Abstract
The invention discloses a fastening device for an interchangeable watchband of a watch, which comprises a first fastening body and a second fastening body, wherein the first fastening body comprises a first base body, a first positioning assembly, a first air bag and a first connecting piece; the second buckle body comprises a second base body, a second positioning assembly, a second air bag and a second connecting piece, the second positioning assembly comprises a second button, a second positioning rod and a second air needle, a second air channel is arranged in the second button, the second air needle is communicated with the second air channel, the second base body is communicated with the second air channel, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected with each other. Compared with the prior art, the invention can slow down the generation of peculiar smell.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a clasp device, and more particularly to a clasp device for an interchangeable bracelet for a wristwatch.
Background
Watches have been popular among the public as timekeeping tools and decorative items. In the prior art, most watchbands are buckled through the mutual matching of a locking device and a hole on the watchband or through a folding pressing and buckling device. The in-process of wearing is being worn to current wrist-watch watchband, because the wrist perspires, moist environment causes bacterial growing easily to produce the peculiar smell, very influence wears the experience. In view of the above, the present inventors have intensively studied to obtain a clasp device for an interchangeable band for a wristwatch.

In order to guarantee ventilation efficiency, the number of the first air needles 26 and the second air needles 36 is at least set to two, first air holes are formed in the side face of the lower end of the first air needles 26, second air holes are formed in the side face of the lower end of the second air needles 36, the first air holes and the second air holes are respectively formed in the side portions of the first air needles 26 and the second air needles 36, and accordingly the situation that the lower ends of the first air needles 26 and the second air needles 36 are blocked to cause unsmooth air outlet is avoided.
Further, the heights of the first air bag 22 and the second air bag 32 are higher than the heights of the first base body 21 and the second base body 31, and the first air bag 22 and the second air bag 32 are made of rubber materials. By making the heights of the first airbag 22 and the second airbag 32 higher with respect to the first base 21 and the second base 31, the pressing of the first airbag 22 and the second airbag 32 can be facilitated.
Specifically, the first positioning rod 25 and the second positioning rod 35 are both made of stainless steel, and the first base body 21 and the second base body 31 are made of rubber materials.

A fastening device for an interchangeable watchband of a watch is characterized by comprising a first fastening body and a second fastening body, wherein the first fastening body comprises a first base body, a first positioning assembly, a first air bag and a first connecting piece, the first positioning assembly comprises a first button, a first positioning rod and a first air needle, a first channel and a first placing hole are arranged on the first base body, the first channel transversely penetrates through the first base body, the first placing hole downwards extends to the first channel from the upper surface of the first base body, the first placing hole comprises a first hole and a second hole which are vertically arranged, the aperture of the first hole is larger than that of the second hole, the first button is tightly extruded and arranged in the first hole, the first positioning rod and the first air needle are fixed at the bottom of the first button, the first positioning rod penetrates through the second hole from top to bottom and then is inserted into the first channel, the first air needle is inserted into the first channel, a first air flow channel is arranged in the first button, the first air needle is communicated with the first air flow channel, the first connecting piece is arranged on one side of the first base body, the first air bag is arranged on the other side of the first base body, and the first air bag is communicated with the first air flow channel; the second buckle body comprises a second base body, a second positioning assembly, a second air bag and a second connecting piece, the second positioning assembly comprises a second button, a second positioning rod and a second air needle, a second channel and a second placing hole are formed in the second base body, the second channel transversely penetrates through the second base body, the second placing hole downwardly extends from the upper surface of the second base body to the second channel, the second placing hole comprises a third hole and a fourth hole which are vertically arranged, the aperture of the third hole is larger than that of the fourth hole, the second button is tightly extruded and arranged in the third hole, the second positioning rod and the second air needle are fixed at the bottom of the second button, the second positioning rod penetrates through the fourth hole from top to bottom and then is inserted into the second channel, the second air needle is inserted into the second channel, and a second air flow channel is arranged in the second button, the second air needle is communicated with the second air flow channel, the second connecting piece is arranged on the second base body, the second air bag is arranged on one side of the second base body, the second base body is communicated with the second air flow channel, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are mutually connected.

The device of claim 1, wherein the first button has a top surface flush with the top surface of the first base, the first hole has a top edge provided with an arcuate chamfer, the second button has a top surface flush with the top surface of the second base, and the third hole has a top edge provided with an arcuate chamfer.

The buckle device for an interchangeable band for a wristwatch of claim 1, wherein the number of the first air pin and the second air pin is at least two, a first vent hole is provided on a lower end side surface of the first air pin, and a second vent hole is provided on a lower end side surface of the second air pin.
5. The clasp apparatus for an interchangeable band for a wristwatch of claim 1, wherein the first bladder and the second bladder are each higher than the first base and the second base, the first bladder and the second bladder being made of a rubber material.
6. The clasp apparatus for an interchangeable band for a wristwatch of claim 1, wherein the first positioning stem and the second positioning stem are both made of stainless steel.
7. The clasp apparatus for an interchangeable band for a wristwatch of claim 1, wherein the first base and the second base are made of a rubber material.
8. The device of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first connector comprises a tab with a slot, the second connector comprises a pin with a stop ring on a sidewall thereof, the second base has a first hole and a second hole, the first hole extends from a side of the second base to the inside thereof, the second hole extends from the upper surface of the second base to the first hole, the hole wall of the second hole has a stop groove, the stop ring is located in the stop groove, the tab is inserted into the first hole, and the pin is inserted into the slot.
9. The device of claim 8, wherein the first connector further comprises a first magnet, the second connector further comprises a second magnet, the first magnet is disposed in the slot, and the second magnet is disposed at a lower end of the stem.
