Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preventing dangerous driving behaviors of public transport vehicle drivers. The existing method adopts a network to send the state of a driver to a remote platform, has hysteresis and is not suitable for emergency. The invention method comprises a vehicle self-control method and a passenger auxiliary control method. The vehicle self-control method is to store the specified running route and the highest speed limit into the vehicle control device, and the vehicle control device monitors the position and the speed of the vehicle at any time and controls the vehicle according to different conditions. The passenger auxiliary control method is characterized in that dangerous road sections in a specified driving route are marked, and a plurality of emergency brake keys connected with a vehicle control device are arranged; if 2-4 emergency brake keys are pressed down on a dangerous road section or 4-6 emergency brake keys are pressed down on a non-dangerous road section, the vehicle is braked emergently. According to the method, passengers can perform emergency braking on the vehicle according to self judgment, and danger can be effectively avoided under emergency conditions.

Accidents that passengers die and hurt each other due to factors such as unstable psychological states of drivers of large-sized passenger vehicles (such as buses, buses and the like), sudden diseases of bodies, sudden external foreign body impact and the like are reported at home and abroad. The invention method comprises a vehicle self-control method and a passenger auxiliary control method.
The vehicle self-control method comprises the following steps:
(1) storing the specified driving route of the public transport vehicle and the highest speed limit of each road section into a vehicle control device; the public transport vehicle is a large-scale road public transport vehicle for specifying a running route.
(2) During the running of the public transport vehicle, the vehicle control device monitors the position and the speed of the vehicle at any time and compares the position and the speed with a stored specified running route and a stored highest speed limit: if the public transport vehicle is positioned on the specified driving route and the speed of the public transport vehicle is within the speed limit range, the public transport vehicle keeps the operation state of a driver; if the public transport vehicle deviates from the specified driving route and the deviation is greater than the set value, the vehicle control device performs forced braking on the vehicle to enable the vehicle to be in a complete stop state; if the public transport vehicle is positioned on the specified driving route, but the speed of the public transport vehicle exceeds the speed limit requirement, and the overspeed value is greater than the set value, the vehicle control device starts the brake device, so that the speed of the public transport vehicle is reduced to be within the speed limit range.
(3) After the vehicle is in the complete stop state, the remote control platform determines whether the vehicle continues to run or not according to the conditions of the vehicle and a driver, if the vehicle can continue to run, the remote control platform sends a signal to the vehicle control device to release braking, and the vehicle restarts to continue to run.
The passenger assistance control method comprises the following steps:
(1) the vehicle control device labels the dangerous segments in the stored prescribed driving route.

The method of the invention constantly carries out safe driving detection on the public transport vehicle in driving, and simultaneously judges whether the driver has dangerous driving behaviors or tendencies by passengers in the bus in case of emergency, thereby being more reliable and having faster response speed compared with the prior method of detecting the driver by various sensors. In the prior art, the state data of the driver collected by the sensor is sent to the remote platform through the network, and then the remote platform judges and sends an instruction to control the vehicle. Firstly, according to the current technical level, the state of a driver is more accurately and directly grasped by a passenger than the judgment of a sensor and a platform; secondly, the speed of the reaction action of the passenger pressing the side key is faster than the speed of controlling the vehicle by reporting information and sending an instruction again through the network platform; thirdly, in a road section without a network or network signals with bad signals, the method is more reliable than a network platform, and passengers can brake emergently even if the network platform does not exist; fourth, under the condition that a large number of passenger vehicles are running simultaneously, the network platform needs to judge the states of tens of thousands of passenger vehicle drivers at the same time, which is not practical under the current conditions. Most importantly, the present invention takes control of the passenger's own hands to prevent intentional dangerous behavior by the driver. Meanwhile, after the driver knows that the vehicle has the functions, the driver can not take dangerous actions easily, and the safety risk of the public transport means is reduced.

A method for preventing dangerous driving behavior of public transport vehicle driver includes vehicle self-control method and passenger auxiliary control method. The method is characterized in that the real-time detection is carried out on the public transport means in the running process by a vehicle self-control method, so that the vehicles can be ensured to run safely according to the specified route and the speed. Under the emergency condition, the vehicle is emergently braked by the passenger auxiliary control method, so that the safety of passengers is ensured.
The vehicle self-control method includes:

the value of n and the value of m are preset, and in order to avoid misoperation of passengers, a plurality of emergency brake keys are required to be pressed to start emergency braking.
