本发明公开了一种能够自动过滤并排出气泡的造影导管连接装置,其特征在于,包括PMMA外壳、入口三通及ePTFE连接管、出口三通及PVC连接管、顶层ePTFE通气膜、和设于PMMA外壳内的造影剂;所述顶层ePTFE通气膜和所述PMMA外壳形成容器;设于容器一侧的所述入口三通及ePTFE连接管位置高于设于另一侧的所述出口三通及PVC连接管;所述出口三通及PVC连接管贴近所述PMMA外壳的底部。本发明优点在于:在CTA检查、CTV检查、DSA操作及血管介入手术时,自动过滤并排出血管造影时可能进入血管内的气泡,避免空气栓塞所引起的脑梗等严重心脑血管并发症,减少手术时间和并发症发生。

Description

一种能够自动过滤并排出气泡的造影导管连接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够自动过滤并排出气泡的造影导管连接装置,用于CTA检查、CTV检查、DSA操作及血管介入手术时,自动过滤并排出血管造影时可能进入血管内的气泡,避免空气栓塞所引起的脑梗等严重心脑血管并发症,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中都是利用针头手动排出造影连接管和导管中气体,但一些小气泡无法排出会残留在造影通道中,且连接后可能有新的气泡进入造影导管和连接管内,可能会引起空气栓塞导致的脑梗等严重心脑血管并发症。文献报道,血管造影时,空气栓塞的发生率高达7%-55%(McDermott M,Barone W,Kemper CA.Proactive Air Management in CTPower Injections:A Comprehensive Approach to Reducing Air Embolization.IEEEtransactions on bio-medical engineering.2020;Pp.),因此如何有效的减少空气栓塞及其所导致的并发症的发生具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何有效的减少空气栓塞及其所导致的并发症的发生。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种能够自动过滤并排出气泡的造影导管连接装置,其特征在于,包括PMMA外壳、入口三通及ePTFE连接管、出口三通及PVC连接管、顶层ePTFE通气膜、和设于PMMA外壳内的造影剂;所述顶层ePTFE通气膜和所述PMMA外壳形成容器;设于容器一侧的所述入口三通及ePTFE连接管位置高于设于另一侧的所述出口三通及PVC连接管;所述出口三通及PVC连接管贴近所述PMMA外壳的底部。
优选的,所述顶层ePTFE通气膜包括左侧中部凸起的锥形ePTFE通气膜和右侧的正方形ePTFE通气膜。
优选的,所述锥形ePTFE通气膜连接所述入口三通及ePTFE连接管,远离所述锥形ePTFE通气膜的所述PMMA外壳侧壁连接所述出口三通及PVC连接管。
本发明优点在于:在CTA检查、CTV检查、DSA操作及血管介入手术时,自动过滤并排出血管造影时可能进入血管内的气泡,避免空气栓塞所引起的脑梗等严重心脑血管并发症,减少手术时间和并发症发生。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例
本实例导管连接装置主要包括a.入口三通及ePTFE连接管、b.出口三通及PVC连接管、c.顶层ePTFE通气膜、d.PMMA外壳、e.造影剂;其中a.入口三通及ePTFE连接管位置必须高于b.出口三通及PVC连接管,且b.出口三通及PVC连接管贴近d.PMMA外壳的底部(如图一所示)。该装置是由顶部的一锥形和一正方形的c.顶层ePTFE通气膜和四周及底部的PMMA外壳形成一容器,锥形ePTFE通气膜上连接着a.入口三通及ePTFE连接管,远离锥ePTFE通气膜的PMMA外壳侧壁与b.出口三通及PVC连接管相连。在造影导管连接装置内注满e.造影剂后关闭三通保存(如图二所示)。
CTA检查、CTV检查、DSA操作及血管介入手术时,首先将b.出口三通及PVC连接管与造影导管相连接,打开三通将导管与该连接装置相通,利用人体血管内压力自动将造影导管中气体压至连接装置中后排出,然后将a.入口三通及ePTFE连接管与高压造影注射器相连,打开三通使造影导管通过导管连接装置与高压造影注射器相通。最后,血管造影时,浮在该装置内造影剂上层的原高压造影注射器及造影导管中的气体通过c.顶层ePTFE通气膜排出装置外,防止气体进入人体血管内造成脑梗等严重心脑血管并发症。
本发明利用气体密度小于液体密度,气体进入我们设计的导管连接装置后,会漂浮到液体表面,然后利用导管连接装置顶部的ePTFE膜的透气不透水的特性以及该导管连接装置内与外界的压力差,自动将气体排出装置外。
本发明优点在于:在CTA检查、CTV检查、DSA操作及血管介入手术时,自动过滤并排出血管造影时可能进入血管内的气泡,避免空气栓塞所引起的脑梗等严重心脑血管并发症,减少手术时间和并发症发生。

Claims (3)

1.一种能够自动过滤并排出气泡的造影导管连接装置,其特征在于,包括PMMA外壳、入口三通及ePTFE连接管、出口三通及PVC连接管、顶层ePTFE通气膜、和设于PMMA外壳内的造影剂;所述顶层ePTFE通气膜和所述PMMA外壳形成容器;设于容器一侧的所述入口三通及ePTFE连接管位置高于设于另一侧的所述出口三通及PVC连接管;所述出口三通及PVC连接管贴近所述PMMA外壳的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动过滤并排出气泡的造影导管连接装置,其特征在于,所述顶层ePTFE通气膜包括左侧中部凸起的锥形ePTFE通气膜和右侧的正方形ePTFE通气膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种能够自动过滤并排出气泡的造影导管连接装置,其特征在于,所述锥形ePTFE通气膜连接所述入口三通及ePTFE连接管,远离所述锥形ePTFE通气膜的所述PMMA外壳侧壁连接所述出口三通及PVC连接管。
