Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Vehicle defrost system embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle defrosting system of the present embodiment includes a vehicle locking device 1, a controller 2, a frost sensor 3, a spray device 4, a water pump 5, a heater 6, a temperature sensor 7, a water tank 8, and a wiper motor 9.
The vehicle locking device 1 is used for receiving a vehicle locking instruction and a vehicle unlocking instruction sent by the controller 2, locking a vehicle according to the received vehicle locking instruction, and the vehicle cannot run; and unlocking the vehicle according to the received unlocking command, so that the vehicle can normally run. In this embodiment, the locking device is separately provided, for example, the locking device is a mechanical locking device provided on a wheel of the vehicle, the locking device is locked when receiving a locking command to disable the vehicle from running, and the unlocking device is unlocked when receiving a unlocking command to enable the vehicle to run normally; as another embodiment, the vehicle defrosting system may not be provided with a locking device separately, but may implement locking or unlocking of the vehicle in a software Control manner, for example, the controller sends a locking command or an unlocking command to an engine ECU (Electronic Control Unit), and the engine ECU controls the locking or unlocking of the engine according to the received corresponding command, so as to implement locking or unlocking of the vehicle.
The frosting sensor 3 is arranged on the vehicle glass and used for detecting the frosting phenomenon of the vehicle glass and sending the detection result to the controller 2. The frosting sensor may be of an optical type, a capacitive type or a mechanical type. In general, the front windshield of the vehicle needs to be defrosted, so in this embodiment, two frosting sensors are respectively arranged on the windshield (i.e. the front windshield) right in front of the main driver and the assistant driver; of course, if defrosting of other glass on the vehicle is required, the number and arrangement positions of the frosting sensors can be determined according to actual requirements. In the embodiment, the frosting sensor is utilized to realize accurate detection of the frosting phenomenon of the vehicle glass, the accuracy is higher compared with artificial subjective judgment, automatic defrosting of the vehicle glass can be realized when the frosting phenomenon of the vehicle glass is detected, a driver is effectively prevented from driving the vehicle when not defrosting, and the driving safety is improved; in other embodiments, the vehicle defrosting system may not be provided with a frosting sensor, and in this case, the frosting phenomenon of the vehicle glass needs to be judged by people.
The spray device 4 is used to spray the defrosting liquid, which has been increased in temperature by passing through the heater 6, onto the glass of the vehicle under the control of the controller 2. The spraying mode of the spraying device can be spraying, sprinkling, spraying or the like. In the present embodiment, the ejection device is provided near the front windshield to defrost the front windshield; of course, the spraying device can also be arranged near other vehicle glass needing defrosting according to actual needs.
The water pump 5 is used to pump the defrost liquid in the tank 8 to the spray device 4 via the heater 6 under the control of the controller 2.
The heater 6 is used to heat the defrost liquid under the control of the controller 2.
In this embodiment, both the power of the water pump and the power of the heater are adjustable, and accordingly, there are 3 implementation manners as follows for the controller to control the temperature of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater to gradually rise, and in the actual application process, any one of the 3 manners can be selected according to actual needs (the manner (3) corresponding to fig. 2).
Mode (1): the controller controls the water pump to work at constant power, and simultaneously, the power of the heater is gradually increased. At this time, the flow rate of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater is not changed, but the heating rate of the defrosting liquid by the heater is gradually increased, that is, the volume of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater per unit time is the same, and the temperature at which the same volume of the defrosting liquid is heated per unit time is proportional to the heating rate, so that the temperature of the defrosting liquid sprayed by the spraying device is gradually increased when the heating rate is gradually increased without changing the flow rate.
Mode (2): the controller controls the heater to work at constant power, and simultaneously, the power of the water pump is gradually reduced. At this time, the heating speed of the defrosting liquid by the heater is not changed, but the flow rate of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater is gradually reduced, that is, the volume of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater in unit time is gradually reduced, and the temperature of the defrosting liquid sprayed by the spraying device is gradually increased under the condition that the heating speed is not changed and the flow rate is gradually reduced because the temperature of the defrosting liquid is higher under the same heating speed as the volume of the defrosting liquid in unit time is smaller.
