and displaying the parameter content corresponding to the non-target parameter of the target item in a third partition of the screen.
4. The split-screen display method of claim 3, wherein after the non-target items in the menu of function items are displayed in the second partition of the screen, the method further comprises:
acquiring fourth gesture information of the user;
designating the non-target item within the second partition of the screen as a new target item according to the fourth gesture information.
5. The split-screen display method of claim 1, wherein the target parameters comprise:
control parameters of the household kitchen appliance;
wherein the control parameter is used to directly control the operation mode of the domestic kitchen appliance;
the operation modes comprise a recommended operation mode and a custom operation mode.

the acquisition module is used for acquiring first gesture information of a user;
the processing module is used for acquiring the target parameter selected by the user according to the first gesture information and acquiring a first screen partition appointed by the user according to the first gesture information;
the display module is used for displaying the parameter content corresponding to the target parameter in a first partition of the screen specified by the user;
