Abstract
The invention relates to a cleaning and dust suppression method for a closed corridor of a belt conveyor, wherein the belt conveyor is a suspension type belt conveyor, and a walking track is arranged on the ground of the closed corridor; the cleaning and dust suppression device capable of moving in a walking way is arranged on the walking track and comprises a device body, and a rolling brush, an atomization device, an atomization nozzle and a material accumulation plate which are arranged on the device body; the cleaning of vestibule ground is realized through the round brush, forms dense water smoke around the dust-generating point that the round brush cleaned through atomizer, plays the inhibitory action to cleaning the secondary raise dust of in-process. The invention not only can realize the high-efficiency cleaning of the closed corridor of the belt conveyor, but also can prevent secondary dust raising in the cleaning process, thereby improving the working environment.

Background
At present, belt conveyors are widely used for conveying bulk materials such as grains, cement, coal and the like. During the working process of the belt conveyor, part of bulk materials are bound on the belt surface of the belt conveyor and are scattered on the ground of the gallery during return stroke, so that ground accumulated materials are formed. The conventional cleaning method is to arrange two cleaners on the belt conveyor for scraping off the residual materials on the surface of the return belt and performing centralized treatment near the head of the belt conveyor. a cleaning and dust suppression method for a closed corridor of a belt conveyor comprises the following steps:
1) the belt conveyor is a suspension type belt conveyor, and support legs of the belt conveyor are connected with the middle frame and then suspended at the upper part of the corridor;
2) a walking track is arranged on the ground of the closed corridor and is long from the head of the belt conveyor to the tail of the belt conveyor; the walking track consists of 2 parallel tracks, and the 2 tracks are respectively positioned at two sides of the belt conveyor;
3) the cleaning and dust suppression device capable of moving in a walking way is arranged on the walking track and comprises a device body, and a rolling brush, an atomization device, an atomization nozzle and a material accumulation plate which are arranged on the device body; the device body moves back and forth along the walking track, the bottom of the device body is provided with a rolling brush, and the rolling brush is arranged between 2 tracks vertical to the tracks; when the cleaning dust suppression device moves, the rolling brush contacts with the ground of the corridor in the rotating process of the rolling brush around the horizontal axis of the rolling brush, so that the ground of the corridor is cleaned;
4) along the moving direction of the sweeping dust suppression device, two sides of the rolling brush are respectively provided with a row of atomizing nozzles; the atomizing nozzle is connected with an atomizing device arranged on the sweeping dust suppression device; when cleaning is started, the atomizing nozzles are started simultaneously, dense water mist is formed around dust-raising points cleaned by the rolling brush, and secondary dust raising in the cleaning process is restrained;
5) along the moving direction of the sweeping dust suppression device, the outer sides of the atomizing nozzles are respectively provided with a material accumulation plate, the material accumulation plates are arranged between 2 tracks in a through length mode, and the 2 material accumulation plates are respectively connected with the sweeping dust suppression device through lifting frames; when the cleaning dust suppression device moves towards one direction, the material accumulation plate positioned at the rear part descends to the bottom to be contacted with the ground of the closed corridor, the material accumulation plate positioned at the front part ascends to be separated from the ground of the closed corridor, and the distance between the material accumulation plate and the ground of the closed corridor is kept to be more than 10 mm; the material accumulating plate at the rear part is used for collecting materials, dust and sewage scattered on the ground after the rolling brush is cleaned;
6) on the moving path of the cleaning device, the bottom of the closed corridor is provided with a dust and sewage collecting hopper, and the ground of the closed corridor is provided with one or more sewage outlets which are connected with the dust and sewage collecting hopper through sewage pipes; the material accumulation plate pushes the collected dust and dirt to the advancing direction along the ground of the closed corridor, and the dust and dirt fall into the nearest sewage discharge outlet and are collected into a dust and dirt collection hopper through a sewage discharge pipeline;
7) the dust in the dust collecting hopper is regularly treated in a centralized way.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
not only can realize that belt conveyor seals the high efficiency of vestibule and clean, but also can prevent to clean the secondary raise dust of in-process to improve the operation environment.