Mode (3): the controller adjusts the power of the water pump and the power of the heater in real time, the water pump and the heater are matched with each other, the temperature of the defrosting liquid sprayed by the spraying device is gradually increased, and for example, the controller gradually increases the power of the heater while gradually reducing the power of the water pump.
Wherein the water pump is not necessary for the vehicle defrost system, but may be provided according to actual needs, for example, when the position of the water tank is higher than the position of the spray device, the vehicle defrost system may not be provided with the water pump. When the water pump is not arranged or the water pump is arranged but the power of the water pump is not adjustable, the controller changes the heating speed of the heater to the defrosting liquid by adjusting the power of the heater, and further the temperature of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater is controlled to be gradually increased; when the water pump is arranged and the power of the heater is not adjustable, the controller changes the flow rate of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater by adjusting the power of the water pump, and further the temperature of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater is controlled to be gradually increased.
The temperature sensor 7 is used to detect the temperature of the defrosting liquid ejected by the ejection device 4 and send the temperature to the controller 2. The defrosting device comprises a heater, a temperature sensor, a controller and a controller, wherein the heater is arranged in the heater, the temperature sensor is arranged, the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of defrosting liquid sprayed by the spraying device in real time, and when the temperature reaches a set temperature, the controller controls the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater to keep the set temperature so as to realize constant-temperature defrosting and ensure good defrosting effect. The implementation mode that the controller controls the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater to keep the set temperature is determined by the implementation mode that the controller controls the temperature of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater to be gradually increased, for example, when the implementation mode that the controller controls the temperature of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater to be gradually increased is the mode (1), the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater keeps the set temperature by controlling the constant-power work of the heater; when the mode (2) is adopted, the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater is kept at the set temperature by controlling the constant-power work of the water pump; in the case of the mode (3), the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater is maintained at the set temperature by controlling the water pump and the heater while maintaining the constant power operation. In this embodiment, the temperature sensor is provided, and the temperature sensor is used to detect whether the temperature of the defrosting liquid sprayed by the spraying device reaches the set temperature in real time.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a heater 6 is connected between a water pump 5 and a water tank 8 by a pipe, the water pump 5 is connected to an injection device 4 by a pipe, and a temperature sensor 7 is provided inside the heater 6. At this time, in the process that the water pump 5 pumps the defrosting liquid in the water tank 8 to the spraying device 4, the defrosting liquid is heated by the heater 6, and the defrosting liquid pumped to the spraying device 4 is the defrosting liquid heated by the heater 6, because in the embodiment, the controller 2 can control the temperature of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater 6 to be gradually increased by 3 modes, the defrosting liquid with the gradually increased temperature is sprayed by the spraying device 4; it is easy to see that the temperature sensor 7 detects that the temperature of the defrost liquid inside the heater 6 is practically equal to the temperature of the defrost liquid ejected by the ejection means 4. As another embodiment, the heater 6 may be directly connected to the tank 8, the heater 6 may directly heat the defrosting liquid in the tank 8, the water pump 5 may be connected between the spraying device 4 and the tank 8 by a pipeline, the water pump 5 may directly pump the heated defrosting liquid from the tank 8 to the spraying device 4 and spray the heated defrosting liquid from the spraying device 4, and since the defrosting liquid in the tank 8 is large and the temperature rising speed is slow, the defrosting liquid whose temperature gradually rises is sprayed by the spraying device 4 while the temperature of the defrosting liquid in the tank 8 gradually rises; at this time, a temperature sensor 7 may be provided inside the ejection device 4 to detect the temperature of the defrosting liquid ejected from the ejection device 4.
The water tank 8 is used for storing a defrosting liquid for defrosting the glass of the vehicle, and the defrosting liquid may be water, a washing liquid obtained by adding a solvent that contributes to defrosting, or the like. In this embodiment, the water tank is provided for the vehicle defrost system, and as another embodiment, the vehicle defrost system may not be provided for the water tank, in which case the water tank is added later or is an original water tank on the vehicle.
The wiper motor 9 is used for wiping the vehicle glass after the defrosting is finished under the control of the controller 2. After defrosting is finished, the wiper motor is controlled to wipe water on the vehicle glass, so that on one hand, clear vision of a driver can be ensured; on the other hand, because the wiper motor is directly started when the vehicle glass frosts, the wiper can be easily frozen with the vehicle glass, and the wiper motor can be burnt out due to forced starting, so that the wiper motor is controlled to be started after defrosting is finished, the wiper motor can be protected from being burnt out to the maximum extent, and the mechanical damage to the wiper can be avoided. In this embodiment, the wiper motor is provided for the vehicle defrosting system, and as another embodiment, the vehicle defrosting system may not be provided for the wiper motor, and in this case, the wiper motor may be original on the vehicle.
To sum up, the controller 2 in this embodiment has the following functions: (1) the frosting sensor is used for receiving a vehicle starting signal and controlling the frosting sensor 3 to detect the frosting phenomenon of the vehicle glass after receiving the vehicle starting signal; (2) the system is used for sending a vehicle locking instruction to the vehicle locking device 1 when the frosting sensor 3 detects that the vehicle glass is frosted, so that the vehicle cannot run, and sending a vehicle unlocking instruction to the vehicle locking device 1 after defrosting is finished, so that the vehicle can run normally; (3) for controlling the heater 6 to be activated when defrosting is required (i.e. the frosting sensor 3 detects frosting of the vehicle glass), and controlling the temperature of the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater 6 to be gradually increased; (4) for controlling the water pump 5 to pump the defrost liquid through the heater 6 to the spray device 4; (5) for controlling the spray device 4 to spray the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater 6, the temperature of which is gradually increased, onto the glass of the vehicle; (6) for receiving the temperature sent by the temperature sensor 7 and controlling the defrosting liquid flowing through the heater 6 to maintain the set temperature when the temperature reaches the set temperature; (7) and is used for controlling the wiper motor 9 to wipe the water on the vehicle glass after the defrosting is finished. The controller may be a vehicle controller or a separately provided controller.
With reference to fig. 2, the vehicle defrosting system of the present embodiment operates on the following principle:
a driver starts a vehicle through a vehicle key or a one-key starting function, and the controller 2 receives a vehicle starting signal and then controls the frosting sensor 3 to detect the frosting phenomenon of the front windshield; the frosting sensor 3 sends the detection result to the controller 2, the controller 2 judges whether the front windshield is frosted or not according to the detection result, if the front windshield is not frosted, the defrosting operation does not need to be executed, and a driver can drive normally;

secondly, the controller 2 controls the spraying device 4, the water pump 5 and the heater 6 to start to work (in the embodiment, the spraying device 4 is started simultaneously with the water pump 5 and the heater 6, as other embodiments, the spraying device 4 can be started after the water pump 5 and the heater 6 are started for a certain time), the defrosting liquid in the water tank 8 is pumped by the water pump 5 and flows through the heater 6, the defrosting liquid is heated by the heater 6 and reaches the spraying device 4, the spraying device 4 sprays the defrosting liquid to defrost the front windshield, the temperature of the defrosting liquid sprayed by the spraying device 4 is detected in real time during the defrosting operation through the temperature sensor 7, the controller 2 adjusts the power of the water pump 5 and the heater 6 in real time, so that the temperature of the defrosting liquid sprayed by the spraying device 4 forms a trend of gradually changing from low to high, and the front windshield has a completely adaptive process to the temperature of the defrosting liquid, the risk of damage or breakage of the vehicle glass in the defrosting process is greatly reduced, and the service life of the vehicle glass is effectively prolonged;
when the controller 2 detects that the temperature of the defrosting liquid reaches a set value through the temperature sensor 7, the controller 2 controls the power of the water pump 5 and the power of the heater 6 to be kept unchanged, defrosting operation with constant flow speed and constant temperature is achieved, energy consumption can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the best energy-saving purpose is achieved;
during defrosting operation, the controller 2 also detects the defrosting effect in real time through the frosting sensor 3, and when the ideal defrosting effect is achieved, the controller 2 controls the water spraying device 4, the water pump 5 and the heater 6 to stop working and controls the wiper motor 9 to wipe water on the front windshield; after the wiping operation is finished, the controller 2 sends a vehicle unlocking instruction to the vehicle locking device 1, the vehicle locking device 1 unlocks the vehicle according to the received instruction, and a driver can drive the vehicle normally.
