Background
Clinically, it is often necessary to seal the target tissue to treat or prevent a disease, and in the process, a special delivery device is used to deliver the closure clip into the human body and open the closure clip to capture the target tissue, so that the target tissue is clamped between the two clamping arms of the closure clip to complete the sealing. The closing clamp is provided with spring arms, the closing clamp can be closed under the action of the spring arms, the two ends of the existing closing clamp are clamped when the existing closing clamp is closed, namely the two ends of the clamping arms are clamped by the two spring arms respectively to realize closing, and the spring arms and the clamping arms are not in the same plane. Because the two ends of the closing clamp are closed, the tissue target can be captured only by a lasso mode, and the difficulty of minimally invasive surgery, particularly thoracoscopic surgery, can be increased. Because the spring arm and the clamping arm are not in the same plane, the volume of the closed clamp is increased, the size of an implantation path is increased, and the minimally invasive surgery is not facilitated.

In addition to the fixed connection, there may also be a non-fixed connection between the closing arm 401 and the first and second clip arms 2, 3, namely: when the closing arm 401 is clamped between the outer side surfaces 11 of the first and second clamp arms 2 and 3, the closing arm 401 is not fixedly connected with the first and second clamp arms 2 and 3, and is only in an abutting state.
In the fourth embodiment, in order to improve the using effect of the closing clip, the closing arm 401 may also be fixed to the first clip arm 2 and the second clip arm 3 by welding, pinning or flexible binding (such as a rope).
In the invention, the elastic clamp 4 comprises two elastic clamp arms which are connected through an elastic piece, and the elastic piece enables the two elastic clamp arms to obtain clinically required closing force. In the first to seventh embodiments, the joint of the two elastic clamping arms of the elastic clamp 4 is U-shaped, that is, the U-shaped joint of the elastic clamp 4 is an elastic member, which enables the two elastic clamping arms to obtain the clinically required closing force. Of course, the joint of the two elastic clamping arms can also be T-shaped, and can also be in other regular or irregular shapes as long as the closing force can be provided for the two elastic clamping arms.
Two elastic clamping arms of an elastic clamp 4 in the closing clamp are respectively clamped at the far ends of the outer side surfaces 11 of a first clamping arm 2 and a second clamping arm 3, and the elastic clamp 4 is arranged along the length direction of the first clamping arm 2 and the second clamping arm 3, so that the elastic clamp 4, the first clamping arm 2 and the second clamping arm 3 are positioned in the same plane, and the volume of the whole closing clamp is reduced. In the invention, the opening and closing of the closing clip can be realized by only using one elastic clip 4, the far end of the closing clip can be opened in the opening process, the whole closing clip is opened in a V shape at the moment, namely, the single-end opening is realized, and therefore, a lasso mode is not needed when a tissue target is captured.
When the elastic clamp is used, the closing force of the elastic clamp 4 can be adjusted according to the actual use condition, for a given elastic clamp 4, the U-shaped joint of the elastic clamp can be extruded, namely the inner diameter of the U-shaped joint is reduced to increase the closing force between the two elastic clamp arms, and conversely, when the inner diameter of the U-shaped joint is increased, the closing force between the two elastic clamp arms is reduced. After the closing force of the closing clamp is adjusted, the closing clamp is conveyed into a human body through a special conveying device, then the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 3 are opened, the human body is moved to a position of a human body tissue to be closed, the human body tissue is located between the first clamping arm 2 and the second clamping arm 3, then the conveying device loosens the first clamping arm 2 and the second clamping arm 3, and the first clamping arm 2 and the second clamping arm 3 are closed and clamp the human body tissue under the action of the elastic clamp 4.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the elastic clamp 4, the first clamping arm 2 and the second clamping arm 3 are positioned on the same plane, so that the volume of the closed clamp is reduced;
2) the conveying is convenient, the target tissue such as the root of the left auricle is convenient to capture, and the operation is simple;
3) the closing clamp can provide continuous and constant parallel closing force, so that the safety and the reliability of the product are ensured;
4) the geometry of the U-shaped connection, the long arm 400 and the closing arm 401 of the two elastic clamping arms of the elastic clamp 4 can affect the closing force of the far end and the near end (based on the operator, the near end is near the operator, and the far end is far away from the operator), for example, the cross-sectional area of the U-shaped connection is increased, and the closing force of the far end and the near end of the clamping arm can be increased by reducing the inner diameter of the U-shaped connection; increasing the cross-sectional area of the straight and closing arms 401 increases the closing force of the clamp arms; the length (extension direction) of the closing arm 401, the cross-sectional area of the closing arm 401, the length (extension direction) of the straight arm, the cross-sectional area of the straight arm and relative ratios of the cross-sectional areas can all affect the closing force of the clamping arm and the distribution of the closing force of the far end and the near end of the clamping arm, for a given elastic clamp 4, the U-shaped connection part, the long arm 400 and the closing arm 401 are all determined, and the distribution of the closing force of the far end and the near end of the clamping arm can be obviously changed by changing the geometric dimensions (such as the cross-sectional area and the length) of the clamping arm, so that the invention can adjust the magnitude of the closing force of the clamping arm and the distribution of the closing force of the far end and the near end of;
5) the clamping arm participates in elastic deformation, the closing force of the elastic clamp 4 can be flexibly distributed, and the compliance of tissues is greatly improved;
6) the closing clamp has simple structure, small mass and reliable and stable performance;
7) the closure clip is easy to manufacture.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements of the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art should fall within the protection scope defined by the claims of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
