The intelligent device for producing the label on the surface of the imitation kraft paper bag is characterized by comprising a transverse bottom plate (1), a production line conveyor belt body (2), a control frame (3), a controller (4), a control button (5), a rear side T-shaped plate (6), a first roller (7), a second roller (8), a driving motor (9), a rectangular outer frame (10), a pulley (11), a telescopic cylinder (12), a cutting frame structure (13), a film pasting (14), a conveyor belt auxiliary support frame structure (15), a finished product radiating air drying frame structure (16) and an adjustable limiting frame structure (17), wherein the production line conveyor belt body (2) is mounted on the upper portion of the transverse bottom plate (1) through bolts; the control frame (3) is embedded in the right side of the front part of the transverse bottom plate (1); the controller (4) is arranged on the inner side of the control frame (3) through screws; the control button (5) is embedded in the upper part of the front side of the control frame (3); the rear T-shaped plate (6) is mounted on the upper part of the rear side of the transverse bottom plate (1) through bolts; the first roller (7) and the second roller (8) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear T-shaped plate (6) and are connected to an output shaft of a driving motor (9) in a key mode; the driving motor (9) is arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the T-shaped plate (6) on the rear side through bolts; the rectangular outer frame (10) is arranged in the middle of the front side of the T-shaped plate (6) on the rear side; the pulleys (11) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower part of the rectangular outer frame (10) through bolts; the telescopic cylinder (12) is arranged in the middle of the top of the rectangular outer frame (10) through a bolt; the cutting frame structure (13) is arranged at the lower part of the telescopic cylinder (12); the film (14) is sleeved on the outer side of the pulley (11), and the left end and the right end of the film are wound on the outer sides of the first rolling roller (7) and the second rolling roller (8) respectively; the conveying belt auxiliary supporting frame structure (15) is arranged on the inner side of the production line conveying belt body (2) and is connected with the rear T-shaped plate (6) through bolts; the finished product heat dissipation air drying frame structure (16) and the adjustable limiting frame structure (17) are respectively arranged on the right side of the upper part of the transverse bottom plate (1); the cutting frame structure (13) comprises a transverse plate (131), a sawtooth plate (132), a positioning hole (133), a positioning rod (134), a limiting nut (135), a heating plate (136), an electric heating wire (137) and a buffer spring (138), wherein the transverse plate (131) is arranged at the lower part of the telescopic cylinder (12) through a bolt; the sawtooth plates (132) are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the transverse plate (131) through bolts; the positioning holes (133) are formed in four corners of the transverse plate (131); the positioning rod (134) is inserted into the positioning hole (133); the heating plate (136) is mounted at the lower part of the positioning rod (134) through a screw; the heating wire (137) is embedded in the inner side of the heating plate (136).

The intelligent kraft paper-imitated surface labeling apparatus for production according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt auxiliary supporting frame structure (15) comprises a transverse frame (151), an auxiliary supporting wheel (152), an inverted T-shaped rod (153), a rectangular frame (154), a limiting ring (155) and a jacking spring (156), the inverted T-shaped rod (153) is bolted to the left and right sides of the lower part of the transverse frame (151); the rectangular frame (154) is mounted on the rear side T-shaped plate (6) through bolts in a bolted connection mode.

The intelligent kraft paper-imitated surface labeling apparatus for production according to claim 1, wherein the finished product heat dissipation air drying rack structure (16) comprises an installation outer frame (161), a blower frame (162), a dust screen (163), a transverse rod (164) and a blower (165), the installation outer frame (161) is mounted on the rear side of the upper part of the transverse bottom plate (1) through bolts; the fan frame (162) is arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the mounting outer frame (161) through bolts; the transverse rod (164) is mounted at the upper part of the inner side of the fan frame (162) through a screw; the blower (165) is installed at the left and right sides of the lower part of the transverse rod (164) through screws.

The intelligent kraft paper-imitated surface labeling apparatus for production according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable retaining frame structure (17) comprises a rear mounting plate (171), a top fixing plate (172), a movable cylinder (173), a retaining baffle (174) and a contact switch (175), the top fixing plate (172) is welded on the upper portion of the front side of the rear mounting plate (171); the movable air cylinder (173) is mounted at the lower part of the top fixing plate (172) through bolts.
5. The intelligent kraft paper sheet production surface labeling apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the blower (165) is disposed inside the blower frame (162) with screws mounted on the lower left and right sides of the transverse bar (164).
6. The intelligent kraft paper sheet surface labeling apparatus for production of claim 1, wherein the buffer spring (138) is sleeved outside the positioning rod (134) and is disposed inside the transverse plate (131) and the heating plate (136).
7. The intelligent kraft paper-imitating surface labeling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of auxiliary supporting wheels (152) are provided, and the auxiliary supporting wheels (152) are respectively journaled on the inner sides of the transverse frames (151).
8. The intelligent kraft paper-imitating surface labeling apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the limit stop (174) is mounted on a piston rod below the movable cylinder (173) by screws.
9. The intelligent kraft paper-imitating surface labeling apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the urging spring (156) is provided at a lower portion of the inside of the rectangular frame (154) while contacting a lower portion of the inverted T-shaped bar (153).
10. The intelligent kraft paper sheet production surface labeling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the limit nut (135) is disposed on the upper portion of the transverse plate (131) and is screwed on the upper outer side of the positioning rod (134).
