Abstract
The invention relates to a leakage plugging device with pressure, which comprises a material injection pipe, wherein the outer end of the material injection pipe is provided with a material injection port, and the inner end of the material injection pipe is provided with a material discharge port; and the on-off bolt is screwed into the material injection pipe along the radial direction of the material injection pipe and radially penetrates through the pipe cavity of the material injection pipe so as to control the on-off of the material injection pipe. A compensator comprises an inner pipe, an outer sleeve and a filler flange; the inner pipe is inserted into the outer sleeve, the packing flange is sleeved outside the inner pipe, and a packing cavity is formed among the inner pipe, the packing flange and the outer sleeve; and the outer sleeve is provided with a filling opening, and a discharge opening at the inner end of the pressurized plugging device is fixedly connected with the filling opening in a sealing manner, so that the pressurized plugging device is communicated with the filling cavity. The pressurized plugging device can be used for injecting the worn filler in the filler cavity of the compensator for two or more times, so that pressurized plugging of the compensator is realized under the condition of no steam stop.

the inner pipe 4 is inserted into the outer sleeve 5, the filler flange 6 is sleeved outside the inner pipe 4, and a filler cavity is formed among the inner pipe 4, the filler flange 6 and the outer sleeve 5; in the pressurized plugging device in the above embodiment, the outer sleeve 5 is provided with a filling opening, and a discharge port at the inner end of the pressurized plugging device is fixedly connected with the filling opening in a sealing manner, so that the material injection pipe 1 is communicated with the filling cavity.
Thus, the compensator is a rotary compensator or a sleeve compensator or a spherical compensator. In this embodiment, a rotation compensator is selected.
After long-time operation, if sealing filler leaks, a pipeline does not need to stop steam, the on-off bolt 2 is screwed to the bottom, the filling pipe 1 is disconnected at the moment, the plugging bolt 3 is opened, the filling port is connected with the high-pressure filling gun, then the on-off bolt 2 is opened, the filler is filled into the filling cavity of the compensator through the high-pressure filling gun, after filling is finished, the on-off bolt 2 is screwed to the bottom again, the filling pipe 1 is disconnected, then the high-pressure filling gun is taken down, and the plugging bolt 3 is screwed up.

5. The compensator of claim 4, wherein the compensator is a rotary compensator or a sleeve compensator or a spherical compensator.
