Claims (6)
1. An environment-friendly treatment method for wastewater of a steel plant uses a wastewater treatment device, and is characterized in that: the environmental protection treatment of the wastewater of the steel plant by adopting the wastewater treatment equipment comprises the following steps;
step one, carrying out precipitation treatment, namely injecting the wastewater into a precipitation tank (1) for standing, so that precipitates in the wastewater are precipitated at the bottom of the precipitation tank (1);
step two, discharging sewage, and pumping out the precipitated sewage, wherein the precipitate is positioned at the bottom of the sedimentation tank (1), and the precipitate in the sedimentation tank (1) is retained at the bottom after the sewage is pumped out;
discharging the precipitate, namely discharging the wastewater precipitate remained in the sedimentation tank (1), and collecting the discharged precipitate;
the wastewater treatment equipment comprises a sedimentation tank (1), wherein a first supporting plate (2) and a second supporting plate (8) which have a supporting effect are symmetrically arranged on the lower surface of the sedimentation tank (1), a first limiting groove (3) which is vertically arranged is formed in the side surface of the first supporting plate (2) facing the second supporting plate (8), a second limiting groove (9) which is matched with the first limiting groove (3) is formed in the side surface of the second supporting plate (8) facing the first supporting plate (8), a plurality of upper-wide and lower-narrow material collecting hoppers (15) are arranged at the same side of the lower surface of the sedimentation tank (1) at equal intervals, the inner bottom of the sedimentation tank (1) is an inclined plane which inclines towards the direction of the material collecting hoppers (15), the lower end of the material collecting hoppers (15) is fixedly connected with a butterfly valve (17), the lower end of the butterfly valve (17) is fixedly connected with a metal corrugated compensator (5), the lower end of the metal corrugated compensator (5) is connected with a spiral conveyor (4) which is communicated with the metal corrugated compensator (5), one end of a spiral conveyor (4) mounting motor penetrates through the second limiting groove (9), and a second supporting plate (25) is arranged at the upper side of the second supporting plate (8), an adjusting screw rod (26) is meshed in the threaded hole (28), the lower end of the adjusting screw rod (26) is rotatably connected with a pulling rope (22), the lower end of the pulling rope (22) is tied to one end, provided with a motor, of the spiral conveyor (4), and a handle used for rotating the adjusting screw rod (26) is installed on the outer surface of the upper end of the adjusting screw rod (26);
the outer surface of the lower end of the adjusting screw rod (26) is sleeved with a rolling bearing (24), the inner ring of the rolling bearing (24) is fixedly connected with the adjusting screw rod (26), a first circular ring (21) is fixed at the upper part of the outer surface of one end, provided with a motor, of the spiral conveyor (4), the outer ring of the rolling bearing (24) is fixedly connected with a second circular ring (23), and the traction rope (22) is tied between the first circular ring (21) and the second circular ring (23);
a plurality of pipe joints (16) which are communicated with the cylinder body part of the screw conveyor (4) and are provided with flanges are equidistantly arranged on the cylinder body part of the screw conveyor (4), and the flanges on the pipe joints (16) are fixedly connected with the metal corrugated compensator (5) through bolts;
internal thread circle (11) that barrel portion lower part position equidistance of screw conveyer (4) was linked together of a plurality of and screw conveyer (4) is installed to barrel portion lower part position equidistance, be equipped with cylinder (12) that the lower extreme is the opening form in internal thread circle (11), cylinder (12) upper end surface processing has first external screw thread, cylinder (12) are through first external screw thread and internal thread circle (11) threaded connection, a plurality of hole (30) that leak have evenly been seted up to cylinder (12) upper surface, install sponge piece (29) that play and block precipitate effect in cylinder (12), be equipped with water catch bowl (6) directly over cylinder (12), water catch bowl (6) set up between first extension board (2) and second extension board (8).
