The invention provides a multifunctional orthodontic STOP device and a using method thereof, wherein the device comprises a STOP main body, a screw and a double-end wrench; the STOP body is provided with a screw groove, the screw groove is provided with an inwards concave thread, a nickel-titanium arch wire groove is arranged in the direction vertical to the screw groove, the nickel-titanium arch wire groove penetrates through the STOP body, the screw groove is communicated with the nickel-titanium arch wire groove, and one end of the screw is an outwards convex thread which is matched with the inwards concave thread. The STOP main body penetrates into the orthodontic nickel-titanium arch wire, and then the double-end wrench is used for screwing the plastic screw so as to fix the orthodontic nickel-titanium arch wire and the STOP device.
