Description

Blood vessel anastomat
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vascular anastomosis instruments, in particular to a vascular anastomosis instrument convenient and fast to operate.
Background
The vascular anastomosis technique is an operation technique for connecting two blood vessels into one. The vascular anastomosis technique begins with one hundred years ago, for example, Carrel, a, (1908) and Hopfnet, E, (1903) and the like, and is widely applied to various surgical operations after one hundred years of development. Vascular anastomosis techniques are used in many fields such as microsurgery, plastic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, urology, gynecology, and the like. The success or failure of the vascular anastomosis technique, which is one of the most important steps in the above-mentioned surgery, is directly related to the survival of the transplanted tissue organ after the surgery. With the development of the vascular anastomosis technology, a suture anastomosis method and a mechanical nail ring anastomosis method are gradually developed and matured in the field; the blood vessel suture anastomosis method for carrying out butt-joint suture on the broken end of a blood vessel by utilizing a suture is a currently recognized blood vessel anastomosis standard method and is the most common blood vessel anastomosis method in clinical practice in the future; the vascular mechanical ring anastomosis method is that two vascular broken ends are respectively passed through and turned outwards to be fixed on independent anastomosis rings, and the anastomosis of the vascular broken ends is realized by means of the close anastomosis of the anastomosis rings.
Although the blood vessel suture anastomosis method is the 'gold' standard of blood vessel anastomosis, the method still has the following technical defects: 1. sutures can cause damage to the intima of the vessel; 2. exposure of the suture to the lumen can interfere with the normal flow of blood; 3. the risk of vascular embolism can be increased by operations such as anastomotic orifice inversion and the like; 4. the operation is complicated, and the operation time is long; 5. the requirement on the personal ability of a doctor is high, and the operation requirement is difficult to master skillfully in a short time without training; 6. the operation quality is easily influenced by the psychological and physiological fluctuation of doctors; 7. the blood vessel is elastic, soft and telescopic human tissue, and is difficult to position by manual suture and accurate suture of a suture needle. Therefore, the problems of untight suturing, too deep or shallow suturing, too tight or too loose suturing and the like easily occur in the operation, so that the blood at the joint is leaked; after operation, the influence of the suture needle and the thread is easy to cause vascular thrombosis; eventually leading to failure of the procedure.
For the mechanical blood vessel nail-ring anastomosis method, 2 plastic small rings are adopted, 6 fixing needles and 6 small holes are uniformly alternated on each small ring, and the broken end of a blood vessel at one side is fixed on the 6 fixing needles after passing through the inner hole of the plastic small ring and turning outwards for 90 degrees during anastomosis; the operation is repeated on the blood vessel at the other end, and the needles and the holes of the two needle rings are mutually embedded and involuted after the operation is finished. Although the application of the vascular mechanical nail anastomosis method can greatly simplify the operation steps and shorten the operation time, the following technical defects still exist: in the actual operation, the blood vessel eversion wall is hung on the fixing needle of the anastomosis ring, the metal fixing needle cannot be removed after the anastomosis of the left anastomosis ring and the right anastomosis ring is completed, in addition, the anastomosis ring is large in size and cannot be absorbed, foreign matters are formed in the anastomosis device in a human body for a long time, foreign matter rejection reaction of the human body can be caused, and even local infection is induced. At present, the blood vessel anastomat applied in the market is only suitable for large-caliber blood vessels and cannot be applied to the field of microsurgery.
Therefore, providing a miniature, absorbable vascular anastomat to improve the convenience of vascular anastomosis operation, reduce the technical risk of vascular tear in the operation, and improve the success rate of anastomosis becomes a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
