The total knee replacement is an effective method for treating middle and late-stage arthritis, but the injury of the knee stretching device is contraindication of the total knee replacement, and the premise of the total knee replacement is that the knee stretching device of a patient is complete, otherwise, the treatment effect is greatly influenced. For such patients, if there is no history of total knee replacement surgery, the injured part is fixed by using a long screw and a toothed washer in a matching way (as shown in fig. 2), specifically, the fracture block is reset firstly, then a hole is formed in the fracture block, then the toothed washer is placed on the fracture block, and after the long screw is used to penetrate through the toothed washer and the hole in the fracture block, the long screw is screwed into the bone to realize the fixation. However, after the knee joint replacement, the knee joint prosthesis can not be fixed by long screws due to the blocking of the knee joint prosthesis below the tibial tubercle 04; and the patients with the disease are often old, have osteoporosis, and have frequent comminuted fracture at the position of a tibial tubercle, and the toothed washer is easy to fix and not firm, so that the traditional method for matching and fixing the long screw and the toothed washer is difficult to use.
