle. The spraying fan can be easily moved by dragging the handle during use, and the telescopic rod can be stored when the spraying fan is not moved.
The fan assembly 2 includes fan blades, net covers 21 mounted on the outer sides of the fan blades, and a circular net cover ring 22 mounted between the net covers 21. Specifically, a motor 23 connected with a driving shaft of the fan blade is arranged on the rear side of the fan blade, and the motor 23 is a 48V direct current brushless motor. The screen panel 21 inboard is provided with the installation storehouse that has the fixed plate, and the fixed plate facial make-up is equipped with annular delivery pipe 211, and a plurality of bellied water supply of evenly distributed connect 212 on the delivery pipe 211, and this water supply connects 212 outwards to stretch out through the through-hole that screen panel 21 middle part set up, and threaded connection has a detachable atomising head on the water supply connects 212, the low pressure atomizing nozzle of installation on the atomising head in this embodiment. Two limiting columns 213 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the water supply joint 212, and the limiting columns 213 are used for being matched with clamping pieces on the water supply joint 212 to fix the water supply joint 212. Meanwhile, one side of the water supply pipe 211 is connected with a water delivery pipe 214.
A rotating shaft 221 is arranged on the fourth corner guard 15 at one side of the mesh enclosure 22, an outer rotating plate 222 with one side connected with the mesh enclosure 22 is arranged in the fourth corner guard 15, another outer rotating plate 222 is correspondingly arranged at the inner side of the protective shell 31, and an inner rotating plate 223 matched with the outer rotating plate 222 is arranged at the inner side of the mesh enclosure 22. The rotation shaft 221 sequentially passes through the fourth corner guard 15, the outer rotation plate 222 and the inner rotation plate 223, and the inner rotation plate 223 and the outer rotation plate 222 on one side of the protective shell 31 are matched to realize the function of turning the mesh enclosure 22 back and forth in the outer bracket assembly 1.
Fan assembly 2 installs in outer bracket component 1 one side, and protective housing 31 is installed to the opposite side symmetry, encloses into power holding storehouse through protective housing 31, and is equipped with battery package 33 in the power holding storehouse, and in this embodiment, the adoption is that 56V battery package supplies power. The upper side of the power supply accommodating bin is provided with a rectangular power supply accommodating bin upper cover 32, and the upper side of the power supply accommodating bin upper cover 32 is provided with a mounting part 321 on two sides of the protection shell 31. The upper side of the power supply accommodating bin is provided with a control panel 34, and the control panel 34 can adjust the rotating speed of fan blades and the size of water mist of the atomizing head. A water pump is arranged below the battery pack 33 in the power supply accommodating bin, one end of the water pump is connected with the water pipe 214, and the other end of the water pump is connected with a water inlet pipe 215 extending out of the protective shell 31. The water inlet pipe 215 may be connected to a water tank or other water storage device to provide water. In this embodiment, the water pump is a diaphragm water pump.
Compared with the prior art, the novel spraying fan with the movable power supply does not need to search an external power supply when used outdoors, and can be driven to work through a power supply bag carried by the novel spraying fan, so that the portability and the stability of the spraying fan outdoors are greatly improved; replace traditional chassis through setting up the outer support subassembly, make the high reduction of spraying fan, very big increase the structural stability and the intensity of spraying fan, also prevent simultaneously that water smoke from spreading to other electrical apparatus on, improved the security of spraying fan. In addition, the use experience of consumers is further promoted to removable atomising head and the screen panel that can overturn from beginning to end.
