Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The design of the invention is mainly a set of complete system for detecting whether each signal input channel works normally or not when the television is produced in batches, and the automatic detection functional module is integrated in the operating system of the television, particularly but not limited to be arranged on an SKD mainboard of the operating system, and simultaneously, an external input signal and an external storage device are required to be matched to complete the automatic detection process of the whole input channel.
The external input signal is provided by various signal generators commonly used in television debugging development and batch production, and the signal generators simulate the use scene of a terminal user to provide test signals. The signal generator is connected with a transmission channel for transmitting signals to be detected through a wire to realize signal transmission; the storage device comprises editable configuration file information and preset standard image information.
The processor of the tv operating system may be at least one of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a Video Processing Unit (VPU), and the like.
In the prior art, when the televisions are produced in batches, television manufacturers generally switch the channel to be detected by a remote controller for a detection person on a production line, or detect the channel to be detected by replacing a connecting line, so that the operation process is complicated and a large amount of labor cost is consumed.
The invention provides an automatic detection method of a television transmission channel, which realizes the automatic detection of the television transmission channel by the automatic detection and the automatic switching of the transmission channel to be detected; and the configuration and the detection sequence of the channels to be detected can be adjusted according to the models of different televisions, and the operation is flexible and controllable. The method can be widely applied to detection of transmission channels of various intelligent televisions. For example, if the transmission channel configuration of the television model A is different from that of the television model B, the channel detection of the televisions with different models can be realized by adjusting the configuration information of the configuration file; for another example, if the signal transmission qualification rate of a certain transmission channel in the tv model is not high, the detection sequence of the transmission channels may be set as the first order to avoid the waste of the detection program. The above examples are only for facilitating the understanding of the present solution by those skilled in the art, and the technical solution of the present invention is not limited by the examples.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for automatically detecting a television transmission channel, including the following steps:
step S100: and acquiring configuration file information.
Specifically, setting a recognizable path of the configuration file, namely, accessing the set recognizable path of the configuration file when the television system is powered on; if the configuration file exists, the access returns a successful state value; if the configuration file does not exist, a failed status value is returned. And detecting whether the external storage equipment has the configuration file for automatic detection. And if so, acquiring the configuration file information. The configuration file information comprises editable configuration of the transmission channels to be detected and an editable detection sequence of the transmission channels to be detected, and the transmission channels to be detected comprise a plurality of transmission channels to be detected.
Specifically, the configuration of the editable transmission channel to be detected is specifically transmission channel names or english abbreviations of different television models, and specifically may be: the transmission channels to be detected can be adjusted in detection range according to actual requirements so as to meet different detection requirements. Two, three, four, five, six, etc. may be included, and the editable detection sequence is adjusted by editing the detection sequence of the transmission channels to be detected. The flexible application of detection is convenient. The transmission channel to be detected and the next transmission channel to be detected do not imply a sequencing meaning, and are only used for distinguishing different transmission channels to be detected, such as ATV, AV, YPBPR.
Step S200: and acquiring image information of the transmission channel to be detected.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the step S200 includes:
step S201: switching a transmission channel to be detected;
when the detection is carried out for the first time, the detection channel is switched to the transmission channel to be detected according to the configuration (DTV/ATV/AV/YPBPR/VGA/HDMI/… …) and the sequence of the transmission channel in the configuration file, and the automatic detection of the input channels one by one is started. The transmission channel to be detected is a transmission channel to be detected with the first detection sequence included in the configuration file information, and a specific channel represented by the transmission channel to be detected can be set according to actual requirements and can be any channel of ATV, AV, and ypbpr.
Step S202: and intercepting the display image of the television based on the transmission channel to be detected as the image information.
Specifically, the existing smart television has a screen capture function, and after the transmission channel to be detected is switched to and is waited for 1-3 seconds to ensure that the signal output is stable, the smart television is controlled to image information through an automatic detection function module. In the technical scheme of the invention, the image information can be the image information displayed on the display screen of the television, and also can be the image information which is decoded by the main chip of the SKD board of the television and is not displayed on the display screen. The television input needs to be decoded by a chip and then is converted into an LVDS/VB1 signal to be transmitted to a screen for display. The image signal directly captured from the chip can effectively avoid the difference of final display on the television screen caused by the transmission process of the LVDS/VB1 signal line and the color difference of the screen. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Step S300: matching the image information with corresponding preset standard image information according to the image information, and outputting a matching result;
specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step S300 includes:
step S301: acquiring preset standard image information corresponding to the transmission channel to be detected;
specifically, the preset standard image information is stored in the storage device, and the preset standard image information is obtained through a preset access path, where the type of the standard image information and what transmission channel based image information corresponds to the image information of the channel to be detected, for example, the image information of the transmission channel to be detected is a displayed screen image with channel characters, and then the preset standard image information is also a screen display image with characters when the signal corresponding to the transmission channel to be detected is transmitted normally. The detection accuracy is ensured, and the subsequent comparison calculation is convenient.
Step S302: and calculating the matching degree of the image information of the transmission channel to be detected and the preset standard image information based on a template matching algorithm, wherein the matching degree is the comparison value.
