Abstract
The invention provides a TPU composite fabric, which comprises: the base cloth and the TPU film adhered to the surface of the base cloth; the base cloth is woven by warps and wefts in a crossed mode, wherein the warp density of the warp interwoven fabric is 90-150 pieces/cm, the weft density of the weft interwoven fabric is 40-50 pieces/cm, the warps are bamboo fiber yarns, and the wefts are mulberry silk and polyester low stretch yarn which are alternately arranged; the TPU film is prepared from the following raw materials: TPU particles, white carbon black, plant polyphenol, a leveling agent and a stripping aid; the TPU composite fabric is formed by bonding and compounding the TPU film and the base cloth together, the base cloth is made of bamboo fiber yarns, mulberry silk and terylene low stretch yarns in a blending mode, the TPU composite fabric has good deodorization performance, air permeability, antibacterial property and mildew resistance, and the waterproof performance of the TPU film attached to the outer side is matched, so that the waterproof performance of the composite fabric is enhanced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of composite fabrics, and particularly relates to a TPU composite fabric.
Background
With the increasing requirements of people on the comfort and the waterproofness of fabrics, the exploration for developing composite fabrics with waterproof and breathable functions is always going on. In the functional composite fabric, the manufacturing difficulty of the composite fabric with the waterproof function is higher.
In the prior art, for example, a patent granted by the chinese invention with the application number CN201110080454.0 discloses a waterproof breathable luminescent bacteriostatic coated fabric, which comprises a substrate fabric, wherein a primer coating and a surface adhesive coating are sequentially printed on one surface of the substrate fabric; the primer coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 76-80% of polyurethane, 0.9-2.2% of 5-50 um artificial zeolite powder and 16-20% of DMF solvent; the surface glue coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 53-57% of polyurethane, 30-32% of yellow alkaline earth aluminate energy storage luminescent fluorescent powder, 1.5-2.5% of 5-50 um artificial zeolite powder, 15-18% of DMF solvent and 0.2-1% of anionic surfactant, wherein the polyurethane has good air permeability but poor antibacterial activity.
Further, for example, a patent granted by the chinese invention with the application number CN201510564093.5 discloses an antibacterial waterproof moisture permeable composite fabric and a preparation method thereof. The composite fabric comprises an outer layer of polypropylene non-woven fabric, a TPU film or a TPE film and an inner layer of polypropylene non-woven fabric which are sequentially attached together, wherein the outer layer of polypropylene non-woven fabric and the TPU film or the TPE film as well as the TPU film or the TPE film and the inner layer of polypropylene non-woven fabric are all bonded and fixedly connected together through PUR glue, namely single-component moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly preparing the polyether thermoplastic polyurethane film by adopting a melt blending process, and then preparing the composite fabric by adopting a roller coating process, wherein the surface density of the outer layer polypropylene non-woven fabric is 10-35 g/m2, the surface density of the inner layer polypropylene non-woven fabric is 15-35 g/m2, PUR glue is distributed in a point shape, the using amount of the PUR glue is 3-5 g/m2, and the PUR glue has a certain antibacterial property but poor air permeability.
Also, a patent granted by the Chinese invention with the application number of CN201811426058.7 discloses a high-strength wear-resistant TPU composite fabric, which comprises base cloth and a TPU film coated on the surface of the base cloth; weaving the bamboo pulp fibers and the polyester low stretch yarns into base cloth by a double-faced circular knitting machine according to a double-rib texture; the TPU film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of modified polyurethane, 6-8 parts of modified attapulgite, 70-80 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide, 8-11 parts of filler and 10-14 parts of modified polytetrafluoroethylene; the TPU film is compounded on the surface of the base fabric in a tension-free manner to obtain the high-strength wear-resistant TPU composite fabric, and the high-strength wear-resistant TPU composite fabric is poor in air permeability and antibacterial activity.
Therefore, the TPU composite fabric with the functions of ventilation, water resistance, bacteriostasis, mould prevention, odor purification and deodorization needs to be designed to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the TPU composite fabric which is breathable, waterproof, antibacterial, mildewproof, odor-removing and deodorant.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: TPU composite fabric includes:
the base cloth and the TPU film adhered to the surface of the base cloth;
the base cloth is woven by warps and wefts in a crossed mode, wherein the warp density of the warp interwoven fabric is 90-150 pieces/cm, the weft density of the weft interwoven fabric is 40-50 pieces/cm, the warps are bamboo fiber yarns, and the wefts are mulberry silk and polyester low stretch yarn which are alternately arranged;
the TPU film is prepared from the following raw materials:
TPU particles, white carbon black, plant polyphenol, a leveling agent and a stripping aid.
The TPU film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60-80 parts of TPU particles, 2-3 parts of white carbon black and 2-3 parts of plant polyphenol; 1-2 parts of leveling agent and 0.5-1 part of stripping aid.
The preparation method of the TPU film comprises the following steps:
selecting the raw materials according to the mass parts, and drying the TPU particles for later use;
mixing and stirring the dried TPU particles, white carbon black, plant polyphenol, a leveling agent and a stripping aid uniformly; and (3) filling the uniformly mixed raw materials into a casting machine, and carrying out extrusion molding to obtain the TPU film.
The drying temperature of the TPU is 90-105 ℃, and the drying time is 1-4 h.
The temperature of the material barrel of the casting machine is 160-220 ℃, the temperature of the filter screen of the casting machine is 180-200 ℃, the temperature of the elbow of the casting machine is 180-200 ℃, and the temperature of the die head is 190-210 ℃.
The plant polyphenol is tea polyphenol, apple polyphenol or grape polyphenol.
The density of the bamboo fiber yarn is 14.8tex, and the density of the mulberry silk is 4.4 tex; the density of the polyester low stretch yarn is 8.3 tex.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the TPU composite fabric is formed by bonding and compounding the TPU film and the base cloth together, the base cloth is made of bamboo fiber yarns, mulberry silk and terylene low stretch yarns in a blending mode, and the TPU composite fabric has good deodorization performance, air permeability, antibacterial property and mildew resistance, and is matched with the air-permeable waterproof TPU film attached to the outer side, so that the waterproofness of the composite fabric is enhanced;
(2) the bamboo fiber yarn is cellulose fiber extracted from naturally growing bamboos, and the bamboo fiber yarn has the characteristics of good air permeability, instant water absorption, strong wear resistance, good dyeing property and the like, and has the functions of natural antibiosis, bacteriostasis, mite removal, deodorization and ultraviolet resistance;
(3) the mulberry silk has the functions of keeping warm and ventilating, good skin-friendly performance, bacteriostasis and mite removal;
(4) the terylene low stretch yarn has the characteristics of high breaking strength and elastic modulus of common terylene, excellent heat setting property, good rebound resilience, heat resistance, light resistance, strong corrosion resistance, easy washing, quick drying and the like, and also has the characteristics of high bulkiness, good heat insulation property, comfortable hand feeling, soft luster and the like.

