Abstract
The invention discloses a stirrer and a washing machine, wherein the stirrer is arranged at the bottom of an inner barrel/a barrel of the washing machine and comprises: a horizontal stirring body parallel to the bottom of the inner cylinder/barrel and a vertical stirring body vertically connected with the horizontal stirring body. Compared with the stirring mode that the stirring force of the existing stirrer is gradually reduced from the direction of the inner cylinder/the bottom of the barrel to the direction of the opening of the barrel, the stirrer provided by the invention improves the stirring force of the water flow far away from the bottom of the barrel/the barrel on one hand, and stirs the water flow from multiple directions on the other hand, so that the stirring of the water flow in the inner cylinder/the barrel is more uniform, the force for driving the washings to stir is more uniform, and the washing effect on the washings is more uniform.

Technical Field

Background
The washing machine is basically composed of an outer barrel, an inner barrel/barrel, a stirrer, a transmission mechanism, a power mechanism and a control part. The agitator is typically mounted at the bottom of the drum/barrel.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
This application aims at providing a agitator for washing machine, compares in prior art's agitator, can improve the homogeneity of rivers stirring power for rivers are more even to the stirring effect of washings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment 100 of the stirrer according to the present invention includes a horizontal stirring member 1 and a vertical stirring member 2, wherein the vertical stirring member 2 is vertically connected to the horizontal stirring member 1; as shown in fig. 3, when the agitator is installed in the inner tub/tub 3 of the washing machine, its horizontal agitator 1 is parallel to the tub/bottom 31 of the inner tub/tub 3, and its vertical agitator 2 is parallel to the tub/wall 32 of the inner tub/tub 3. When the stirrer is driven to rotate by a driving mechanism 5 through a transmission shaft 4, a horizontal stirring body 1 generates stirring force from the horizontal direction of a cylinder/barrel bottom 31, a vertical stirring body 2 generates stirring force from the vertical direction of the cylinder/barrel bottom 31, so that water flow in an inner cylinder/barrel 3 is stirred from both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, compared with a stirring mode of the existing stirrer, in which the stirring force is gradually reduced from the inner cylinder/barrel bottom direction to the cylinder/barrel opening direction, the stirrer provided by the invention drives the water flow near the cylinder/barrel bottom 31 to stir through the rotation of the horizontal stirring body 1, and drives the water flow near a cylinder/barrel wall 32 to stir through the rotation of the vertical stirring body 2, on one hand, the stirring force of the water flow far away from the cylinder/barrel bottom 31 is improved, on the other hand, the water flow is stirred from the multi-direction, so that the water flow in the inner cylinder/barrel 3 is stirred more uniformly, the force for driving the washings to stir is more uniform, the washing effect of the washings is more uniform, and the technical problem of non-uniform washing effect of the existing stirrer is solved.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the horizontal stirring body 1 includes a disk-shaped main body 11 and a horizontal stirring lug 12; the disc-shaped main body 11 comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface is connected with the vertical stirring body 2, the lower surface is opposite to the upper surface, the horizontal stirring lug 12 is protruded on the upper surface of the disc-shaped main body 11, and a water through hole 14 is formed in the disc-shaped main body 11 in the area which is not covered by the horizontal stirring lug 12; the horizontal stirring lug 12 is intended to generate a pushing action on the water flow when the stirrer is driven to rotate, and to drive the water flow near the barrel/barrel bottom 31 of the inner barrel/barrel 3 to generate stirring, so that the part of the water flow simultaneously drives the water flow of the whole barrel/barrel to stir in the same direction; in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal agitating lug 12 includes a lug center 121 and at least two horizontal agitating protrusions 122 (three in the drawing), the lug center 121 overlaps with the center of the disc-shaped body 11, and the at least two horizontal agitating protrusions 122 radially engage with the lug center 121. When the agitator is driven to rotate, the plurality of horizontal stirring convex strips 122 generate thrust to water, so that water flow is stirred, and washings are driven to overturn.
As shown in fig. 1, the horizontal stirring lug 12 is transitionally connected with the upper surface of the disc-shaped body 11 through the arc surface 13, the arc surface 13 is preferably concave inwards, and during the rotation of the stirrer, water flow is swirled inwards at the concave part of the arc surface 13, so that the stirring power of the water flow is enhanced.
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the vertical stirring body 2 includes an annular main body 21 and a plurality of protruding strips 22, the annular main body 21 includes an outer wall facing the inner cylinder/tub wall 32 and an inner wall facing away from the outer wall, the protruding strips 22 are arranged on the inner wall of the annular main body 21 according to a set distance, the protruding strips 22 are provided with a fixing structure for mounting the vertical stirring bumps 24, as shown in the fixing groove 23 shown in fig. 1, the vertical stirring bumps 24 enhance the pushing effect on the water flow during the rotation of the stirrer, and are more suitable for being selected and used in the case of needing larger water flow washing; the invention does not limit the number of the vertical stirring lugs, and can be designed and selected according to actual requirements.
The part of the vertical stirring body 2 which does not cover the stirrer on the inner wall of the inner barrel/barrel 3 can be designed with a lifting rib, the lifting and turning effect on the washings is improved by combining the combined action of the vertical stirring lug 24, and when the stirrer and the inner barrel/barrel 3 rotate reversely, the stirring uniformity of the water flow is further improved based on the reverse pushing effect of the vertical stirring lug 24 and the lifting rib on the water flow. In the embodiment of the present invention, the height of the annular main body 21 is preferably half of the axial height of the inner cylinder/barrel 3.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the agitator provided by the present invention, the transmission bracket 7 is fixed on the lower surface of the disc-shaped main body 11 of the horizontal agitator 1, the transmission shaft 4 is connected with the transmission bracket 7, and the transmission shaft 4 is driven by the driving mechanism to drive the transmission bracket 7, so as to drive the agitator to rotate. The transmission support 7 is provided with a plurality of sensor mounting grooves 71 for mounting sensors for assisting washing procedures, such as a water flow sensor, a temperature sensor and the like.
Based on the above proposed agitator, the present invention also provides a washing machine, wherein the agitator is installed at the bottom of the inner cylinder/barrel, based on the horizontal agitator generating agitation force from the horizontal direction of the cylinder/barrel bottom, the vertical agitator generating agitation force from the vertical direction of the cylinder/barrel bottom, so that the water flow in the cylinder/barrel is agitated from both the horizontal and vertical directions, compared to the agitation mode of the existing agitator gradually reducing agitation force from the inner cylinder/barrel bottom direction to the cylinder/barrel mouth direction, the water flow agitation near the cylinder/barrel bottom is driven by the rotation of the horizontal agitator, the water flow agitation near the cylinder/barrel wall is driven by the rotation of the vertical agitator, on the one hand, the water flow agitation force far away from the cylinder/barrel bottom portion is improved, on the other hand, the water flow is agitated from the multiple directions, so that the water flow agitation in the inner cylinder/barrel is more uniform, the force for driving the washings to stir is more uniform, and the washing effect on the washings is more uniform.

