Abstract
The invention provides a thread reinforcing bushing which comprises a bolt head and a screw rod which are integrated and coaxially arranged up and down, wherein an annular concave neck part is arranged at the joint of the bolt head and the screw rod and is used as transition connection; the screw rod extends along the axial direction and is divided into a thread section and a dog tail from top to bottom, and the thread section is provided with external threads on the outer side surface of the screw rod; an annular through groove is formed in the threaded section, internal threads are formed in the inner side face of the annular through groove, the annular through groove is communicated with the bolt head, and the dog tail is in an inverted round platform shape and is in transition connection with the threaded section and the dog tail. According to the invention, the concave neck is arranged below the bolt head and is matched with the internal and external thread structures, so that the effects of thread reinforcement and looseness prevention are simultaneously achieved after assembly.

Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the field of sealing threads, in particular to a thread reinforcing bushing.
Background
With the rapid development of economy and technology, the requirement for light weight is higher and higher, and more light alloys such as aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and the like are beginning to be widely applied to the automobile industry, high-speed rail and the like. However, in the prior art, closed internal threads are mostly directly processed on the light alloy, but the internal threads are often damaged due to the low tensile strength of the light alloy. Since the length of the screw thread must be increased in order to secure the strength of the screw connection, the light alloy must have a sufficient thickness, which is contrary to the light weight.

The structure ensures that the head of the sealing thread reinforcing bushing is pressed into the parent metal of the counter lock in an interference manner, thereby ensuring that the sealing thread reinforcing bushing cannot rotate on the parent metal and playing a role in preventing looseness.
In this embodiment, the hollow bolt head 1 is preferably flush with the surface of the base material 8 after being pressed into the base material 8 of the lock.

In the present embodiment, it is preferred that there is a deformable region between the annular recessed neck 3 and the annular through slot 5.
With the above structure, when the hollow bolt head 1 is subjected to a sufficient pressure, the neck portion 3 of the annular recess is deformed to bulge, shortening the total length of the thread reinforcing bush, so that the hollow bolt head 1 can be pressed into the base material of the counter lock.
In the present embodiment, the bolt head 1, the neck 3, and the screw 2 are preferably made of steel or stainless steel.
