Abstract
The invention discloses a PET hot-filling container preformed blank body with an integral handle, a preparation method and application thereof. The preformed blank body is prepared from PET plastics and can be used for preparing a PET hot-filling container with an integral handle. The invention can effectively shorten the process flow, simplify the process, reduce the occupied space, improve the energy utilization rate, reduce the energy consumption, improve the molding efficiency and reduce the operation cost, thereby reducing the cost of the plastic container and being suitable for large-scale industrial production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a preformed blank of a PET hot-filling container with an integral handle, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The PET plastic has the characteristics of light weight, high transparency, impact resistance, difficult fragmentation and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of articles for daily use, daily chemical packaging and the like. PET bottles have low environmental pollution and energy consumption, and gradually replace traditional packaging materials today due to the environmental awareness; meanwhile, the packaging material has the functions of heat resistance, pressure resistance and the like, replaces various PVC bottles, aluminum cans, iron cans, glass bottles and the like, and becomes the most growth-potential packaging material.
In order to conveniently take and place the plastic container, a handle is usually required to be arranged on the plastic container, and because the plasticity of PET and PETG materials is poor, the plastic container has extremely high selectivity from mold processing to machine equipment. The plastic container with the handle integrated with the bottle body is difficult to directly form based on a common process, and at present, the secondary sheathing of the handle is usually adopted by manual sheathing, or the process scheme that equipment is used to fixedly connect the handle to the PET plastic container by adopting a post-positioned or clamping process; the technical scheme has low sleeving efficiency, leads to increase of production and operation cost, and cannot meet the requirement of large-batch industrial production. Meanwhile, the connecting strength of the handle and the bottle body of the secondary suit is relatively poor, and the handle is easy to fall off when external impact and large load are applied; handles are often of a different material than plastic containers, resulting in recycling difficulties.
Chinese patent publication No. CN1189121 discloses a container with an integral handle, a preform and a method of manufacture, wherein a preform is first formed with a neck portion and an expandable portion below the neck portion, the neck portion including a positioning ring above the expandable portion and a rigid handle extending from and integrally formed with the positioning ring and formed of an orientable, stretchable thermoplastic material; the preform is then subjected to a blow molding operation to expand the expanded portion thereof to form the body of the container.
Chinese invention patent publication No. CN1917997 discloses an integral handle PET container system, consisting of plastic material that can be oriented and such that the resulting blow-molded container will comprise a hollow handle, the preform comprising: a molded structure having a neck and an extensible portion below the neck; and a hollow handle portion of orientable plastics material integrally connected at least at a first end to the preform and which constitutes the handle when formed into a container, wherein an inner surface of the hollow handle portion is formed as a continuous body with an inner surface of the malleable portion.
Chinese patent publication No. CN1636702 discloses a PET bottle with an integral handle and a method for manufacturing the same, which comprises injection molding with a mold, injecting molten resin into a primary mold with an injector, injection molding a preform having a bottle mouth, a handle and a bottle body, heating, transferring to a secondary mold, stretching the bottle body, blow molding, and integrally forming a PET bottle by surrounding the end of the handle during the blow molding of the bottle body.
The Chinese patent publication No. CN105480541 discloses a plastic container with a through hole and a production method thereof, the plastic container is made of PET or PETG material and comprises a container outer wall used for coating a container inner cavity, the through hole penetrates through two opposite sides of the container outer wall, the side wall of the through hole obstructs the container inner cavity and the inner cavity of the through hole, the depth of the through hole is less than or equal to 20mm, partial areas of two opposite sides of the outer wall of a semi-finished product of the plastic container, which are less than or equal to 20mm in distance, are welded to the two to form a welding surface, the welding surface is cut off to form the through hole, and finally the plastic container is formed.
Above-mentioned four schemes can both realize going out the plastic container with the handle of body integral structure through the direct shaping of PET material, nevertheless still has following not enough in the forming process:
(1) in the preformed blank, the structure of the integral handle is complex, so that the manufacture of a blank forming die is complex and the cost is high, and therefore, the process in the blank forming process is complex and the cost of the integral preformed blank is high;
(2) the two-step molding process is adopted, namely, the preformed blank bodies are produced in batches through the injection molding process, cooled and stored in stock, and when needed, the preformed blank bodies are heated, blown, demoulded, cooled and the like through blowing equipment to form the final plastic container, so that the production flow of the product is long, the technological process is complex, the occupied space of a field is large, the operation cost is increased, and the cost of the plastic container is higher;
(3) in the two-step molding process, the preformed blank needs to be cooled and then stored in a stock, the occupied area is large, the preformed blank needs to be preheated in the blow molding process, the energy consumption is large, and the energy utilization rate is low;
(4) in the blow molding process, the end of the handle needs to be surrounded on the bottle body and fused with the bottle body, thereby increasing the complexity of the plastic container molding process and ensuring that the production efficiency is not high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preformed blank body of a PET hot-filling container with a handle of an integrated structure, which has a simple structure, simplifies the manufacturing process of a forming die and reduces the cost of the integral preformed blank body, aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the preformed blank of the PET hot-filling container with the handle of the integral structure.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide the use of the above-described preformed handle-integrated PET hot-fill container blank for making a handle-integrated PET hot-fill container.

s2, injecting molten PET resin into the molding die to form a preform with a bottle mouth, a bottle neck, a bottle body and an integral handle;
and S3, cooling and demolding to obtain the preformed blank of the PET hot-filling container with the handle of the integrated structure.
Further, the molding die in step S1 includes an upper die set defining the shapes of the bottle mouth, the bottle neck, the connecting piece and the handle, a lower die set defining the shape of the bottle body, and a main mandrel located in the cavity of the molding die.

The PET resin in a molten state enters the mold from the first injection runner to form the bottle body, the bottle opening and the positioning ring, and meanwhile, the PET resin in a molten state enters the handle mold cavity from the second injection runner to form the handle and is connected with the positioning ring into a whole through the connecting sheet mold cavity, so that a preform with the handle in an integrated structure is finally formed, and the forming efficiency is improved.
Use of a preformed PET hot fill container blank having a handle of unitary construction as described above in the manufacture of a PET hot fill container having a handle of unitary construction, said use comprising the steps of:
y1. preparing a PET hot-fill container forming mold with integral handles;
y2. heating and temperature-adjusting the preformed blank of the PET hot-filling container with the handle of the integrated structure;
y3. blow molding the preform body using a hot-fill container forming mold to form a desired shape of the hot-fill container, and cooling and demolding to obtain the PET hot-fill container having the handle of the integral structure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention adopts a one-step molding process, shortens the process flow, simplifies the process, simultaneously reduces the occupied space, and effectively utilizes the waste heat of the blank body, improves the energy utilization rate, reduces the energy consumption and the operation cost by entering the heating temperature adjusting process when the blank body just demoulded is at a higher temperature, thereby reducing the cost of the plastic container.
In the blow molding process, the handle does not need to be fused with the bottle body, so that the operation time is shortened, the molding efficiency is improved, and the blow molding device is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a PET hot-fill container preform blank with an integral handle, which includes a bottle mouth, a bottle neck, a bottle body and a handle, wherein the bottle body 2 is a substantially cylindrical extensible body portion that can be oriented to form a container; the bottle mouth 1 is communicated with the bottle body 2 through a neck part 4, and a positioning ring 41 and a thread 42 are arranged on the neck part 4; the handle 3 is arranged on the neck 4 portion and is integrally connected to the preform by means of a connecting piece 31 connected to the neck 4.
In this embodiment, the handle is a strip-like body, in order to maintain the appearance of the handle 3 when the container contains the contents, the thickness of the handle 3 is thick, so that the handle 3 becomes a hard handle, and the thickness of the connecting piece 31 for connecting the bottle neck 4 and the handle 3 is thin, so that the connecting piece 31 becomes a soft flexible piece with low expansion ratio, when the good connection of the container and the handle 3 is ensured, the appearance of the connecting piece 31 can be well changed when the container contains the contents, and the handle is bent to a certain extent when the container contains the contents, so that the handle is not brittle.

