The invention ensures stable and reliable data transmission by means of the communication mode of the industrial bus CAN, the TFT color electronic label screen displays the information of the medicines in real time, the distinguishing of users is facilitated, the medicines CAN be taken or stored conveniently, and the medicine management efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicine management, in particular to a medicine management device with functions of bulk loading and bulk counting and an implementation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of a medical system, more and more patients are seen in a hospital, and medicine taking windows of the hospital are often arranged in long lines, so that the workload of a doctor taking medicines is very large, and in order to relieve the burden of the doctor and improve the medicine taking efficiency, an intelligent device convenient for the doctor to manage the medicines is provided.

The bulk medicine box is characterized in that the bulk medicine box is a container without a cover, and the bulk medicine box is provided with a movable box cover.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a medicine management device with bulk loading and bulk counting functions comprises a laminate tray 1, a plurality of bulk loading medicine boxes 2 and a plurality of bulk loading medicine boxes 3 which are arranged above the laminate tray 1, and a plurality of TFT color electronic label screens 4 which are arranged on the front end surface of the laminate tray 1, wherein the bulk loading medicine boxes 2, the bulk loading medicine boxes 3 and the TFT color electronic label screens 4 are the same in number and correspond to one another, a bulk loading weighing sensor 21 is arranged below the bulk loading medicine box 2, a bulk loading weighing sensor 31 is arranged below the bulk loading medicine box 3, the bulk loading weighing sensor 21, the bulk loading weighing sensor 31 and the TFT color electronic label screens 4 are all connected with a single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer is connected with a CAN controller and a CAN transceiver to realize CAN communication.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, preferably, the model of the single chip microcomputer is STM32F103RCT6, the model of the CAN controller is MCP2515, and the model of the CAN transceiver is TJA 1050.
As shown in fig. 5, in the weighing drive circuit of the present embodiment, the drive conversion IC in the weighing cell is HX 711-BF. In addition, the integral weighing sensor and the bulk weighing sensor adopted in the embodiment have upper limits in weighing, specifically, the maximum weighing number of the integral weighing sensor is 6KG, and the maximum weighing number of the bulk weighing sensor is 2 KG.
In one embodiment, the bulk drug boxes 3 and 2 are made of PMMA, the bulk drug boxes 3 are white, and the bulk drug boxes 2 are dark brown, so that the internal bulk drugs can be effectively protected from light and the bulk drugs can be protected.
In one embodiment, the whole medicine containing box 2 is a cover-free accommodating box, and the whole medicine containing box is provided with a packaging box, so that the medicine is not required to be protected by a cover, and the medicine in the position is convenient to take; the bulk medicine box 3 is provided with a movable box cover, so that the medicine can be prevented from being polluted by dust.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in one embodiment, the TFT color electronic label screen 4 is provided with a touch key for switching the display state of the TFT color electronic label screen.
The invention also provides an implementation method of the medicine management device, which comprises the following specific steps:
1) inputting medicine information including medicine name, specification and effective period;
2) putting the integrally-packaged medicine into an integrally-packaged medicine box, and putting the bulk medicine into a bulk medicine box;
3) the TFT color electronic label screen displays medicine information and the total weight of bulk medicines and bulk medicines;
4) pressing a touch key on the TFT color electronic label screen once to display the weight information of the whole medicine, standing for 5 seconds, and recovering and displaying the total weight in the step 3);
5) continuously pressing the touch key on the TFT color electronic label screen twice to display the weight information of bulk drugs, standing for 5 seconds, and restoring to display the total weight in the step 3).
The TFT color electronic label screen has the background color changing function, when the effective period of the medicine is close, the background color is changed into obvious red, so that a user is reminded that the medicine stored in the medicine box is close to the effective period and needs to be processed or replaced in time, and the overdue medicine is avoided being used. The TFT color electronic label screen also has a light guiding function, and particularly, when the device receives required medicine information, the electronic label at the position of the medicine is lightened to prompt a doctor of the position of the medicine, so that the doctor can take the medicine quickly.
In conclusion, the invention ensures stable and reliable data transmission by means of the communication mode of the industrial bus CAN, enhances the self-checking function of the label, monitors the weight information of the medicine in real time by the weighing sensor, displays the information of the medicine in real time by the TFT color electronic label screen, is beneficial to distinguishing of users, is convenient for the users to take or store the medicine and improves the medicine management efficiency; the bulk drug and the bulk drug are respectively stored and monitored, so that the drug management efficiency is further improved; according to the invention, the effective period of the medicine is visually prompted through the change of the background color of the TFT color electronic label screen, so that the user can update the medicine in time conveniently, and the overdue medicine is prevented from being used.

The medication management device with self-contained and bulk-loaded counting functions according to claim 1, wherein the self-contained medicine boxes and the bulk-loaded medicine boxes are made of PMMA, the self-contained medicine boxes are white, and the bulk-loaded medicine boxes are dark brown.
3. The medication management device having self-contained and bulk-count functionality according to claim 1, wherein said self-contained medication box is a capless containment box and said bulk medication box is provided with a removable box cover.
4. The medication management device with self-contained and bulk-counting functionality according to claim 1, wherein said self-contained load cell has a maximum weight number of 6 KG.
5. The self-contained and bulk-counting drug management device of claim 1, wherein the bulk load cell has a maximum weight of 2 KG.
6. The medication management device with self-contained and bulk-packed counting functions according to claim 1, wherein said TFT color electronic label screen is provided with a touch key for switching the display state of the TFT color electronic label screen.
7. The medication management device with self-contained and bulk-count functions of claim 1, wherein said single-chip microcomputer is of the model STM32F103RCT 6.
8. The medication management device with self-contained and bulk-count functionality according to claim 1, wherein said CAN controller is model MCP 2515.
9. The medication management device with self-contained and bulk-count functionality according to claim 1, wherein said CAN transceiver is model number TJA 1050.
10. An implementation method of a drug management device is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
1) inputting medicine information including medicine name, specification and effective period;
2) putting the integrally-packaged medicine into an integrally-packaged medicine box, and putting the bulk medicine into a bulk medicine box;
3) the TFT color electronic label screen displays medicine information and the total weight of bulk medicines and bulk medicines;
