5. A message push apparatus, characterized in that the message push apparatus comprises: the system comprises a map building module, a data monitoring module and a message pushing module, wherein,
the map building module is used for building a data map according to historical data of a user;
the data monitoring module is used for acquiring current operation data and historical data of a target user according to the data map;
the message pushing module is used for judging whether the current operation data meets a message pushing condition or not, and if so, pushing a message to the target user according to a preset pushing strategy; otherwise, the target user is not processed.
6. The message pushing apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the map building module comprises: a basis establishing unit, an index calculating unit and a composite establishing unit, wherein,
the basic establishing unit is used for establishing a first mapping among the user, the transaction data and the consultation data according to the historical data of the user;
the index calculation unit is used for obtaining the position taking consultation amount index of the user according to the transaction data and the consultation data of the user;
and the composite establishing unit is used for establishing a second mapping between the user and the position taking consultation amount index according to the position taking consultation amount index.

The message pushing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the index calculating unit is specifically configured to calculate the index of the consulting amount of taken position of the user according to the transaction data and the consulting data of the user by using a formula, where the formula is:

the message pushing module is specifically used for judging whether the current position taking consultation quantity index is within a floating range of the position taking consultation quantity index, and if so, the target user is not processed; otherwise, message pushing is carried out on the target user according to a preset pushing strategy.
