In some embodiments, the adjustment parameter is a rotation angle, and adjusting the target adjustment seat based on the adjustment parameter such that the target adjustment seat reaches the target adjustment position comprises:
acquiring weight information of a target adjusting seat;
determining a control parameter for adjusting a rotation adjustment mechanism of the target adjustment seat based on the weight information;
and adjusting the rotation adjusting mechanism according to the control parameters, so that the target adjusting seat rotates by the rotation angle to reach the target adjusting position.
In this embodiment, the seat is provided with a weight sensor for acquiring seat weight information, and a rotation adjustment mechanism for driving the seat to rotate. When the target adjusting seat is adjusted, firstly, the weight information collected by the weight sensor is obtained, the control parameter of the rotary adjusting mechanism is determined according to the weight information, then the rotary adjusting mechanism is adjusted according to the control parameter, and the rotary adjusting mechanism drives the target adjusting seat to rotate to a target adjusting position.
In some modes, the rotation adjusting mechanism comprises a driving unit, a rotation transmission part and other structures, the torque of the driving unit is determined according to the weight information of the seat, and the torque output by the driving unit drives the rotation transmission part to rotate by a rotation angle, so as to drive the target adjusting seat to rotate by the rotation angle.
After the target adjustment seat moves to the target adjustment position, other facilities around the seat are controlled to move to a state before the target adjustment seat is adjusted.
In some embodiments, before determining the target adjustment seat and the adjustment parameter, further comprising:
determining a voice input space range of a voice control instruction;
and judging whether the voice input space range belongs to a preset instruction input space range or not, and if so, executing the steps of determining a target adjusting seat and adjusting parameters.
In this embodiment, after the voice control instruction is obtained, the voice control instruction is identified, the voice input space range of the voice control instruction is determined, the voice input space range is compared with a preset instruction input space range, whether the voice control instruction belongs to the instruction input space range is judged, if the voice control instruction belongs to the instruction input space range, the voice control instruction is judged to be valid, the target adjusting seat and the adjusting parameter can be continuously analyzed, and the target adjusting seat is adjusted according to the adjusting parameter. In some ways, the input space range of the speech signal can be determined by speech recognition of the distance of the input speech signal, and the specific recognition method is not described in detail in this specification. Thus, the control authority for controlling the seat action can be preset, and only the user with the control authority can control the seat action.
For example, a driver is set to have a control authority for controlling the action of a seat, and a certain spatial range of the position of the driver is set as an instruction input spatial range; when a driver sends a voice control command, the voice input space range is judged to be in the preset command input space range through voice recognition, and the target adjusting seat is adjusted.
And a plurality of command input space ranges can be preset, and different command input space ranges correspond to different seat control authorities. For example, it is assumed that a driver has control authority to control all seats in a vehicle, a secondary driver has control authority to control other seats except a driver seat, and occupants of the other seats have control authority to control their own seats except the seats of the driver and the secondary driver; and respectively setting instruction input space ranges corresponding to different seats for different set control authorities, after acquiring a voice control instruction, identifying the voice control instruction, determining the voice input space range and a target adjusting seat, judging whether the voice input space range belongs to the instruction input space range corresponding to the target adjusting seat, and if so, controlling the target adjusting seat to act.
In some embodiments, the seat adjustment method further comprises:
acquiring resistance information of the target adjusting seat in the action process of the target adjusting seat;
and judging whether the resistance information reaches a preset resistance threshold value, and if the resistance information reaches the resistance threshold value, stopping the adjustment of the target adjusting seat.
In this embodiment, the resistance sensor is arranged on the seat, the resistance information of the target adjustment seat is detected in real time in the action process of the target adjustment seat, the detected resistance information is compared with a preset resistance threshold, if the resistance threshold is reached, it is judged that abnormal obstacles possibly exist around the target adjustment seat, in order to ensure safety, the target adjustment seat stops adjusting, prompt information is output at the same time, and when the abnormal obstacles are removed, the target adjustment seat continues to adjust until the target adjustment position is reached. For example, in the process of rotating the assistant driver seat, the abnormal obstacle around the seat is detected, the voice output prompts that the obstacle exists in the rotating path and the rotation is stopped, and when the obstacle is eliminated, the assistant driver seat continues to rotate.
In some embodiments, the target adjustment seat is a driver's seat, and adjusting the target adjustment seat according to the adjustment parameter such that the target adjustment seat reaches the target adjustment position includes:
determining the current state of the vehicle;
if the vehicle is in a parking state, switching the driving mode into an automatic driving mode;
and if the vehicle is in a running state and the driving mode is an artificial driving mode, switching the driving mode into an automatic driving mode.
