As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the operating principle of the linked valve needle sealing nozzle provided in this embodiment is as follows: when the plasticized plastic flows from the material pipe connecting body 4 to the containing cavity of the injection nozzle middle seat 2 through the injection nozzle middle body 3, a plurality of feeding runners 15 and discharging runners 14 are arranged at the axial positions of the injection nozzle middle body 3 and the injection nozzle middle seat 2; when the driving mechanism 11 drives the telescopic rod to move forwards, the valve needle 6 is pushed backwards by the injection pressure, and the plastic flows into the mold from the glue injection port in the middle of the injection nozzle 1; after the injection is finished, the driving mechanism 11 drives the telescopic rod to move backwards, the driving lever 9 is pushed to rotate around the fixed pin 10, the driving lever 9 pushes the valve needle 6 to move forwards along the axial direction, and after the valve needle 6 is completely contacted and tightly pressed with the inclined plane of the inner wall of the glue injection opening of the injection nozzle 1, the completion of glue injection is indicated; when the piston of the oil cylinder moves forwards before injection, the lever is connected with the valve needle, and the valve needle is driven backwards at the same time, namely the valve needle is opened, so that zero pressure loss is achieved.
In addition, the pneumatic molding nozzle disclosed in the published patent CN109318446A, which cannot be directly connected to the valve needle, has several problems: firstly, the pneumatic sealing glue injection nozzle has smaller volume, small valve needle and small lever, and cannot be designed into a pin linkage structure because of insufficient stress and the influence of the overall dimension; secondly, if the valve needle is designed to be too large, the phenomenon that the valve needle and the valve sleeve are clamped easily can be caused; thirdly, the structure of the middle body of the injection nozzle determines that if the middle body is designed into a linkage structure, the structure of the middle body which is integrated with the injection nozzle cannot be used for installing or disassembling the lever and the middle body of the valve needle. The inventor of the application creatively adopts a split type middle body structure design aiming at the defects of CN109318446A and matches with a specially designed driving mechanism, thereby realizing the linkage function.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions to those skilled in the art are also within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The linkage valve needle glue sealing injection nozzle comprises an injection nozzle (1), an injection nozzle middle seat (2), an injection nozzle middle body (3) and a valve needle (6), and is characterized in that an assembly groove (8) is formed in the end face of the far end of the injection nozzle middle body (3) along the radial direction of the injection nozzle middle body, and a driving lever (9) is hinged in the assembly groove (8) through a fixing pin (10);
the top end of the driving lever (9) is hinged with the near end of the valve needle (6), and the bottom end of the driving lever is hinged with a telescopic rod of a driving mechanism (11) arranged outside the jet nozzle middle body (3);
the driving lever (9) is driven by the driving mechanism (11) to synchronously push the distal end of the valve needle (6) to move along the axial direction of the valve needle so as to close or open the glue injection opening of the injection nozzle (1).
2. The nozzle of claim 1, wherein the actuating lever (9) is in the form of a wrench, and the top opening of the actuating lever is engaged with a pin at the proximal end of the valve needle (6).

The linkage valve needle glue sealing injection nozzle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the shaft inner hole of the injection nozzle middle seat (2) is composed of an accommodating cavity and a sealing cavity, the diameter of the accommodating cavity is larger than that of the sealing cavity, a valve sleeve (7) is arranged in the sealing cavity, and the valve sleeve (7) is precisely matched with the valve needle (6).

The linkage valve needle sealing adhesive injection nozzle according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of discharging flow channels (14) are arranged on the circumferential inner wall of the accommodating cavity at intervals, and a plurality of feeding flow channels (15) which are communicated with the plurality of discharging flow channels (14) one by one are arranged on the injection nozzle middle body (3) along the axial direction.

9. The linkage valve needle sealing adhesive injection nozzle of claim 1, wherein the length of the injection nozzle (1) is 30-300mm, the outer diameter is 35-200mm, and the aperture of the glue injection opening is 5-50 mm.
