As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 7 and 8, the present invention provides a rotatable and lockable movable joint, which comprises a first connecting member 1 and a second connecting member 2, and further comprises a movable limiting device 3, wherein the movable limiting device 3 is connected between the first connecting member 1 and the second connecting member 2, and can be radially displaced when rotating, so as to realize the rotation and locking of the second connecting member 2.
When the space occupation needs to be reduced, the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 can rotate relatively so as to be convenient to store. When in a supporting state, the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 are locked by the movable limiting device 3; when the folding-up device is folded up from the supporting state, the unlocking can be realized by rotating the movable limiting device 3. The invention realizes unlocking through rotation, does not need to press a button during unlocking, is beneficial to exerting force on a user, and can reduce the operation difficulty; and when the device is applied to the baby carriage, the torsion applied to the knob by an operator cannot cause the side surface or front and back stress of the frame, so that the side turning or front and back movement of the baby carriage in the unlocking process can be avoided.
In the invention, the movable limiting device 3 comprises an outer shell 10 and an inner core; the housing 10 is fixedly connected to the first connecting part 1 and rotatably connected to the second connecting part 2. The inner core is located in the outer shell 10 and protrudes out of the outer shell 10, and can be displaced radially when rotated, so that the second connecting piece 2 is unlocked to rotate the second connecting piece 2, or the second connecting piece 2 is locked.
In the present invention, the movement of the inner core can be achieved in various forms. As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, it can be implemented based on a rack and pinion mechanism. Specifically, the movable limiting device 3 further comprises a gear 19, a gear shaft and a rack 18; the second connector 2 is provided with a groove. A rack 18 is mounted on the core and engages with a gear 19. The gear shaft is mounted in the housing 10, the axis of the gear shaft coincides with the axis of the housing 10, the gear shaft is rotatably connected to the housing 10, and the gear 19 is mounted on the gear shaft and meshed with the rack 18. When the second connecting piece 2 needs to be locked, the gear shaft is rotated, the gear 19 is further driven to rotate, the rack 18 meshed with the gear 19 translates, and the inner core is further inserted into the groove of the second connecting piece 2, so that the relative positions of the first connecting piece 1 and the second connecting piece 2 are locked. When unlocking is needed, the gear shaft is reversely rotated, and the inner core is retracted into the outer shell 10, so that unlocking is realized.
In another embodiment of the invention, the method can also be realized based on a chain wheel and chain mechanism. Specifically, the rack 18 in the above embodiment is replaced with a chain; the gear 19 in the above embodiment is replaced with a sprocket. The chain wheel can drive the chain to move linearly by rotating, and then the inner core is driven to lock the second connecting piece 2 or unlock the second connecting piece 2.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, it may also be implemented based on a worm gear and ball screw mechanism. Specifically, the movable limiting device 3 further comprises a worm 20, a worm wheel 21 and a screw rod 22. The worm 20 is mounted in the housing 10 and is rotatably connected to the housing 10 (for example, by mounting a bearing between the worm 20 and the housing 10, so that the worm 20 is rotatably connected to the housing 10), and the axis of the worm 20 coincides with the axis of the housing 10. The worm wheel 21 is positioned in the shell 10 and matched with the worm 20, the axis of the worm wheel 21 and the axis of the worm 20 form a space vertical, the worm wheel 21 is hollow, threads matched with the screw rod 22 are processed on the hollow side wall, the screw rod 22 is inserted into the worm wheel 21 and matched with the worm wheel 21 in a threaded mode, and one end of the screw rod 22 is connected with the inner core. When the second connecting piece 2 needs to be locked, the worm 20 is rotated, the worm wheel 21 matched with the worm 20 synchronously rotates, the screw rod 22 is further driven to linearly move, the inner core is fixedly connected with the second connecting piece 2, and the second connecting piece 2 is locked. When the second connecting piece 2 needs to be unlocked, the worm 20 is rotated reversely, the inner core retreats into the shell 10, and the second connecting piece 2 is unlocked.
In the above three embodiments of the present invention, the movable limiting device 3 may be configured to unlock the second connecting member 2 by rotating and unlocking, and lock the second connecting member 2. In any of the above embodiments, there are disadvantages that the structure is more or less complicated, or it is liable to fail in use. As an improvement of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the present invention further provides the following modifications:

The inner core comprises a mandrel 8 and a sliding block 9; the sliding block 9 is in sliding fit with the side cavity, and the sliding block 9 is provided with an accommodating cavity 17; the circumferential surface of the mandrel 8 is provided with a convex part 15 and a matching part 16, the mandrel 8 is inserted into the communicating hole 12 and the accommodating cavity 17, the matching part 16 is rotatably connected with the communicating hole 12, the mandrel 8 and the sliding block 9 can be arranged in a relatively rotating manner, and the mandrel 8 can be arranged in an axially fixed manner through the clamp spring 11; the convex part 15 is contacted with the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 17, and the outline of the accommodating cavity 17 is larger than that of the convex part 15, so that the sliding block 9 can be stirred to slide. When the second connecting piece 2 is in a locking state, the sliding block 9 is pressed on the second connecting piece 2 (the second connecting piece 2 can be grooved or provided with concave-convex lines) so as to lock the relative position of the second connecting piece 2 and the first connecting piece 1. When the second connecting piece 2 needs to be unlocked, the mandrel 8 is rotated, the boss 15 of the mandrel 8 presses the surface of the accommodating cavity 17, and the sliding block 9 is driven to be withdrawn into the side cavity and the communicating hole 12 from the surface of the second connecting piece 2, so that the second connecting piece 2 is unlocked. When the second connecting piece 2 is unlocked or locked, the sliding block 9 can slide relatively in a mode of matching the convex part 15 with the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 17, precise matching is not needed, the locking device can adapt to various severe use environments, and the service life is long.

when the rotatable and locked movable joint is applied to a baby carriage, the joint is arranged at the movable connection part of the frame, so that the frame can be rotated and folded, and the locking effect can be realized when the frame is unfolded. When the baby carriage needs to be stored, the knob is rotated, the core shaft 8 stirs the clamping groove of the sliding block 9 sliding out of the second connecting piece 2, at the moment, the second connecting piece 2 rotates a certain angle (for example, 5 degrees) slightly due to the action of gravity or manual stirring, the knob can be loosened, and the second connecting piece 2 can be freely rotated to store the baby carriage.
At the instant when the user releases the knob, the knob returns to the initial position (the state when it is not rotated) by the action of the return means 7 (torsion spring).
When the second connecting piece 2 is not in the spreading state, the elastic strip connected with the sliding block 9 is always in a pressed state. When the second connecting piece 2 moves to the opening position (the sliding block 9 is right opposite to the corresponding clamping groove), the sliding block 9 automatically enters the clamping groove under stress, and the second connecting piece 2 is locked.
When the knob is rotated, the knob is provided with the limiting notch, the first connecting piece 1 is provided with the limiting protrusion, and the limiting protrusion can only swing within the range of the limiting notch, so that the maximum angle when the knob is rotated can be limited, and the movable limiting device 3 is protected.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The embodiments disclosed above are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. All changes which come within the scope of or equivalence to the invention are intended to be embraced therein.
