Abstract
The invention discloses a protective component for packaging a washing machine and a washing machine packaging device with the protective component, wherein the protective component comprises a limiting section, a flanging and a supporting section, and the flanging is vertically connected with one end of the limiting section; the supporting section is connected to the other end of the limiting section and inclines towards one side of the flanging; and a space is formed between the support section and the flanging. The invention has the beneficial effects that: through increase the protective part in washing machine packing plant, can prevent the blotter wearing and tearing, strengthen packing bolt's fixed effect, prevent that washing machine from taking place to bruise or warp because of the external force influence in the transportation, guarantee washing machine's outward appearance and performance.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machine packaging protection, and particularly relates to a protection component for washing machine packaging and a washing machine packaging device with the protection component.
Background
As the quality of life of people improves, more and more households use washing machines. People put higher demands on the appearance and the service performance of the washing machine. As a large household appliance, especially a drum washing machine, if the package is not perfect, the washing machine is easy to damage in the transportation process.
The drum washing machine is a device which imitates the principle that a stick hammer strikes clothes, places detergent, washing water and washings in a drum, and drives the drum to rotate through a motor so as to wash. The existing drum washing machine comprises a shell, a door, an outer drum, a drum and a motor device. The outer tub of the drum washing machine is generally supported by a spring and a damper and can rock within a certain range. Therefore, during transportation, the outer drum may collide with the outer casing of the washing machine to damage or deform the washing machine, which may affect the appearance or use performance of the washing machine. Therefore, the fixation of the outer drum is particularly important in the packing and transportation process of the drum washing machine.
Chinese patent application No. CN108216926A discloses a packaging structure for a drum washing machine, which fixes an outer drum of the washing machine by a bolt fixing structure. The bolt fixing structure comprises a packaging sleeve, a packaging cushion pad, a packaging gasket and a packaging bolt. The packing bolt sequentially penetrates through the packing gasket, the packing cushion pad, the packing sleeve and the rear plate hole of the washing machine box body and is in threaded connection with the outer cylinder of the washing machine.
In the above patent document, although there is a bolt fixing structure, the packing cushion in the bolt fixing structure is generally a rubber member, which is in direct contact with the back plate of the washing machine, and is easily worn during the transportation of the washing machine, so that the packing bolt fails, and the damping and noise-proof effects are lost. This poses a great threat to the appearance and usability of the drum washing machine.
In addition, the existing packaging bolt must be removed before the drum washing machine is used, so that the packaging bolt mounting hole of the rear plate of the drum washing machine is exposed outside. The washing machine box is usually made of metal materials, and sharp hole edges are easy to scratch objects or human skin, so that great potential safety hazards exist.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art. To this end, an object of the present invention is to provide a protection member for a washing machine packing, which is used to isolate a packing cushion and a washing machine rear plate and protect packing bolts.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine packing device, which includes the above-mentioned protection component.
The basic concept of the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a protection component for packaging a washing machine comprises a limiting section, a flanging and a supporting section, wherein the flanging is vertically connected with one end of the limiting section; the supporting section is connected to the other end of the limiting section and inclines towards one side of the flanging; and a space is formed between the support section and the flanging.

According to the washing machine packaging device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first surface of the flanging is attached to the transition surfaces of different outer diameter sections of the cushion pad, and the second surface of the flanging is attached to the outer side surface of the washing machine rear plate.
Further, the radial dimension of the flanging is larger than or equal to that of the transition surface of the cushion pad.
Furthermore, the limiting section is attached to the cylindrical curved surface of the cushion pad.
According to the washing machine packaging device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the protection component is a plurality of split components and/or an integral component which are/is arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer circle contour line of the cushion pad cylinder.
Further, the hardness of the shielding member is greater than that of the cushion pad and less than that of the rear plate of the washing machine.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
The protective component is added on the packaging device of the drum washing machine, so that on one hand, the direct contact between the cushion pad and the rear plate of the washing machine can be prevented, the isolation and protection effects are realized, the cushion pad is prevented from being worn by the rear plate of the washing machine, and the packaging bolt is indirectly protected, so that the damping and noise-resisting effects can be realized; on the other hand, the installation protection component can play a fastening role, so that the damage of sliding friction to the cushion pad can be reduced, and the packaging bolt is more reliably fixed; meanwhile, the protective component can prevent the periphery of the penetrating part of the back plate of the washing machine from deforming due to jolt and impact in the transportation process, and the washing machine is convenient to use next time.
In addition, after the packaging device is dismantled after transportation is completed, the protective part can be kept on the box body rear plate, the edge of the penetrating part is effectively prevented from scratching objects or human skin, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
Meanwhile, the invention has simple structure and obvious effect and is suitable for popularization and use.

The connecting piece 5 penetrates through the back plate 6 of the washing machine to be connected with the outer cylinder of the washing machine, and the cushion pad 4 is sleeved on the connecting piece 5 and is positioned between the back plate 6 of the washing machine and the connecting piece 5. The packaging device further comprises the protective component 100, the protective component 100 comprises a limiting section 1, a flanging 2 and a supporting section 3, the flanging 2 is vertically connected with one end of the limiting section 1, the supporting section 3 is connected with the other end of the limiting section 1 and inclines to one side of the flanging 2, and a space is reserved between the supporting section 3 and the flanging 2. The flanging 2 is arranged between the cushion pad 4 and the washing machine rear plate 6, and the limiting section 1 is positioned in an axial gap between the cushion pad 4 and the washing machine rear plate 6 and is used for isolating the cushion pad 4 from the washing machine rear plate 6 and protecting the cushion pad 4 from being scratched and abraded by the washing machine rear plate 6.
