Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention discloses a concentration-adjustable ozone water purification system, which mainly comprises a water purification tank 1, a water supply pipe 2, a water return pipe 3 and a controller 4, wherein the water purification tank 1 is communicated with the water supply pipe 2, and the water supply pipe 2 is provided with a first water supply pump 21 and an ozone generator 22 for performing ozone sterilization on water to be purified.
Specifically, an ozone detector 31 is installed on the water return pipe 3 and used for detecting the ozone content in water, the water return pipe 3 is communicated with the water supply pipe 2, the output end of the water return pipe 3 is communicated with the purified water tank 1 to form a water circulation loop of the purified water tank 1, the water supply pipe 2 and the water return pipe 3, and when the water supply pipe 2 does not supply water to a user, water to be purified flows in the purified water tank 1, the water supply pipe 2 and the water return pipe 3; the controller 4 is respectively in communication connection with the ozone generator 22 and the ozone detector 31, and is used for adjusting the ozone generation efficiency of the ozone generator 22 according to the real-time ozone concentration of the ozone detector 31.
The principle of the ozone water purification system with adjustable concentration is as follows: the water purifying tank 1 is used for delivering water to a user through the water supply pipe 2, the ozone generator 22 on the water supply pipe 2 generates ozone in real time to sterilize a water source on the water supply pipe 2, the water return pipe 3 is connected to the water supply pipe 2, the water supply pipe 2 supplies water to the user and simultaneously supplies water to the water return pipe 3, and when the water supply pipe 2 does not supply water to the user, all the water sources on the water supply pipe 2 flow to the water return pipe 3 and finally return to the water purifying tank 1; the ozone detector 31 detects the ozone content of the water flowing through the water return pipe 3 and feeds the detected ozone content back to the controller 4, and the controller 4 judges whether the ozone content is within a reasonable concentration according to a preset logic, so as to adjust the ozone generation efficiency of the ozone generator 22. In addition, the water purifying tank 1 is connected with a water delivery pipe which delivers water to the water purifying tank 1, so that the ozone water purifying system with adjustable concentration can operate constantly.
In some embodiments, the controller 4 is communicatively coupled to the first water supply pump 21, and the controller 4 further adjusts the water supply efficiency of the first water supply pump 21 based on the real-time ozone concentration of the ozone detector 31. Specifically, when water is continuously supplied to the user for a long time, the real-time ozone parameter detected by the ozone detector 31 is low, and the controller 4 adjusts the ozone generator 22, so as to accelerate the ozone generation efficiency, and meanwhile, the controller 4 adjusts the first water supply pump 21, so that when the ozone content is lower than the minimum effective sterilization value, the water supply efficiency of the first water supply pump 21 is slowed down, and the water flow rate is reduced.
