Therefore, the refrigerator 100 of the embodiment can meet different requirements of users under different conditions, and the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be taken down from the slide rails, so the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be used as separate accessories for users to selectively purchase, different requirements of different users can be met, a new ice maker 150 and a new drawer 140 can be conveniently purchased when the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 are damaged, and the use cost of the refrigerator 100 of the users is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, preferably, the sliding rail assembly 130 is disposed at the uppermost layer of the freezing compartment 120.
The rail assembly 130 is disposed at the uppermost layer of the freezing chamber 120, and can facilitate the installation and removal of the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 to the greatest extent without affecting other objects stored in the freezing chamber 120.
It should be noted that the sliding rail assembly 130 is disposed at the uppermost layer of the freezing compartment 120, and the sliding rail assembly 130 is not required to be disposed close to the top of the freezing compartment 120 as long as no other storage tray is disposed above the sliding rail assembly 130.
If necessary, a plurality of storage trays 160 may be disposed below the sliding rail assembly 130, and in this embodiment, two layers of storage trays 160 are further disposed below the sliding rail assembly 130. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the number, shape, size, etc. of the storage trays 160 under the sliding rail assembly 130 can be set according to the requirement, and all the embodiments similar to or the same as the present embodiment are covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the refrigerator 100 further includes an ice bank 170, and the ice bank 170 is disposed in the storage tray 160 closest to the slide rail assembly 130.
The ice bank 170 may separately store ice cubes to prevent contamination of the ice cubes by contact with other objects within the freezing chamber 120. The ice bank 170 is disposed in the storage tray 160 closest to the sliding rail assembly 130, and after the ice maker 150 finishes making ice, the ice cubes can be conveniently transferred to the ice bank 170, so that the operation is very convenient.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, preferably, the sliding rail assembly 130 is detachably connected to the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120.
The detachable connection structure of the sliding rail assembly 130 and the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120 may be a threaded connection, a snap connection, etc., and is not described in detail, and all the schemes that are the same as or similar to the present embodiment are covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
Since the rail assembly 130 is detachably connected to the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120, when the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 do not need to be installed, the rail assembly 130 can be detached from the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120, thereby further making room for the freezing chamber 120 and improving the utilization rate of the freezing chamber 120. Moreover, the sliding rail assembly 130, like the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140, can be used as a single accessory for selective purchase by users, which not only can meet the requirements of different users, but also can facilitate the purchase of new accessories when the accessories are damaged.
In this embodiment, the sliding rail assembly 130 preferably includes a first sliding rail 131, a stopping portion 133 is disposed at an entrance of the first sliding rail 131, and the stopping portion 133 has a stopping surface 135 perpendicular to the first sliding rail 131 in a direction sliding out of the first sliding rail 131.
When the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 is pulled out to the maximum position, the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 abuts against the stop surface 135, and the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be prevented from accidentally falling off from the first slide rail 131, so that the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be prevented from being accidentally damaged.
When the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 needs to be removed, the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 can be lifted upwards, so that the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 pass over the stopping portion 133, and the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be removed from the slide rail assembly 130.
Therefore, the stopper 133 of the first slide rail 131 of the present embodiment is designed reasonably, so as to prevent the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 from being damaged by being accidentally dropped during the pulling process, and to facilitate the operation when the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 is actually required to be removed.
In the present embodiment, the stopper 133 preferably has an inclined upward entering surface 137 in the direction of entering the first slide rail 131.
When the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 needs to be installed, the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 can be smoothly installed on the first slide rail 131 by sliding along the inclined upward entering surface 137, and the operation is very convenient.
In this embodiment, the entering surface 137 and the stopping surface 135 are spaced at a certain distance, so that the stopping portion 133 has a larger volume, and thus the stopping portion 133 is stronger, and the service life of the slide rail assembly 130 is further prolonged.
Preferably, the slide rail assembly 130 further includes a second slide rail 132, the second slide rail 132 is parallel to the first slide rail 131 and is disposed at a certain distance from the first slide rail 131, and the second slide rail 132 extends straight.
The ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 is slidably coupled to the first slide rail 131 and the second slide rail 132 in parallel, so that the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be more stably and smoothly drawn out.
Because the stopping portion 133 is disposed on the first slide rail 131, the second slide rail 132 can extend straight, and the manufacturing is simpler.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the second slide rail 132 is disposed above the first slide rail 131, and along the direction of entering the first slide rail 131, the entering end 134 of the second slide rail 132 is disposed at a certain distance from the stopping portion 133, and the entering end 134 of the second slide rail 132 is close to the inner side of the freezing chamber 120 relative to the stopping portion 133.
Since the entrance end 134 of the second slide rail 132 is spaced from the stopping portion 133 by a certain distance, and the entrance end 134 of the second slide rail 132 is close to the inner side of the freezing chamber 120 relative to the stopping portion 133, the entrance end 134 of the second slide rail 132 and the stopping portion 133 of the first slide rail 131 are staggered to leave a part of the space. As described above, when the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 need to be removed, the ice maker 150 or the drawer 140 is lifted upwards to make the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 pass the stopper 133, and the entrance end 134 of the second slide rail 132 and the stopper 133 of the first slide rail 131 are staggered to leave a space, so that the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be smoothly lifted up and pass the stopper 133, and the ice maker 150 and the drawer 140 can be more easily removed and the operation is more convenient.
Preferably, the refrigerator 100 further includes a water filling port (not shown) for filling the ice maker 150 with water. Since the icemaker 150 is located in the freezing chamber 120, a water filling port is extended into a space of the freezing chamber 120 through an inner wall of the freezing chamber 120 to supply water to the icemaker 150. When the drawer 140 is slidably coupled to the rail assembly 130, the filling port is easily interfered with the drawer 140.
In order to prevent the water filling port from interfering with the drawer 140, it is preferable in this embodiment that a portion of the water filling port exceeding the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120 is detachable. Accordingly, the user can remove the portion of the water filling port exceeding the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120 before installing the drawer 140, preventing interference with the drawer 140.
The detachable portion may be a portion of the inlet tube, for example, the inlet tube includes a first portion and a second portion detachably coupled to supply water to the ice maker 150 beyond the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120, and the second portion is detached from the first portion before the drawer 140 is installed, preventing the second portion from interfering with the drawer 140.
The detachable portion may also be the entire inlet tube, for example, the inlet tube includes an outer tube and an inner tube which are sleeved, the outer tube is fixed in the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120, the inner tube exceeds the inner wall of the freezing chamber to supply water to the ice maker 150, and the inner tube is drawn out from the outer tube before the drawer 140 is installed, so as to prevent the inner tube from interfering with the drawer 140.
It should be noted that the "portion of the water filling port exceeding the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120" in the present embodiment is not strictly required to include only the portion of the water filling port exceeding the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120, and may include other portions fixedly connected to the portion of the water filling port exceeding the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120.
While two partially detachable structures of the water filling port beyond the inner wall of the freezing chamber 120 are illustrated above, those skilled in the art can design other structures to avoid the interference between the water filling port and the drawer 140, and any solution similar or identical to the present embodiment is within the scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the refrigerator 100 further includes a cover 180 that can close the filling port. In the present embodiment, the cover 180 is disposed above the sliding rail assembly 130, and specifically, above the second sliding rail 132 of the sliding rail assembly 130.
When the ice maker 150 is removed from the slide rail assembly 130 and the drawer 140 is installed, the water filling port is exposed to the outside and easily contaminated. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the drawer 140 is slidably coupled to the rail assembly 130, the cap 180 closes the filling opening, thereby preventing the filling opening from being contaminated and ensuring the sanitation of ice cubes.
In the present embodiment, preferably, when the cap 180 closes the filling port, the cap 180 is spaced apart from the drawer 140.
The cover 180 is spaced apart from the drawer 140 by a predetermined distance, so that the cover 180 is prevented from interfering with the drawer 140, and the drawer 140 is smoothly drawn and withdrawn and the articles are smoothly stored and taken.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
