Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for protecting the copyright of streaming media, wherein the method for protecting the copyright of the streaming media comprises the following steps: receiving a streaming media playing request of a user, and acquiring a user identifier of the user after the user passes authentication; determining a target streaming media corresponding to the streaming media playing request, and setting attribute information of the user identifier according to a streaming media copyright protection strategy corresponding to the target streaming media; and returning the attribute information and the target streaming media to a user side corresponding to the user so that the user side loads and renders the attribute information and the target streaming media. Background
With the rapid development of the internet, various streaming media can be transmitted through the internet, but with the importance of intellectual property protection and the general popularization of payment mode, the copyright protection of the streaming media is also more and more emphasized. the second setting unit of the attribute information is used for obtaining the audio frequency of the target streaming media; and setting implicit audio with preset frequency containing the user identification, and embedding the implicit audio into the audio.

As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a computer device 400 for executing the method for protecting copyrights of streaming media in fig. 1, where the device includes a memory 401, a processor 402, and a computer program stored on the memory 401 and executable on the processor 402, where the processor 402 implements the steps of the method for protecting copyrights of streaming media when executing the computer program.

receiving a streaming media playing request of a user, and acquiring a user identifier of the user after the user passes authentication;
determining a target streaming media corresponding to the streaming media playing request, and setting attribute information of the user identifier according to a streaming media copyright protection strategy corresponding to the target streaming media;
and returning the attribute information and the target streaming media to a user side corresponding to the user so that the user side loads and renders the attribute information and the target streaming media.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target streaming media is a video, the streaming media copyright protection policy is a ticker policy, and the attribute information comprises: displaying the value and the position information of the user identifier on the playing interface, and setting the attribute information of the user identifier, wherein the attribute information comprises the following steps:
determining the number of the trotting horse lamps;
processing the display value, and converting the processed display value into a character string expressed by the running horse lamp track number system;
setting a corresponding relation between each character in the character string and the running horse lamp track corresponding to the running horse lamp track number;
and constructing a mapping relation between attribute information and the user identification based on the processing of the display value, the corresponding relation between the characters and the ticker track and the sequence of the character strings.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said processing the presentation value and converting the processed presentation value into a string of characters represented in the number scale of the ticker track comprises:
and deleting the digits of the display value, and converting the display value of the deleted digits into a character string expressed by the running horse lamp track number system.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein constructing a mapping relationship between attribute information and the user identifier based on the processing of the presentation value, the correspondence between the character and the ticker track, and the sequence of the character strings comprises:
setting user identifications to be sequentially displayed on a ticker track corresponding to the characters according to a preset period and the sequence of the character strings;
if the display value is not subjected to digit deletion processing, a mapping relation between the character string, the ticker track and the user identifier is constructed, and if the display value is subjected to digit deletion, a mapping relation between the character string, the ticker track, the deleted digit and the user identifier is constructed.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target streaming media is video, the streaming media copyright protection policy is audio policy, and setting the attribute information of the user identifier comprises:
acquiring the audio frequency of the target streaming media;
and setting implicit audio with preset frequency containing the user identification, and embedding the implicit audio into the audio.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the setting of the implicit audio having the preset frequency including the user identifier and the embedding of the implicit audio in the audio comprises:
setting the tone number of the initial implicit audio to be a preset tone threshold, wherein the preset frequency is the frequency of preset white noise;
converting the user identification according to a scale threshold value scale corresponding to the scale threshold value to obtain a scale string value;
mapping each scale value in the scale string values to a scale corresponding to the initial implicit audio in sequence to obtain the implicit audio;
and embedding the implicit audio into the audio according to a preset time interval.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
acquiring target attribute information of played streaming media;
inquiring attribute information of a user identifier, and acquiring a target user identifier mapped by the target attribute information;
and if the played streaming media is not from a preset streaming media server, determining that the target user identification infringes the copyright of the played streaming media.
8. An apparatus for protecting copyright of streaming media, comprising:
the system comprises a user identification acquisition module, a streaming media playing module and a user identification acquisition module, wherein the user identification acquisition module is used for receiving a streaming media playing request of a user and acquiring a user identification of the user after the user passes authentication;
the attribute information setting module is used for determining a target streaming media corresponding to the streaming media playing request and setting the attribute information of the user identification according to a streaming media copyright protection strategy corresponding to the target streaming media;
and the attribute information processing module returns the attribute information and the target streaming media to a user side corresponding to the user so that the user side loads and renders the attribute information and the target streaming media.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory and a bus, the memory storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the memory communicating via the bus when the electronic device is running, the machine-readable instructions being executed by the processor to perform the steps of the method for protecting copyright of streaming media according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, where the computer program is executed by a processor to perform the steps of the method for protecting copyright of streaming media according to any of the claims 1 to 7.
