Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of assembly line water-based paint spraying, and particularly relates to a lifting appliance for lifting a piece to be sprayed during electrophoresis and powder spraying.
Background
The lifting appliance is one of conventional tools in industrial production, generally comprises a lifting appliance beam, wherein one to two lifting chains are arranged on the lifting appliance beam, and the lifting appliance is used for lifting various equipment products in a factory building.
In the electrophoretic powder spraying process of the water-based paint, a workpiece to be sprayed needs to be hoisted, and then the workpiece is placed into a pretreatment tank, a powder spraying room and the like for treatment. The spraying workpiece is hoisted through the existing lifting appliance beam, only two hoisting chains are arranged on one lifting appliance beam, and the number of the spraying workpieces to be hoisted by the lifting appliance beam in the prior art is small.
Meanwhile, the piece to be sprayed is hoisted through the traditional hanger beam, the moving range of the hanger beam is small, the problems that the process of the piece to be sprayed is difficult to process is more, and the moving distance is long are solved. Certainly, the spraying parts can be hoisted by the stacking chain and the hoisting tool arranged on the stacking chain, but when the spraying parts are hoisted by the stacking chain, the number of the spraying parts to be hoisted is small.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a lifting appliance of a stacking chain, which aims to solve the problems that the lifting appliance on the stacking chain in the prior art can lift a small number of pieces to be sprayed, and an operator cannot conveniently lift the pieces to be sprayed on the stacking chain.
The invention provides a power and free chain lifting appliance which comprises a first lifting appliance group, wherein the first lifting appliance group comprises a front lifting appliance and a rear lifting appliance, the first lifting appliance comprises a primary load beam, and the two primary load beams are respectively arranged on a power and free chain through a front trolley and a rear trolley. The lower parts of the two first lifting appliances are also provided with secondary load beams, and the front parts and the rear parts of the secondary load beams are respectively connected with the two first lifting appliances; in the present invention, the connection is with the primary load beam. The lower part of the secondary load beam is also provided with a lifting appliance beam, and the lower end of the lifting appliance beam is provided with a plurality of hanging chain connecting pieces for connecting hanging chains; the upper end of the lifting appliance beam is also provided with two T-shaped connecting pieces, and two ends of the secondary load beam are provided with grooves; the T-shaped connecting piece is matched with the groove.
Preferably, two groups of support rod groups are further arranged on the lifting appliance beam, and the support rod groups are respectively positioned at the front part and the rear part of the lifting appliance beam; the supporting rod group comprises two supporting rods which are perpendicular to the lifting appliance beam, and the two supporting rods are symmetrically distributed and extend to the left side and the right side respectively.
Preferably, the hanger beam comprises I-shaped steel, the I-shaped steel comprises transverse plates respectively located at the upper side and the lower side and a vertical plate located between the two transverse plates, and a plurality of circular holes are formed in the vertical plate.
Preferably, the hanger beam is further provided with a plurality of reinforcing plate groups, each reinforcing plate group comprises two reinforcing plates, and the two reinforcing plates are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the vertical plate from left to right; the upper end and the lower end of the reinforcing plate are respectively connected with the two transverse plates.

Specifically, in the water-based paint spraying line, there may be a plurality of stacking chains, and when the spreader beam 3 is moved between the stacking chains, for convenience of moving, the spreader beam 3 may be configured as: two groups of support rod groups are further arranged on the lifting appliance beam 3, and the support rod groups are respectively positioned at the front part and the rear part of the lifting appliance beam 3; the support rod group comprises two support rods 8 which are perpendicular to the lifting appliance beam 3, and the two support rods 8 are symmetrically distributed and extend to the left side and the right side respectively.