TPU composite fabric includes: the base cloth and the TPU film adhered to the surface of the base cloth; the base cloth is woven by warps and wefts in a crossed mode, wherein the warp density of the warp interwoven fabric is 90-150 pieces/cm, the weft density of the weft interwoven fabric is 40-50 pieces/cm, the warps are bamboo fiber yarns, and the wefts are mulberry silk and polyester low-stretch yarns which are alternately arranged; the TPU film is prepared from the following raw materials: TPU particles, white carbon black, plant polyphenol, a leveling agent and a stripping aid. Further, in the TPU composite fabric, the TPU film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

70 parts of TPU particles, 2.5 parts of white carbon black and 2.5 parts of plant polyphenol; 1.5 parts of a leveling agent and 0.75 part of a stripping aid;
fourth embodiment:
60 parts of TPU particles, 3 parts of white carbon black and 3 parts of plant polyphenol; 2 parts of a leveling agent and 1 part of a stripping aid;
fifth embodiment:
80 parts of TPU particles, 2 parts of white carbon black and 2 parts of plant polyphenol; 1 part of leveling agent and 0.5 part of stripping aid;
sixth embodiment:
75 parts of TPU particles, 3 parts of white carbon black and 3 parts of plant polyphenol; 2 parts of a leveling agent and 1 part of a stripping aid;
the seventh embodiment:
75 parts of TPU particles, 2 parts of white carbon black and 2 parts of plant polyphenol; 1 part of leveling agent and 0.5 part of stripping aid; the preparation method of the TPU film comprises the following steps:
selecting the raw materials according to the mass parts, and drying the TPU particles for later use;
mixing and stirring the dried TPU particles, white carbon black, plant polyphenol, a leveling agent and a stripping aid uniformly; and (3) putting the uniformly mixed raw materials into a casting machine, and extruding and molding to obtain the TPU film.
The drying temperature of the TPU is 90-105 ℃, for example, the drying temperature is 90 ℃, 94 ℃, 101 ℃, 105 ℃ and the like, the drying time is 1-4h, for example, the drying time is 1h, 1.5h, 2h, 2.5h, 3h, 3.5h, 4h and the like, and the drying is more sufficient as the drying time is longer.
As the parameter setting range of the casting machine, the temperature of a material barrel of the casting machine is 160-220 ℃, the temperature of a filter screen of the casting machine is 180-200 ℃, the temperature of an elbow of the casting machine is 180-200 ℃, and the temperature of a die head is 190-210 ℃; the barrel temperature of the casting machine can be 160 ℃, 175 ℃, 210 ℃, 220 ℃ and the like, the filter screen temperature of the casting machine can be 180 ℃, 185 ℃, 195 ℃, 200 ℃ and the like, the elbow temperature of the casting machine can be 180 ℃, 185 ℃, 195 ℃, 200 ℃, and the die head temperature can be 190 ℃, 195 ℃, 200 ℃ and 210 ℃.
The plant polyphenol can be any one of the plant polyphenols including but not limited to tea polyphenol, apple polyphenol, grape polyphenol and the like.
The density of the bamboo fiber yarn is 14.8tex, and the density of the mulberry silk is 4.4 tex; the density of the terylene low stretch yarn is 8.3 tex.

TPU particles, white carbon black, plant polyphenol, a leveling agent and a stripping aid.
2. The TPU composite fabric of claim 1, wherein the TPU film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
60-80 parts of TPU particles, 2-3 parts of white carbon black and 2-3 parts of plant polyphenol; 1-2 parts of leveling agent and 0.5-1 part of stripping aid.
3. The TPU composite fabric of claim 2, wherein the preparation method of the TPU film comprises the following steps:
selecting the raw materials according to the mass parts, and drying the TPU particles for later use;
mixing and stirring the dried TPU particles, white carbon black, plant polyphenol, a leveling agent and a stripping aid uniformly;
