Abstract
The system comprises an electric welding handle with a control switch and a contactor KM, wherein a coil of the contactor KM and the control switch are connected in series in a control loop of the electric welding machine, and a main contact of the contactor KM is connected in series in a main loop of the electric welding machine. When the control switch on the electric welding handle is pressed down, the safe voltage of the coil of the contactor KM is switched on, and the electric welding machine is manually awakened. When the control switch on the electric welding handle is loosened, the safety voltage of the coil of the contactor KM is cut off, so that the power supply of the electric welding machine is manually cut off, and the electric welding machine stops working. The electric welding machine can be flexibly controlled to start and stop through the electric welding handle with the control switch. Wherein the control switch may be a long handle push down switch. The main circuit is connected with a breaker QF1 in series, and the control circuit is connected with a breaker QF2 in series.
The power supply of the alternating current welding machine is switched off and on through the contactor KM. When the long handle press switch (contactor switch) on the electric welding handle is pressed down, the 24 volt-ampere full voltage of the coil of the contactor KM is switched on, and the electric welding machine is manually awakened. The method can flexibly control the starting and stopping of the alternating current welding machine under the condition of not changing the welding habit of the electric welder and the performance of the electric welding machine, reduces the engineering cost, improves the engineering benefit and can also ensure the safety when the electric welder changes the welding rod.

A dead time limiting system of a welding machine is characterized by comprising a welding handle with a control switch and a contactor KM, wherein a coil of the contactor KM and the control switch are connected in series in a control loop of the welding machine, and a main contact of the contactor KM is connected in series in a main loop of the welding machine.