In this embodiment, the difference between the RGB component values of each pixel of the image of the transmission channel to be detected and the corresponding preset standard image is calculated, and the sum of the difference values of the pixels is calculated as a comparison value.
Step S303: and acquiring a preset threshold value corresponding to the transmission channel to be detected.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset threshold may be set according to an actual result after comparing and calculating images captured by multiple televisions with normal signal transmission channels in advance, for example, two images captured by 100 televisions connected with the same signal (including the same signal input channel and the same signal type and content) are compared with each other, and the comparison method is as described above, if the sum of the comparison difference values is below M, the preset threshold may be tentatively set to M. The preset threshold value can be subsequently adjusted according to an error result after production and practical application, and the error is mainly used for eliminating interference of small display differences caused by transmission errors of resolution error signals of different television displays on a detection result. The preset threshold value is preset in the automatic detection functional module, and calling is realized through the program block.
Step S304: and comparing whether the comparison value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value to obtain a matching result.
Specifically, a matching result is obtained by comparing whether the comparison value is lower than a preset threshold value, and the detection result is fed back according to the matching result. The matching result is greater than or less than or equal to.
When the comparison value is larger than the preset threshold value, outputting a detection abnormal result of the transmission channel to be detected, and finishing the detection; and when the comparison value is smaller than the preset threshold value, triggering the transmission channel to be detected to be switched to the next transmission channel to be detected. Repeating the detection process of the transmission channel to be detected to detect the next transmission channel to be detected; in another embodiment of the present invention, when the comparison value is greater than the preset threshold value, the abnormal detection result of the transmission channel to be detected is output, and the transmission channel to be detected can be continuously switched to the next transmission channel to be detected to repeat the detection process of the transmission channel to be detected to detect the next transmission channel to be detected. Until the detection is finished.
Step S400: feeding back a detection result based on the matching result;
specifically, referring to fig. 4, the step S400 includes:
step S401: and when the matching result is matching, switching the transmission channel to be detected so as to detect the next transmission channel to be detected.
Step S402: and when the matching result is not matched, outputting the abnormal detection result of the transmission channel to be detected.
Specifically, a matching result is obtained by comparing whether the comparison value is lower than a preset threshold value, and the detection result is fed back according to the matching result. The matching result is greater than or less than or equal to.
Specifically, when the comparison value is smaller than the preset threshold, the matching result may be set as a match, and when the comparison value is larger than the preset threshold, the matching result may be set as a match; when the comparison value is equal to the preset threshold value, the matching result may be set to be matched or unmatched according to the actual demand of the product, for example, when the television requires higher display precision or higher quality or the detection channel is frequently used, the matching result when the comparison value is equal to the preset threshold value may be set to be unmatched, and the specific application is not limited.
In this embodiment, when the comparison value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, outputting a detection abnormal result of the transmission channel to be detected, and ending the detection; and when the comparison value is smaller than the preset threshold value, triggering the transmission channel to be detected to be switched to the next transmission channel to be detected. Based on the profile information until the end of the detection.
Referring to fig. 5, step S501: acquiring image information of a transmission channel to be detected next;
step S502: matching the image information with corresponding preset standard image information according to the image information, and outputting a matching result;
step S503: feeding back a detection result based on the matching result; and when the matching result is matching, switching the next transmission channel to be detected so as to detect the next transmission channel to be detected.
And when the matching result is mismatching, outputting the detection abnormal result of the next transmission channel to be detected. And realizing automatic detection and switching of the next transmission channel to be detected.
Further, the detection steps are repeated on the basis of the configuration of the transmission channel to be detected in the configuration file information and the detection sequence to detect the transmission channel to be detected, when the detection is abnormal, an abnormal detection result is output, the detection is ended, or when the detection is abnormal, the abnormal detection result is output, the detection is ended, and then the transmission channel to be detected is switched to the next transmission channel to be detected until all the transmission channels to be detected included in the configuration file information are detected; and when the detection result is not abnormal, the corresponding transmission channel signal transmission is normal, the next transmission channel to be detected is automatically switched to for detection until all the transmission channels to be detected included in the configuration file information are detected, and the signal with the normal detection result is output after the detection is finished, so that the automatic detection in the process is realized. The specific mode can be adjusted according to the actual detection environment and the detection requirement, and the invention is not particularly limited.
The invention provides an automatic detection method of a television transmission channel, which determines the configuration and the detection sequence of the transmission channel to be detected by acquiring the configuration and the editable detection sequence of the transmission channel to be detected of a configuration file, acquires image information of the transmission channel to be detected based on the detection sequence of the configuration file, intercepts an output image of the transmission channel to be detected based on a television system, obtains a comparison value by calculating the image information of the transmission channel to be detected and comparing the image information with corresponding preset standard image information, matches the comparison value with a preset threshold value, and switches the transmission channel to be detected based on the configuration file information according to a matching result until the detection is finished or an abnormal detection result is output. The whole detection process can be realized without the participation of production line detection staff. And the configuration and the sequence of the transmission channels to be detected can be edited, so that the detection process is more flexible and the application range is wider. The condition that a large number of detection personnel are required to be invested in manual detection for visual detection is avoided, and the labor cost investment is reduced; and the automatic detection of the transmission channel is realized by automatically switching the detection channel, so that the detection process is more convenient and quicker.
