Background
With the rapid development of automotive electronics, automotive electronics are more and more widely applied to automobiles, and thus, more space needs to be designed on an automobile central controller to place more automotive electronic products. In order to solve the problem, an automobile host factory has to design a larger central controller to place the automobile electronic products, but the larger central controller brings huge challenges to various links such as manufacturing, assembly, cost and the like, and the larger host factory has to give up assembling more automobile electronic products on the automobile because of the difficulty, cannot realize product upgrade in time and loses the market.
In the conventional automobile design, the host factory mounts the front automobile reading lamp on the central controller, and since the conventional reading lamp uses an incandescent lamp as a light source and the incandescent lamp generates a large amount of heat energy while emitting light, a large amount of space is required for heat dissipation during the design, thereby occupying about 1/3 of space of the central controller.
In addition, because the reading lamp is installed on the central controller, and the illumination area of the reading lamp is above the seats on both sides, the light emitted by the incandescent lamp is required to be deflected to a larger angle, and the light is converged right above the automobile seats on both sides. This is not conducive to the light distribution design of reading lights, and the light utilization is also very low, making it difficult to obtain high brightness illumination, and in addition, having a high cost.
