Background

The front side and the rear side of the machine frame 14 are provided with first support frames 2, a rolling shaft 3 is arranged between the two first support frames 2, and the rolling shaft 3 is connected with a first sliding block 15. The first slide block 15 is provided with a lifting device on the top, and the lifting device has more forms, such as: the lifting device comprises a second screw 11, a first nut 12 and a second nut 13. The up-and-down movement of the first sliding block 15 is realized through the matching of the second screw rod 11 and the first nut 12 and the second nut 13; or, the lifting device comprises a pneumatic telescopic rod, the pneumatic lifting rod is arranged above the first sliding block 15, one end of the pneumatic lifting rod is connected to the top end of the first sliding block 15, and the other end of the pneumatic lifting rod is connected to the top end of the first support frame 2. The pneumatic telescopic rod can drive the first sliding block 15 to move up and down.

The ribs 17 and grooves 18 cooperate with each other so that the embossing ring 4 is fixed to the rotation shaft for facilitating the embossing. At the same time, the embossing ring 4 can be replaced when a different motif is required.
The following is further detailed by the specific embodiments: the device is assembled on a rectangular tube production line. During production, the steel plate is driven by the rectangular tube production line and continuously moves towards the discharge hole from the feeding hole. After the steel plate is limited by the horizontal limiting roller 9 and the vertical limiting roller 7 in sequence and leveled by the leveling device in the motion process, required patterns are pressed on the steel plate by the embossing ring 4, and then the steel plate directly enters a rectangular tube production line. When a different motif is required, a different embossing ring 4 can be replaced, or when embossing is not required, the embossing ring 4 is raised without an embossing step.