In this embodiment, when the autonomous vehicle is in the autonomous mode, the driver need not drive the vehicle, and the driver's seat can be changed position as a whole without affecting driving safety. When the target adjustment seat is determined to be the driver's seat according to the voice control instruction, the driving mode of the vehicle needs to be switched to the automatic driving mode before the driver's seat is adjusted to ensure driving safety, and the driving mode needs to be switched to the automatic driving mode before the driver's seat is adjusted regardless of whether the vehicle is in a parking state or a driving state. In some application scenarios, the input voice control instruction may be an instruction including a target adjustment seat and an adjustment parameter, or a simplified instruction according with a daily speaking habit, and for the simplified instruction, the target adjustment seat operated last time may be used as the target adjustment seat operated this time, and a preset adjustment parameter may be used as the adjustment parameter for this time, so as to control and adjust the seat. For example, the voice control command input for the first time is "the passenger seat rotates by 150 degrees", after the passenger seat rotates by 150 degrees, the passenger feels that the rotation angle is insufficient, the voice control command of "turning a little more" is continuously sent out, after the voice control command is recognized, it is judged that no specific target adjustment seat and specific rotation angle exist, the target adjustment seat operated last time is taken as the target adjustment seat operated this time, and simultaneously, the target adjustment seat is adjusted according to the angle corresponding to the preset turning a little point as the adjustment parameter of this time. The recognizable voice control instructions also comprise various voice control instructions such as stop and reset, the target adjusting seat and the adjusting parameters can be determined according to the method, and the position of the target adjusting seat is adjusted according to the determined target adjusting seat and the adjusting parameters, so that the target adjusting seat reaches the target adjusting position.
According to the seat adjusting method, the voice control instruction is obtained, voice recognition processing is carried out on the voice control instruction, the target adjusting seat and the adjusting parameter are determined, the target adjusting seat is adjusted according to the adjusting parameter, the target adjusting seat is made to reach the target adjusting position, the seat can be adjusted to the target adjusting position to be reached through the voice control seat, the overall position of the seat is adjusted, the space layout in a cabin is changed, and face-to-face communication experience is brought to passengers.
It should be noted that the method of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may be performed by a single device, such as a computer or server. The method of the embodiment can also be applied to a distributed scene and completed by the mutual cooperation of a plurality of devices. In such a distributed scenario, one of the devices may perform only one or more steps of the method of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and the devices may interact with each other to complete the method.

and the control module is used for adjusting the target adjusting seat according to the adjusting parameters so that the target adjusting seat reaches a target adjusting position.
In some embodiments, the seat adjustment apparatus further comprises:
the environment information acquisition module is used for acquiring the action surrounding environment information of the target adjusting seat;
and the environment judgment module is used for judging whether obstacles exist in the action range of the target adjusting seat according to the action surrounding environment information, and if the obstacles do not exist, the control module is used for adjusting the target adjusting seat according to the adjusting parameters so that the target adjusting seat reaches a target adjusting position.
In some embodiments, the adjustment parameter is a rotation angle, and the control module comprises:
the weight obtaining submodule is used for obtaining weight information of the target adjusting seat;
a parameter determination submodule for determining a control parameter for adjusting a rotation adjustment mechanism of the target adjustment seat, based on the weight information;
and the action control submodule is used for adjusting the rotation adjusting mechanism according to the control parameters so that the target adjusting seat rotates by the rotation angle to reach the target adjusting position.
In some embodiments, the instruction parsing module is configured to determine a voice input space range of the voice control instruction; and judging whether the voice input space range belongs to a preset instruction input space range, and if so, determining a target adjusting seat and adjusting parameters according to the control instruction by using the instruction analyzing module.
In some embodiments, the seat adjustment apparatus further comprises:
the resistance acquisition module is used for acquiring resistance information of the target adjusting seat in the adjusting process of the target adjusting seat;
the control module is used for judging whether the resistance information reaches a preset resistance threshold value, and if the resistance information reaches the resistance threshold value, the target adjusting seat stops adjusting.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various modules by functions, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the modules may be implemented in the same one or more software and/or hardware implementations in implementing one or more embodiments of the present description.
The apparatus of the foregoing embodiment is used to implement the corresponding method in the foregoing embodiment, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described herein again.

One or more embodiments of this description still provide a vehicle, include aforementioned seat governing system, can utilize seat governing system control vehicle passenger cabin interior seat to carry out the regulation of overall position, change the spatial layout of seat in the cabin, extension passenger cabin functionality can realize that each person of taking in the car carries out face-to-face communication, promotes user experience.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a more specific hardware structure of an electronic device according to this embodiment, where the electronic device may include: a processor 1010, a memory 1020, an input/output interface 1030, a communication interface 1040, and a bus 1050. Wherein the processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040 are communicatively coupled to each other within the device via bus 1050.
The processor 1010 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The Memory 1020 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 1020 may store an operating system and other application programs, and when the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present specification is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1020 and called to be executed by the processor 1010.
The input/output interface 1030 is used for connecting an input/output module to input and output information. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The communication interface 1040 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the drawings) to implement communication interaction between the present apparatus and other apparatuses. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
Bus 1050 includes a path that transfers information between various components of the device, such as processor 1010, memory 1020, input/output interface 1030, and communication interface 1040.