In the specific transfer process, the support rods 8 are supported by the support members of the transfer machine, and then the support members are moved upwards, so that the hanger beam 3 is moved upwards, and the T-shaped connecting members 33 on the hanger beam 3 are separated from the grooves in the process of moving the hanger beam 3 upwards. In this embodiment, the support rods 8 are arranged to support and move the spreader beam 3 by other devices, such as a transfer machine; the present invention is not the invention related to the transfer machine, and the transfer machine will not be described in detail herein; however, it can be understood that the transfer machine only plays a role of supporting upward movement and moving the transfer machine as a whole to drive the spreader beam 3 to move, and the transfer machine can be a special matched device or a hydraulic lifting device with a translation device.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a specific structure of the spreader beam 3 is further specifically disclosed, in this embodiment, the spreader beam 3 includes i-shaped steel, the i-shaped steel includes transverse plates respectively located at upper and lower sides and a vertical plate located between the two transverse plates, and the vertical plate is provided with a plurality of circular holes 31. The whole framework of the lifting appliance beam 3 is made of I-shaped steel, so that the mechanical strength of the lifting appliance beam 3 can be increased; the round holes 31 can reduce the overall weight of the hanger beam 3, thereby increasing the load capacity.
In order to further increase the mechanical strength of the spreader beam 3, a plurality of reinforcing plate groups may be further disposed on the spreader beam 3, each reinforcing plate group includes two reinforcing plates 32, and the two reinforcing plates 32 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the vertical plate; the upper and lower ends of the reinforcing plate 32 are connected to the two lateral plates, respectively.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of hanging rings 34 are provided at the lower ends of the transverse plates located at the lower side, and the hanging chains 35 are mounted on the hanging rings 34. A plurality of hanging rings 34 can be arranged, a worker can hang a proper number of hanging chains 35 on the hanging rings 34 according to needs, and when the workpieces to be sprayed are small, the worker can respectively hoist the workpieces to be sprayed through the plurality of hanging chains 35; when the workpiece to be sprayed is large, the worker can select the position of the hanging ring 34 and hoist the workpiece to be sprayed through at least two hanging chains 35.
Specifically, in the running process of the depositing and releasing chain, lubricating oil on the depositing and releasing chain or other oil on the depositing and releasing chain is easy to drip to the lower part, in order to prevent the oil from dripping to the pretreatment tank or other lower equipment, an oil receiving disc for collecting the oil or other stains is further arranged in the embodiment, and the specific configuration is as follows: the upper end faces of the primary load beam 4 and the secondary load beam 5 are further respectively provided with an upper oil receiving disc 71 and a lower oil receiving disc 72, the upper oil receiving disc 71 and the lower oil receiving disc 72 are both located at the lower part of the accumulating and releasing chain, oil and other stains directly enter the upper oil receiving disc 71 or the lower oil receiving disc 72 after falling, and the oil or the stains are prevented from entering the pretreatment tank.
This embodiment also provides a concrete form of the upper oil receiving pan 71 and the lower oil receiving pan 72, wherein the upper oil receiving pan 71 and the lower oil receiving pan 72 are strip-shaped grooves opened on the upper end surface of the primary load beam 4 and the upper end surface of the secondary load beam 5, respectively. When the plates on which the upper end surfaces of the primary load beam 4 and the secondary load beam 5 are located are thick, strip-shaped grooves may be formed in the plates, and the strip-shaped grooves form an upper oil receiving disc 71 and a lower oil receiving disc 72.
This embodiment also provides another specific form of the upper and lower oil receiving pans 72, wherein the upper and lower oil receiving pans 72 are strip-shaped boxes mounted on the upper end surfaces of the primary load beam 4 and the secondary load beam 5, respectively, and the upper ends of the strip-shaped boxes are provided with openings.
More specifically, in order to collect oil and dirt in the upper oil receiving disc and the lower oil receiving disc 72, an oil collecting barrel made of transparent material can be further fixed at the lower part of the secondary load beam 5, and the oil collecting barrel is communicated with the upper oil receiving disc and the lower oil receiving disc 72 through oil conveying pipes. The oil liquid and the stain collected by the upper oil receiving disc and the lower oil receiving disc 72 enter the oil collecting barrel, and when the oil liquid and the stain stored in the oil collecting barrel are too much, a worker can directly observe and treat the oil liquid and the stain in the oil collecting barrel.
