Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly composite glue for PVC paper and a preparation method thereof, wherein the manufacturing material of the environment-friendly composite glue for PVC paper comprises, by mass, 40-45 parts of formaldehyde, 35-38 parts of urea, 0.5-1 part of melamine, 1-2 parts of a catalyst and 0.4-0.5 part of a curing agent. The manufacturing method adopted by the invention is simple and easy to operate, and can be used for producing the environment-friendly composite glue for PVC paper in large batch; the formaldehyde and the urea are added in batches for reaction, and the PH value of the formaldehyde and the urea is continuously adjusted, so that the formaldehyde in the environment-friendly PVC paper composite glue can be effectively removed, and the influence on the body health of a user due to the fact that a large amount of formaldehyde is left in the PVC paper after gluing is prevented.

Background

(4) and (3) secondary reaction: placing the residual formaldehyde and urea in the step (1) into a mixed solution A in a reaction kettle for heating, stirring the manufacturing raw materials in the reaction kettle in the heating process, heating the raw materials to 92-95 ℃ in the stirring process, maintaining the corresponding temperature, preserving the heat for 15-20min while stirring to form a mixed solution B, naturally cooling the mixed solution B to 35-40 ℃ for later use, adding a corresponding mass part of melamine into the mixed solution B after cooling, and fully stirring to obtain a mixed solution C;
(5) acid-base secondary regulation: firstly, detecting the pH value of the mixed solution C, then adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution C by using a catalyst, adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution C in the step (4) to 7.4-7.8, and naturally cooling the mixed solution A to 35-40 ℃ for later use after the pH value is adjusted;
(6) and (3) curing: and (4) adding a curing agent in a corresponding mass part into the mixed solution C obtained in the step (4), wherein the curing agent needs to be slowly added in the adding process, the curing agent needs to be continuously stirred in the adding process, and after the curing agent is added, the pH value is adjusted by using a catalyst, so that the environment-friendly PVC paper composite glue can be obtained.

(5) acid-base secondary regulation: firstly, detecting the pH value of the mixed solution C, then adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution C by using a catalyst, adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution C in the step (4) to 7.8, and naturally cooling the mixed solution A to 40 ℃ for later use after the pH value is adjusted;
