Further, a piston fixing step 27 is arranged below the release inclined surface 26, and the piston fixing step 27 is positioned on the inner side of the cantilever above the locking outer jaw 24; the piston holding step 27 is higher than the top of the syringe flange holding claw 28.
Fig. 6 shows a syringe, comprising a syringe barrel 4, a piston rod 5, a needle 6 and a needle cover 7; the top of the syringe barrel 4 is provided with a syringe flange 41; the top of the piston rod 5 is provided with a push head 52, and a release excitation sheet 51 is further arranged below the push head 52; in some cases, the pushing head 52 is designed to be flat, so as to achieve the function of the release sheet 51.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, after the syringe is filled with the medicine, the syringe is integrally mounted in the inner sleeve of the mounting sleeve 2 of the syringe needle protector, the syringe flange 41 of the syringe barrel 4 presses the upper inclined surface of the syringe flange fixing claw 28, so that the syringe flange fixing claw 28 is pressed into the syringe flange fixing groove 29 after being bent and deformed along the root, and the syringe flange fixing claw 28 is elastically restored to position the syringe flange 41, thereby fixing the syringe in the syringe needle protector.
As shown in figure 9, in use, the needle cover 7 is removed to expose the needle 6; at the moment, the needle cover retaining sheet 21 elastically resets to prevent the needle cover 7 from being inserted back again for secondary use; the medicine is injected through the needle 6 by gripping the grip wing 18 and pushing the pusher 52.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, at the end of the drug annotation, the release trigger 51 is snapped into the release ramp 26, the locking outer jaw 24 is opened to disengage from the locking inner jaw 16, and finally the release trigger 51 is snapped into the piston fixing step 27 completely, the activation release is completed, and the release is started.
As shown in fig. 12, after the injection is completed, the release trigger 51 is completely snapped into the position of the piston fixing step 27, so as to fix the piston rod 5 and the syringe barrel 4; when an operator loosens the safety syringe, the spring 3 starts to be released, the outer protective sleeve 1 and the inner mounting sleeve 2 are pushed to start to move relatively, the inner locking claw 16 is separated from the outer locking claw 24, and the outer cannula opening 11 gradually shields and protects the needle 6; in the process, the guide block 23 slides along the guide runner 13.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the spring 3 starts to be released, and the protective outer sleeve 1 and the mounting inner sleeve 2 move to the longest state relatively; as shown in fig. 13 and 15, at this time, the guide block 23 slides to the top end of the guide chute 13 to prevent the outer protective sleeve 1 from being separated from the inner mounting sleeve 2; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 14, the retaining claws 22 are bounced open and snapped into the inner seam allowance 14, so as to prevent the outer protective sleeve 1 and the inner mounting sleeve 2 from retracting again relatively to each other and expose the needle 6.
According to the syringe needle protecting device, the locking inner clamping jaws 16 and the locking outer clamping jaws 24 are buckled with each other for locking, so that the spring 3 is compressed and stored with energy; after the syringe needle protection device is independently assembled, when the syringe needle protection device is used, a syringe is installed into the installation inner sleeve 2 of the syringe needle protection device, the syringe flange 41 is clamped into the syringe flange fixing groove 29 and is locked by the syringe flange fixing claws 28; then, the needle cover 7 is pulled out to expose the needle 6, and injection operation is carried out; in the injection process, the piston rod 5 is pushed to push the medicine; at the end of pushing the medicine, the piston rod 5 props up the locking outer clamping jaws 24 to be separated from the locking inner clamping jaws 16, and simultaneously the release excitation sheet 51 is clamped into the piston fixing step 27 to lock the position of the piston rod 5; after the medicine pushing is finished, an operator releases the injector and the injector needle head protection device, the spring 3 starts to release, and the outer protection sleeve 1 and the inner installation sleeve 2 move relatively to shield and protect the needle head 6 through the outer sleeve opening 11.
In the syringe needle protection device of the present invention, the protective outer sleeve 1 and the mounting inner sleeve 2 are made of plastic, and particularly, the related components of the mounting inner sleeve 2, such as the needle sleeve retaining piece 21, the retaining claw 22, the connecting strip 231, the locking outer clamping claw 24 and the syringe flange fixing claw 28, have good elasticity, and can generate certain bending and elastic reset according to the requirements of different stages. The syringe needle protection device has a simple structure, and the formed corresponding safety syringe can have a good protection effect on the needle 6 after being used.