It should be noted that although the above-mentioned device only shows the processor 1010, the memory 1020, the input/output interface 1030, the communication interface 1040 and the bus 1050, in a specific implementation, the device may also include other components necessary for normal operation. In addition, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described apparatus may also include only those components necessary to implement the embodiments of the present description, and not necessarily all of the components shown in the figures.

Claims (16)

1. A method of seat adjustment, comprising:
acquiring a voice control instruction;
carrying out voice recognition processing on the voice control instruction, and determining a target adjusting seat and adjusting parameters;
and adjusting the target adjusting seat according to the adjusting parameters, so that the target adjusting seat reaches a target adjusting position.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein adjusting the target adjustment seat based on the adjustment parameter such that the target adjustment seat reaches a target adjustment position comprises:
and setting working parameters of a safety protection mechanism for protecting the riding safety of the passengers according to the adjusting parameters.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the adjustment parameter is a rotation angle, and the safety protection mechanism comprises an airbag and an airbag curtain disposed between the front and rear seats; the setting of the working parameters of the safety protection mechanism for protecting the riding safety of the passenger according to the adjusting parameters comprises the following steps:
the rotation angle is in a first angle range, and the safety airbag and the safety air curtain pop up when collision is triggered; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the rotation angle is within a second angle range, and when collision is triggered, the safety air bag is locked, and the safety air curtain is ejected.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein adjusting the target adjustment seat based on the adjustment parameter such that the target adjustment seat reaches a target adjustment position comprises:
and controlling one or more of the backrest of the target adjusting seat to move to an upright state, controlling the steering wheel to fold and contract and controlling the armrest box to fold and contract.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein adjusting the target adjustment seat based on the adjustment parameter such that the target adjustment seat reaches a target adjustment position further comprises:
acquiring action surrounding environment information of the target adjusting seat;
and judging whether an obstacle exists in the action range of the target adjusting seat according to the action surrounding environment information, if not, executing the step of adjusting the target adjusting seat according to the adjusting parameter to enable the target adjusting seat to reach a target adjusting position, and if so, outputting prompt information.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the adjustment parameter is a rotation angle, and wherein adjusting the target adjustment seat based on the adjustment parameter such that the target adjustment seat reaches a target adjustment position comprises:
acquiring weight information of the target adjusting seat;
determining a control parameter for adjusting a rotation adjustment mechanism of the target adjustment seat according to the weight information;
and adjusting the rotation adjusting mechanism according to the control parameter, so that the target adjusting seat rotates by the rotation angle to reach the target adjusting position.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining the target adjustment seat and the adjustment parameter, further comprising:
determining a voice input space range of the voice control instruction;
and judging whether the voice input space range belongs to a preset instruction input space range or not, and if so, executing the steps of determining a target adjusting seat and adjusting parameters.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring resistance information of the target adjusting seat in the adjusting process of the target adjusting seat;
and judging whether the resistance information reaches a preset resistance threshold value, and if the resistance information reaches the resistance threshold value, stopping the adjustment of the target adjusting seat.
9. A seat adjustment device, comprising:
the instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a voice control instruction;
the instruction analysis module is used for carrying out voice recognition processing on the voice control instruction and determining a target adjusting seat and adjusting parameters;
and the control module is used for adjusting the target adjusting seat according to the adjusting parameters so that the target adjusting seat reaches a target adjusting position.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the environment information acquisition module is used for acquiring the action surrounding environment information of the target adjusting seat;
and the environment judgment module is used for judging whether obstacles exist in the action range of the target adjusting seat according to the action surrounding environment information, and if the obstacles do not exist, the control module is used for adjusting the target adjusting seat according to the adjusting parameters so that the target adjusting seat reaches a target adjusting position.
11. The apparatus of any one of claims 9 to 10, wherein the adjustment parameter is a rotation angle, and the control module comprises:
the weight obtaining submodule is used for obtaining weight information of the target adjusting seat;
a parameter determination submodule for determining a control parameter for adjusting a rotation adjustment mechanism of the target adjustment seat, based on the weight information;
and the action control submodule is used for adjusting the rotation adjusting mechanism according to the control parameters so that the target adjusting seat rotates by the rotation angle to reach the target adjusting position.
12. The apparatus of claim 9,
the instruction analysis module is used for determining the voice input space range of the voice control instruction; and judging whether the voice input space range belongs to a preset instruction input space range, and if so, determining a target adjusting seat and adjusting parameters according to the control instruction by using the instruction analyzing module.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the resistance acquisition module is used for acquiring resistance information of the target adjusting seat in the adjusting process of the target adjusting seat;
the control module is used for judging whether the resistance information reaches a preset resistance threshold value, and if the resistance information reaches the resistance threshold value, the target adjusting seat stops adjusting.
14. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 8 when executing the program.
15. A seat adjusting system is characterized by comprising a command input unit, a safety protection mechanism, an environment detection unit, a weight detection unit, a rotation adjusting mechanism and electronic equipment; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
