The quick clamp with lock of the embodiment of the invention comprises a clamp body 10, a base 20 and a lock rod 30. The front end 31 of the locking lever 30 is of a planar design as shown in fig. 6. The locking bar 30 can only move along the chute path 25 of the base 20 as shown in fig. 7. After the front end 31 of the locking lever 30 moves to the end of the chute path 25, the rear end 33 of the locking lever 30 will catch the handle 15 of the clamp body 10, as shown in fig. 8, so that the handle 15 cannot move upward and the clamp cannot be released.
The chute path 25 of the base 20 is designed to be divided into four sections, including a 1 st section path 251, a 2 nd section path 252, a 3 rd section path 253, and a 4 th section path 254, as shown in fig. 9. The locking path design is specifically shown in fig. 10: (1) a 1 st path 251 for rotation of the lock lever to rotate the lock lever upward and leftward along the path 251 to a position shown in the drawings; (2) segment 2 of path 252, which limits the direction of movement of the locking bar, the locking bar moves down path 252 to the position shown in the figures; (3) a 3 rd path 253 for adjusting the direction of the lock rod and rotating 45 degrees to the right along the path 253 to the position in the figure; and (4) a 4 th path 254, wherein the locking rod moves 45 degrees leftwards and downwards along the path 254 to the direction of limiting the movement of the locking rod in the position in the figure, and finally the locking handle is locked.
As described above, since the front end 31 of the locking rod 30 is designed to be flat and the width of the 4 th path 254 in the chute path 25 is substantially similar to the thickness of the front end 31 of the locking rod 30, when the front end 31 moves to the 4 th path 254, the locking rod 30 cannot rotate in the 4 th path 254, so that the locking rod 30 can fasten the handle 15, and the handle 15 cannot move upward, so that the clamp cannot be released.
The unlocking path is designed to be opposite to the locking path, as shown in fig. 11: (1) the lock lever moves 45 degrees up and to the right along segment 4 path 254 to the position shown in the figure; (2) the lock lever rotates 45 degrees to the left along segment 3 path 253 to the position shown in the figure; (3) the locking bar moves up along segment 2 path 252 to the position shown in the figures; and (4) the locking bar rotates to the right along the 1 st segment path 251 and moves to the right to the position shown in the figure, and the unlocking is completed.
The key to successful unlocking is the design of segment 3 path 253, with the following conditions: (1) the front two ends of the lock rod rotate 45 degrees simultaneously; and (2) the front two ends of the lock rod move upwards simultaneously. If the unlocking is not performed artificially, it is almost impossible to achieve the above conditions only by vibration or the like, and if one of the conditions is not met, the unlocking cannot be performed.

a base having a chute path thereon; and
the locking rod comprises a front end and a tail end, the front end is in a plane design and moves along the chute path, the tail end is buckled with the handle, and the handle cannot move upwards so that the quick clamp structure cannot be loosened.
2. A quick clamp structure with lock according to claim 1 wherein the chute path comprises:
the first section of path is used for rotating the lock rod, so that the lock rod rotates upwards and moves leftwards along the 1 st section of path;
the second section of path is used for limiting the moving direction of the locking rod, and the locking rod moves downwards along the 2 nd section of path;
a third path for adjusting the direction of the locking bar, wherein the locking bar rotates 45 degrees to the right along the 3 rd path; and
and the locking rod moves 45 degrees leftwards and downwards along the 4 th path, so that the tail end is buckled with the handle.
3.
