The existing wood material slotting equipment is mainly used for placing wood materials in the equipment one by one, so that slotting processing can be performed on the wood materials one by one, slotting processing can not be performed on a plurality of wood materials, required working hours are consumed in the slotting process, and unnecessary workload is increased.

The existing wood material slotting equipment is mainly used for placing wood materials in the equipment one by one, so that slotting processing can be performed on the wood materials one by one, slotting processing can not be performed on a plurality of wood materials, required working hours are consumed in the slotting process, and unnecessary workload is increased.
According to the invention, the drilling unit is additionally arranged on the basis of the transmission unit, when grooving is carried out on the wood material, the wood material is firstly placed in the device, the transmission unit limits and fixes the wood material, and the transmission unit is matched with the drilling unit to drill and process a plurality of wood materials, so that unnecessary workload is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
According to the invention, the drilling support plate and the transmission gear are arranged on the basis of the drilling unit, and when the drilling unit drills a wooden material, the drilling unit drills the wooden material in a linear reciprocating manner under the action of the drilling support plate and the transmission gear, so that the furniture adopts an assembly type structure, the service life of the furniture is prolonged, and potential safety hazards are avoided.

The limiting branched chain 28 comprises a limiting plate 281, a limiting block 282, a locking cylinder 283 and an execution plate 284, wherein: limiting plate 281 is sleeved on the outer wall of the middle of hollow telescopic rod 26, a locking groove 2811 is formed in the upper end of limiting plate 281 in a cross shape, a discharging groove 2812 which is arranged in a cross mode with locking groove 2811 is formed in the upper end of limiting plate 281, limiting block 282 is slidably connected in locking groove 2811, limiting block 282 is arranged at the upper end of a threaded disc 24 through threaded connection, a locking cylinder 283 is arranged on the inner side wall of limiting block 282, and the tail end of a telescopic rod of the locking cylinder 283 is connected with an execution plate 284.
During specific work, the limiting block 282 drives the locking cylinder 283 to move inwards through the threaded disc 24; the locking air cylinder 283 is opened, the locking air cylinder 283 pushes the execution plate 284 to move inwards, and the execution plate 284 is matched with the limit plate 281 to lock and limit the wood material; when the work is finished, the limiting block 282 drives the locking cylinder 283 to retract and reset under the action of the threaded disc 24, and the locking cylinder 283 drives the execution plate 284 to retract and reset.
The drilling unit 3 comprises a connecting column 31, a drilling support plate 32, a drilling motor 33, a transmission gear 34, a transmission shaft 35, an execution drill 36 and a tensioning branched chain 37, wherein: the middle part of the lower end of the connecting column 31 is arranged at the upper end of a telescopic rod of the transmission cylinder 27, the outer edge of the lower end of the connecting column 31 is connected with the hollow telescopic rod 26, the upper end of the connecting column 31 is provided with a drilling supporting plate 32, the middle part of the upper end of the drilling supporting plate 32 is provided with a square sliding chute 321, the inside of the right end of the drilling supporting plate 32 is provided with a drilling groove 322, the drilling groove 322 is provided with drilling holes 3221 in an up-down symmetrical manner, the inner side wall of the drilling groove 322 is provided with fixing gear teeth 3222 in a front-back symmetrical manner, the drilling motor 33 is arranged on the outer side wall of the lower end of the left side of the drilling supporting plate 32 through a motor base, an output shaft of the drilling motor 33 is connected with a tensioning branched chain 37 through belt transmission, the transmission gear 34 is arranged in the drilling groove 322, and the transmission gear 34 is an incomplete gear; and drive gear 34 meshes with fixed teeth of a cogwheel 3222 mutually, drive gear 34 overlaps on the transmission shaft 35 lateral wall through the flange structure cover, transmission shaft 35 sliding connection is in drilling hole 3221, and transmission shaft 35 is connected with tensioning branch chain 37 through the belt drive, and the lower extreme of transmission shaft 35 has execution drill bit 36 through the spline connection, execution drill bit 36 includes drilling head 361, two-way cylinder 362 and forked tail 363, wherein: supporting grooves 3611 have been seted up to drilling head 361 middle part below bilateral symmetry, and the forked tail sword 363 upper end passes through the bearing setting on supporting groove 3611 upper end inner wall, and drilling head 361 middle part below is inside to be provided with two-way cylinder 362, and two-way cylinder 362 telescopic link end all passes through the bearing connection on the inside wall of forked tail sword 363 middle part below.
During specific work, the connecting column 31 drives the drilling support plate 32 to move downwards under the action of the transmission cylinder 27 matched with the hollow telescopic rod 26; the drilling motor 33 is started, the drilling motor 33 drives the transmission gear 34 to rotate through the tensioning branched chain 37, meanwhile, the transmission gear 34 reciprocates left and right under the action of the fixed gear teeth 3222, so that the execution drill bit 36 is driven through the transmission shaft 35 to perform slotting operation on the wood material, during the slotting operation, the bidirectional cylinder 362 is started, and the dovetail cutter 363 extends inwards and outwards under the action of the bidirectional cylinder 362, so that the effect of reducing and increasing the drilling width is achieved; after the work is finished, the transmission cylinder 27 drives the drilling support plate 32 to retract and reset through the hollow telescopic rod 26, and the two ends of the bidirectional cylinder 362 push the dovetail knife 363 to retract and reset.
The tensioning branched chain 37 comprises a rotating shaft 371, a tensioning wheel 372, a tensioning cylinder 373 and a telescopic spring rod 374, wherein: the rotating shaft 371 is arranged in the square sliding groove 321 in a sliding mode through a bearing, a tensioning wheel 372 is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 371 in a vertically symmetrical sleeved mode through a flange structure, the upper tensioning wheel 372 is connected with an output shaft of the drilling motor 33 through belt transmission, the lower tensioning wheel 372 is connected with the transmission shaft 35 through belt transmission, the tensioning cylinder 373 is arranged on the inner side wall of the front end of the square sliding groove 321, the tail end of a telescopic rod of the tensioning cylinder 373 is connected with the rotating shaft 371 through a bearing, one end of a telescopic spring rod 374 is connected with the rotating shaft 371 through a bearing, and the other end of the telescopic spring rod is connected to the inner side wall of the rear end of the square sliding groove 321.
During specific work, the tensioning cylinder 373 is matched with the telescopic spring rod 374 to push the tensioning wheel 372 to move backwards through the rotating shaft 371, and belt transmission between the output shaft of the drilling motor 33 and the transmission shaft 35 is tensioned; after the work is finished, the tensioning cylinder 373 cooperates with the telescopic spring rod 374 to retract the tensioning wheel 372 to be reset through the rotating shaft 371.
In addition, the invention also provides a manufacturing and forming process of the connecting structure of the assembled furniture, which is mainly completed by matching the manufacturing and forming machines of the connecting structure of the assembled furniture, and comprises the following steps:
