In order to enhance the rigidity of the cantilever 3, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 4 are disposed on the opposite surfaces of the two cantilevers 3, two adjacent reinforcing ribs 4 of one of the cantilevers 3 are alternately disposed, and each reinforcing rib 4 is triangular. In the die assembly production product process, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 4 are utilized, the rigidity of the cantilever 3 at the position is enhanced according to the mechanical principle, the cantilever 3 at the position is prevented from deforming, the coaxial centers of the injection mechanism 2 and the die assembly mechanism arranged on one side of the fixed die plate 1 are ensured not to be changed, the adjustment work of operators is reduced, the stability of injection is ensured, the time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the front plate 10 is provided with two positioning block slots 100 for installing a mold, and the two positioning block slots 100 are disposed on two sides of a longitudinal center line of the front plate 10. The positioning block groove 100 is arranged, after the die assembly mechanism is assembled, the injection mechanism 2 is ensured not to move left and right in the working process, and the coaxial center between the injection mechanism 2 and the die assembly mechanism arranged on one side of the fixed die plate is not changed, so that a product with higher quality is ensured to be produced; meanwhile, the service life of the equipment part is not shortened due to the change of the axis.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the front plate 10 is provided with two positioning key slots 101 for setting a mold, and the two positioning key slots 101 are disposed on two sides of a longitudinal center line of the front plate 10. The positioning key groove 101 is arranged, after the die clamping mechanism is assembled, the die clamping mechanism is ensured not to move left and right in the working process of the injection mechanism 2, and the coaxial center between the injection mechanism 2 and the die clamping mechanism arranged on one side of the fixed die plate 1 is not changed, so that a high-quality product is ensured to be produced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, a plurality of process holes 102 are respectively formed in a top plate 1A between the front plate body 10 and the rear plate body 11 and a side plate 1B between the front plate body 10 and the rear plate body 11, the number of the process holes 102 is two, and the top plate 1A or the side plate 1B is alternately arranged in the two process holes 102. The process holes 102 can reduce the mass of the fixed die plate 1, reduce the material consumption for producing the fixed die plate 1 and reduce the cost.
