The length direction of the pressing frame 14 is parallel to the second direction, the lower end of the pressing frame 14 is rotatably connected with the transverse underframe 1, the rotating center line of the pressing frame 14 is also parallel to the second direction, the pressing strip 15 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the pressing frame 14, the material of the pressing strip 15 parallel to the second direction in the length direction of the pressing strip 15 is preferably polyurethane material, and damage to the upper decorative plate of the back door is avoided. The third positioning grooves 16 are grooves formed by recessing from the side surface of the swaging strip 15 toward the inside of the swaging strip 15, the third positioning grooves 16 are used for embedding a fifth part of the trim plate on the back door, the shape of the third positioning grooves 16 is matched with the shape of a fourth part of the trim plate on the back door, all the third positioning grooves 16 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the swaging strip 15 and are distributed at equal intervals, and the number of the third positioning grooves 16 is the same as that of the first upper positioning grooves 7.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, two material pressing frames are arranged, the first material bracket and the second material bracket are located between the two material pressing frames, and the two material pressing frames are located on the same straight line parallel to the first direction. When the two material pressing frames are in an avoiding state, the distance between the two material pressing frames is the largest, at this time, the upper decorative plate of the back door can be placed on the first material bracket and the second material bracket between the two material pressing frames, or the upper decorative plate of the back door on the first material bracket and the second material bracket can be taken out, the material pressing frames do not influence the taking and placing of the upper decorative plate of the back door, at this time, the material pressing frames are in a vertical state, and the element 17 is kept in a compression state; when the two material pressing frames are in the anti-jumping state, the distance between the two material pressing frames is the minimum, at the moment, the two material pressing frames apply pressure to all rear back door upper decoration plates arranged on the first material bracket and the second material bracket, the material pressing strips 15 are in contact with the rear back door upper decoration plates, fifth parts of the rear back door upper decoration plates are embedded into the third positioning grooves 16, all rear back door upper decoration plates are fixed on the first material bracket and the second material bracket, the rear back door upper decoration plates are prevented from jumping, at the moment, the holding elements 17 are in the extending state, the holding elements 17 apply downward pressure to the material pressing frames, the material pressing frames are in the inclined state, the width direction of the material pressing frames is perpendicular to the second direction, an included angle is formed between the width direction of the material pressing frames and the first direction, and the included angle is an acute angle.
The invention also provides a packaging method of the automobile back door upper decorative plate, which adopts the automobile back door upper decorative plate rack with the structure and comprises the following steps:
s1, switching the material pressing frame to an avoiding state;
s2, placing the upper decorative plates of the back door on the first material bracket and the second material bracket, and supporting and positioning all the upper decorative plates of the back door by the first material bracket and the second material bracket;
and S3, switching the material pressing frame to an anti-jumping state, wherein the material pressing frame applies pressure to the upper decorative plate of the back door to enable the upper decorative plate to be fixed on the first material bracket and the second material bracket, and the holding element 17 enables the material pressing frame to be kept in the anti-jumping state.
In the above step S1, the material pressing frames are rotated upward to switch the material pressing frames from the anti-bouncing state to the avoiding state, the holding element 17 is compressed, and when the two material pressing frames are in the avoiding state, the distance between the two material pressing frames is at the maximum, at this time, the trim panel on the back door can be placed on the first material bracket and the second material bracket between the two material pressing frames from between the two material pressing frames.
In step S2, the back door upper trim panels are sequentially placed on the first material tray and the second material tray one by one in a horizontal state, a first portion of the back door upper trim panel is inserted into the first upper positioning groove 7 of the first upper positioning block 5, a second portion of the back door upper trim panel is inserted into the first lower positioning groove 8 of the first lower positioning block 6, a third portion of the back door upper trim panel is inserted into the second upper positioning groove 12 of the second upper positioning block 10, and a fourth portion of the back door upper trim panel is inserted into the second lower positioning groove 13 of the second lower positioning block 11.
In the step S3, the swaging frames are rotated downward to switch the swaging frames from an avoiding state to an anti-bouncing state, when the two swaging frames are in the anti-bouncing state, the two swaging frames apply pressure to all the trim panels on the back door placed on the first material bracket and the second material bracket, the swaging strips 15 contact the trim panels on the back door, the fifth portions of the trim panels on the back door are embedded in the third positioning grooves 16, the swaging frames prevent the trim panels on the back door from bouncing, and the holding element 17 applies downward pressure to the swaging frames.

Claims (10)

1. The automobile back door upper trim plate material rack comprises a material rack body and is characterized by further comprising a first material bracket and a second material bracket which are arranged on the material rack body and used for supporting and positioning an upper trim plate of a back door, a material pressing rack which is rotatably arranged on the material rack body and can be switched between a jumping-proof state and an avoiding state, and a retaining element which is connected with the material pressing rack and used for applying elastic acting force to the material pressing rack in the jumping-proof state, wherein the material pressing rack in the jumping-proof state is used for applying pressure on the upper trim plate of the back door to enable the upper trim plate to be fixed on the first material bracket and the second material bracket.

The automotive back door trim panel rack according to claim 1, wherein the first material bracket comprises a first bracket body fixedly connected with the rack body and a first upper positioning block arranged on the first bracket body and used for positioning a trim panel on the back door, the first upper positioning block is provided with a first upper positioning groove for embedding the trim panel on the back door, the first upper positioning groove is provided with a plurality of upper positioning grooves, and all the upper positioning grooves are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the first upper positioning block.
