After receiving the information returned by the PSAM card, the PSAM card access service device 2 extracts the reply content of the instruction, namely the verification result, adds error correction information, and sends the result back to the ETC fee deduction control device 1.

the communication data between the ETC fee deduction control device and the PSAM card access service device comprises error correction information matched with the communication data; the ETC fee deduction control device and the PSAM card access service device need to check error correction information before extracting communication data transmitted by each other.