Claims (10)
1. An agitator, comprising:
a horizontal stirring body;

a disk-shaped body including an upper surface connecting the vertical stirring bodies and a lower surface facing away from the upper surface;

3. The blender as recited in claim 2, wherein the horizontal blending lug comprises:
a bump center overlapping a center position of the disc-shaped body;
at least two horizontal stirring convex strips are radially connected with the center of the convex block.
4. The blender as recited in claim 2, wherein the horizontal blending lug transitions with an upper surface of the disk-shaped body through a curved surface.
5. The agitator of claim 1, wherein the vertical agitating body comprises:
the annular main body comprises an outer wall and an inner wall opposite to the outer wall;
and the convex strips are arranged on the inner wall of the circular ring-shaped main body at set intervals.
6. The agitator of claim 5, wherein the vertical agitator body further comprises:
and the vertical stirring lug is fixed on the raised line.
7. The agitator of claim 2, wherein the horizontal agitator body further comprises:
and the transmission bracket is fixed on the lower surface of the disc-shaped main body.
8. The blender as recited in claim 7, further comprising:

A washing machine comprising a drum/tub, wherein the bottom of the drum/tub is fitted with a pulsator according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the horizontal stirring body is parallel to the bottom of the inner cylinder/barrel, and the vertical stirring body is parallel to the wall of the inner cylinder/barrel.
