Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, in particular to a clamp detection measuring tool. The invention also relates to a clamp detection assembly with the clamp detection gauge.
Background
When the existing detection ruler detects the center hole distance of the inner clamp and the outer clamp of the disc brake bogie, because the detection ruler is not well positioned, a measurement error is easy to generate, in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement data, a long time is needed to determine the position to be detected, so that the detection time can be increased, according to statistics, the time for the existing detection ruler to detect the center hole distance size of a single clamp is 30 seconds, 16 clamps are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the bogie of a vehicle, and the detection time is 480 seconds.
Therefore, how to avoid the problem that the detection time is long due to the inconvenient positioning in the detection of the existing detection ruler is a technical problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clamp detection measuring tool, which can solve the problem that other detection tools are not accurately positioned when detecting center holes of two circular holes on a clamp, not only can ensure the detection accuracy, but also can improve the detection efficiency. It is another object of the present invention to provide a caliper sensing assembly including the caliper sensing gauge described above.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a clamp detection measuring tool which comprises a body, wherein two ends of the body are respectively provided with a positioning part for clamping a cylindrical pin arranged on a clamp so as to detect the center distance between two round holes on the clamp.
Optionally, any one of the positioning portions comprises two positioning protrusions protruding from two sides of the body, and the two positioning protrusions located on the same side of the body are clamped on the two cylindrical pins respectively, so that the center distance between the two circular holes on the body detection clamp is realized.
Optionally, any one of the positioning protrusions is provided with a clamping groove for abutting against the outer side wall of the cylindrical pin.

The clamp detection measuring tool can be used for arranging the positioning parts 11 for the cylindrical pins 02 to be clamped in according to the characteristics of the clamp 01 on the inner side and the outer side of the disc-shaped brake bogie, so that the problem that the positioning is inaccurate when the detection tool is detected in the prior art is solved. The clamp detection measuring tool can realize rapid and accurate measurement of the center hole distance of two circular holes on the clamp 01 on the inner side and the outer side of the disc brake bogie, can ensure the accuracy of measured data, and can avoid the problem that long time is spent on positioning.
