a fourth threaded through hole 5021 is formed in the positioning plate 502, the fourth threaded through hole 5021 is used for being in threaded fit with a bolt, the bolt is in contact with the bottom surface of the first fixing rod 2 and/or the second fixing rod 6 after penetrating through the fourth threaded through hole 5021, and the T-shaped plate 501 can be fixed after the T-shaped plate 501 is adjusted according to the size of an animal; the top plate of the leg-binding plate 503 extends to a position between the first fixing rod 2 and the second fixing rod 6, and the arc-shaped opening groove 5031 is positioned at the outer side of the horizontal section of the first fixing rod 2 and/or the second fixing rod 6; this arrangement avoids the blocking of the animal legs by the first fixing rod 2 and the second fixing rod 6 during the binding process, a first adhesive layer 5041 is provided on one side of the third binding band 504, a second adhesive layer 5042 is provided on the other side of the third binding band 504 which is far from the second connecting rod 5032, and the binding of the animal legs by the third binding band 504 can be realized by the adhesive cooperation of the first adhesive layer 5041 and the second adhesive layer 5042.

the other end of the fourth rectangular limiting block (604) penetrates through the first rectangular through groove (102) and extends to the outer side of the first rectangular through groove (102) to be fixedly connected with the second gear rack (603) through a second connecting block (602);