Example 5
Referring to example 1, this embodiment provides a preform blank of a PET hot-fill container with handles of an integral configuration, as shown in fig. 6, which differs from example 1 in that two handles 3 of the same configuration are provided on a retaining ring 41 of the preform, and two handles 3 are provided on both sides of the neck 4, and the connecting line between the two handles 3 passes through the axis of the neck.
In the embodiment, two handles 3 with the same structure are arranged, so that the bearing capacity of the handles, particularly the connecting piece 31 for connecting the bottle neck 41 and the handles 3 is increased, and the handle is suitable for being used on a large-capacity container.
Example 6

As shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment provides a PET hot-fill container preform molding die having a handle of an integral structure, forming a PET preform including a neck finish 1, a body 2, a handle 3 and a neck finish 4, wherein the molding die is composed of an upper die set 5, a lower die set 6 and a main mandrel 7.
In this embodiment, the upper die set 5 is used for limiting the shapes of the bottle mouth, the bottle neck, the connecting sheet and the handle, and is provided with a corresponding die cavity; the lower die set 6 is used for limiting the shape of the bottle body and is provided with a bottle body die cavity; the main spindle 7 is located in the cavity of the moulding tool. A first injection pouring channel and a second injection pouring channel for injecting molten resin are arranged at the bottom of the molding die; the first injection pouring channel is connected with a mold cavity of the molding mold, and the second injection pouring channel is connected with a handle mold cavity in the upper mold group.

y3, moving the heated and temperature-adjusted preform of the handle with the integrated structure to a third station, performing blow molding operation on the preform blank by using a hot-filled container forming mold to form the required shape of the hot-filled container, and cooling and demolding to obtain the PET hot-filled container with the handle with the integrated structure.

4. A preformed blank of PET hot-fill container having handles of unitary construction according to claim 3, wherein the handles are disposed on opposite sides of the neck of the bottle, the line of connection between the handles passing through the axis of the neck of the bottle.
5. A preformed blank of a PET hot-fill container having a handle of unitary construction as claimed in claim 3, wherein said handle is provided with male and female interlocking elements, respectively.
6. A method for preparing a preformed body of a PET hot-filling container with an integral handle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps:
s1, designing and manufacturing a PET hot-filling container preform mould mold with an integral handle;
s2, injecting molten PET resin into the molding die to form a preform with a bottle mouth, a bottle neck, a bottle body and an integral handle;
and S3, cooling and demolding to obtain the preformed blank of the PET hot-filling container with the handle of the integrated structure.
7. The method for preparing a bottle according to claim 6, wherein the molding die in step S1 includes an upper die set defining the shapes of the bottle mouth, the bottle neck, the connecting piece and the handle, a lower die set defining the shape of the bottle body, and a main mandrel located in the cavity of the molding die.
8. The production method according to claim 6, wherein the molding-die bottom is provided with an injection runner for injecting the molten resin.
9. The method of making as set forth in claim 8, wherein the injection runners include a first injection runner connected to the mold cavity of the molding mold and a second injection runner connected to the handle mold cavity in the upper mold set.
10. Use of a preformed PET hot-fill container blank with an integral handle according to any of claims 1 to 5 for the manufacture of a PET hot-fill container with an integral handle, said use comprising the steps of:
y1. preparing a PET hot-fill container forming mold with integral handles;
y2. heating and temperature-adjusting the preformed blank of the PET hot-filling container with the handle of the integrated structure;
y3. blow molding the preform body using a hot-fill container forming mold to form a desired shape of the hot-fill container, and cooling and demolding to obtain the PET hot-fill container having the handle of the integral structure.