Claims (12)

1. A safety syringe is characterized by comprising a syringe needle head protecting device and a syringe; the syringe is fixedly arranged in the syringe needle head protecting device;
the syringe needle protecting device comprises an outer protecting sleeve, an inner mounting sleeve and a spring;
the spring is sleeved on the outer wall of the mounting inner sleeve, and the spring is compressed and then is loaded into the protective outer sleeve to form the syringe needle head protective device;
the protective outer sleeve comprises an outer sleeve opening, an outer sleeve body, a guide chute, an inner spigot, a spring mounting seat and a locking inner jaw;
the outer sleeve opening is arranged at the bottom of the outer sleeve body;
the wall surface of the outer sleeve body is provided with the guide sliding groove;
an inner spigot is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the outer sleeve barrel;
the upper part of the outer sleeve barrel is provided with a spring mounting seat, the diameter of the bottom of the spring mounting seat is larger than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve barrel, and the spring is stored in the spring mounting seat;
locking inner clamping jaws are arranged above the spring mounting seat, and more than 2 locking inner clamping jaws are arranged along the circumferential direction of the spring mounting seat;
the mounting inner sleeve comprises an inner sleeve body, a stopping claw, a guide block, a locking outer claw, a claw frame, a releasing inclined plane, a syringe flange fixing claw and a syringe flange fixing groove;
the inner sleeve body is mounted within the outer sleeve body, the inner sleeve body being adapted to receive a syringe;
the bottom of the inner sleeve barrel is provided with the backstop claw which is obliquely arranged outwards; in a natural state before assembly, the diameter of a concentric circle where the bottom of the retaining claw is located is larger than the inner diameter of the outer sleeve body;
the inner sleeve body is provided with a guide block, the guide block is positioned at the lower part of the inner sleeve body, and the guide block protrudes out of the outer wall surface of the inner sleeve body; the guide block is buckled into the guide sliding groove;
the top of the inner sleeve body is provided with a protection device locking mechanism, a protection device releasing mechanism and an injector fixing mechanism;
the locking mechanism of the protection device comprises a locking outer clamping jaw, and the locking outer clamping jaw and the locking inner clamping jaw are buckled with each other to realize the locking of the syringe needle protection device; the locking outer claw cantilever is fixed on the claw frame;
the protection device releasing mechanism comprises a releasing inclined plane, and the releasing inclined plane is arranged on the inner side of the cantilever above the locking outer clamping jaw and is positioned below the clamping jaw frame;
the syringe fixing mechanism comprises syringe flange fixing claws and a syringe flange fixing groove, the syringe flange fixing groove is positioned at the top end of the inner sleeve body, a plurality of syringe flange fixing claws are arranged above the syringe flange fixing groove, and the syringe flange fixing claws are provided with guide inclined planes;
the syringe comprises a syringe barrel, a piston rod, a needle head and a needle head sleeve;
the top of the syringe barrel is provided with a syringe flange; the syringe flange is fixed in the syringe flange fixing groove and is positioned below the syringe flange fixing claw;
the top of the piston rod is provided with a release excitation sheet; the diameter of the release excitation sheet is larger than that of a concentric circle where the bottom of the release inclined plane is located.
2. A safety syringe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protective outer sleeve is provided with a locking guard disposed outside the locking inner jaw; and an insertion space of the locking outer clamping jaw is reserved between the locking inner clamping jaw and the locking protection sheet.
3. A safety syringe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protective sheath is provided with a handle tab, said handle tab having 2 pieces symmetrically disposed on the outer wall of the spring mounting seat or the outer sleeve body.
4. A safety syringe according to claim 3 wherein anti-slip strips are provided on the underside of the handle tabs.
5. A safety syringe according to claim 1 wherein the outer cannula port opening is inwardly tapered to form an internal cone.
6. A safety syringe as claimed in claim 1, wherein said guide grooves are provided in a number of 2 or more, symmetrically arranged on the wall surface of said protective casing; the guide blocks are correspondingly provided with more than 2 and are symmetrically arranged on the wall surface of the inner sleeve body.

A safety syringe as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of spring retaining clips are provided on the inner side of the bottom of said spring mounting seat, said spring retaining clips being raised and evenly distributed on the top of said outer sleeve body; the inner diameter of the spring is clamped on the outer side of a limiting part formed by the spring limiting clamp.
8. A safety syringe as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the base of said inner barrel is provided with said needle cover back stop tab, said needle cover back stop tab being inclined inwardly; the diameter of a concentric circle where the bottom of the needle head sleeve backstop sheet is located is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner sleeve body;
when the needle cover of the syringe is not installed, the diameter of the concentric circle where the bottom of the needle cover backstop sheet is located is smaller than the outer diameter of the top of the needle cover of the syringe.
9. A safety syringe as claimed in claim 8, wherein there are more than 2 needle cover retaining tabs and retaining claws; the needle head sleeve backstop sheet and the backstop claw are evenly distributed at the bottom of the inner sleeve barrel at intervals.
10. A safety syringe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of said guide block is connected to said inner sleeve body by a connecting strip, the upper portion of said guide block is suspended, and said guide block can be tilted inwardly along said connecting strip.
11. A safety syringe according to claim 10, wherein the inner sleeve in the region of the guide block is provided with a window, the window being oriented in a direction corresponding to the orientation of the guide runner; the syringe barrel is visible from the outside through the guide chute and the window.
12. A safety syringe according to claim 1, wherein a plunger holding step is provided below the release ramp, the plunger holding step being located inside the cantilever above the locking outer jaw; the piston fixing step is higher than the top of the syringe flange fixing claw.
