The method realizes the processing of the appearance of the article mainly by changing the physical state of the formed material, and the article is called as 'industrial mother'.
The plastic mold is a combined mold for compression molding, extrusion molding, injection, blow molding and low-foaming molding, and a series of plastic parts with different shapes and sizes can be processed by the coordinated change of a convex mold, a concave mold and an auxiliary molding system of the mold.
Present plastic mould is after product processing is accomplished, and some foreign matters such as residue and piece can often be left to its inside, if can not be with the timely effectual clean up of these foreign matters, will reduce the appearance quality of product, but present clearance mode generally all adopts artifical manual clearance, and work efficiency ratio is lower.
Therefore, in order to solve the problem, a plastic mold capable of automatically cleaning the foreign matters needs to be developed and designed, and the problem that the existing plastic mold cannot automatically clean the foreign matters is solved.

2. the dust collecting valve can adsorb the foreign matters cleared down by the first brush and the second brush and recycle the foreign matters to waste, and the spring and the buffer pad have the functions of buffering and shock absorption, so that the stability of the device is further improved.