3) the cleaning and dust suppression device capable of moving in a walking way is arranged on the walking track and comprises a device body, and a rolling brush, an atomization device, an atomization nozzle and a material accumulation plate which are arranged on the device body; the device body moves back and forth along the walking track, the bottom of the device body is provided with a rolling brush, and the rolling brush is arranged between 2 tracks vertical to the tracks; when the cleaning dust suppression device moves, the rolling brush contacts with the ground of the corridor in the rotating process of the rolling brush around the horizontal axis of the rolling brush, so that the ground of the corridor is cleaned;
4) along the moving direction of the sweeping dust suppression device, two sides of the rolling brush are respectively provided with a row of atomizing nozzles; the atomizing nozzle is connected with an atomizing device arranged on the sweeping dust suppression device; when cleaning is started, the atomizing nozzles are started simultaneously, dense water mist is formed around dust-raising points cleaned by the rolling brush, and secondary dust raising in the cleaning process is restrained;

6) on the moving path of the cleaning device, the bottom of the closed corridor is provided with a dust and sewage collecting hopper, and the ground of the closed corridor is provided with one or more sewage outlets which are connected with the dust and sewage collecting hopper through sewage pipes; the material accumulation plate pushes the collected dust and dirt to the advancing direction along the ground of the closed corridor, and the dust and dirt fall into the nearest sewage discharge outlet and are collected into a dust and dirt collection hopper through a sewage discharge pipeline;
7) the dust in the dust collecting hopper is regularly treated in a centralized way.
In the invention, one or more sets of sweeping dust suppression devices can be arranged according to the length of the belt conveyor.
The atomization device can be an existing commercially available atomization device, and generally comprises a water tank, an electric pressure pump, an air compressor, a gas-water mixer and the like; the water outlet of the water tank is connected with the water inlet of the electric pressure pump through a water outlet pipeline, the water outlet of the electric pressure pump is communicated with the water inlet of the gas-water mixer through a water inlet pipe, the air inlet of the gas-water mixer is connected with the air outlet of the air compressor through an air inlet pipe, and the gas-water mixture outlet of the gas-water mixer is connected with the atomizing nozzle through a gas-water mixture pipeline.
The 2 material accumulating plates can be independently controlled, namely independent lifting adjustment is realized through a lifting mechanism on the corresponding lifting frame; and the lifting of one material accumulating plate can be realized through a lever-type lifting frame, and the other material accumulating plate can descend at the same time. The bottom of the material accumulation plate is provided with wear-resistant rubber which is in contact with the ground of the closed corridor.
By introducing an automatic control system, the sweeping dust suppression device can also realize automatic operation, namely automatic control of movement, parking, water feeding of a water tank, spray starting and stopping, pollution discharge of a dust and sewage collection hopper and the like.

3) the cleaning and dust suppression device capable of moving in a walking way is arranged on the walking track and comprises a device body, and a rolling brush, an atomization device, an atomization nozzle and a material accumulation plate which are arranged on the device body; the device body moves back and forth along the walking track, the bottom of the device body is provided with a rolling brush, and the rolling brush is arranged between 2 tracks vertical to the tracks; when the cleaning dust suppression device moves, the rolling brush contacts with the ground of the corridor in the rotating process of the rolling brush around the horizontal axis of the rolling brush, so that the ground of the corridor is cleaned;
4) along the moving direction of the sweeping dust suppression device, two sides of the rolling brush are respectively provided with a row of atomizing nozzles; the atomizing nozzle is connected with an atomizing device arranged on the device body; when cleaning is started, the atomizing nozzles are started simultaneously, dense water mist is formed around dust-raising points cleaned by the rolling brush, and secondary dust raising in the cleaning process is restrained;
