the working principle is as follows: when needs carry out vegetables cleaning operation, pour vegetables into from feed inlet 2, vegetables enter into cleaning chamber 3, inlet tube 7 pours into water into cleaning chamber 3 through booster compressor 8, agitator motor 307 drives drive shaft 305 and rotates, bevel gear 304 on the drive shaft 305 drives pivot 301 and rotates, thereby drive stirring wheel 303 and rotate, the water that drives in cleaning chamber 3 rotates, thereby break up vegetables and wash, impurity falls into cleaning chamber 3's bottom through screen cloth 302 in the vegetables, impurity enters into collection box 701 through blow off pipe 7, water among the collection box 701 flows into the setting tank, impurity stays in collection box 701, so do not cause the damage to vegetables in the stirring cleaning process because stirring wheel 303 below screen cloth 302.
Meanwhile, the cam 306 is driven by the stirring motor 307 to rotate, when the convex part of the cam 306 is abutted to the moving platform 402, the moving platform 402 is lifted and drives the moving pressing plate 403 to lift, because water is rotated under the action of the stirring wheel 303, when the moving pressing plate 403 is lifted, vegetables flow into the slideway 5 along the rotating direction and then fall into the filter ball 12, at the moment, the moving pressing plate 403 descends under the action of the cam 306, the valve of the external water pipe 14 is opened, external clean water starts to perform secondary cleaning on the vegetables through the spray header 15, the cleaning effect of the vegetables is improved, the water after being cleaned flows out of the filter ball 12, enters the drainage tank 1101 through the water collection plate 13, then enters the precipitation tank 9 through the recovery water pipe 901 to precipitate impurities, the precipitated water enters the water inlet pipe 6 and then enters the cleaning bin 3 under the action of the supercharger 8, and the recycling of the water is realized, after the vegetables are washed for the second time, the driving motor 10 drives the conveyor belt 1002 to rotate through the driving wheel in the filter ball 12, the vegetables are operated to the next procedure, and due to the cyclic utilization of water resources, the energy-saving and environment-friendly functions of the machine are realized.
