In this embodiment, the antibacterial metal ions are silver ions or copper ions.
After the silver ions contact and react with cells, the inherent components of the bacteria are damaged or the bacteria generate functional disorder, so that the bacteria die and cannot grow and reproduce. Because most of cell membranes of microorganisms have negative charges and silver ions have positive charges, the silver ions can be firmly adsorbed on the cell membranes by means of coulomb attraction to damage the cell membranes. The cell membrane is an important functional component of the vital activities of bacterial cells, and when the cell membrane is damaged and destroyed, the cell can die. And can further penetrate cell walls to enter cell membranes of bacteria and perform sulfhydryl reaction with the bacteria, so that proteins of the bacteria are coagulated, cells of the bacteria are damaged, the activity of enzyme is generated, and the cells of the bacteria lose reproductive capacity and die. At the same time, silver ions can also inhibit protein synthesis, so that the protein synthesis is mutated or even stopped, and most red leads to bacterial cell death.
The outer membrane of bacteria has a stable micro-current, generally referred to as "membrane potential", which is formed by a voltage difference between the inside and outside of the cell, and when the bacteria are in contact with copper ions, a short circuit occurs on the cell membrane, which can weaken or even break the cell membrane. Copper ions can also cause oxidative damage or rusting of cell membranes. When a single copper ion or homomolecule is free and oxygen strikes the cell membrane of a bacterium, it can cause oxidative damage or rusting of the cell membrane, which destroys the cell membrane. After the cell membrane is destroyed, the copper ion flow can enter the inside of the cell without blocking, the important life process inside the cell is destroyed, the metabolism of the cell is blocked, the copper ion is combined with the metabolism reaction enzyme and enables the metabolism reaction enzyme to lose activity, and the bacteria can not carry out normal metabolism until death.
When bacteria are attached to the antibacterial button, silver ions and copper ions on the antibacterial button can kill the bacteria, and the next user is prevented from being infected by the bacteria.
