The embodiment of the invention provides an air curling device, which can perform air convection with the outside, so that the air in the outside can flow into the air curling device, and airflow vortexes are formed in the air curling device, thereby achieving the aim of curling hair.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-2, the air curling device includes a main body structure 100 having a handle 110 and an outlet barrel 120, and further includes a hair curling structure 200, an air inducing structure 300 and a heating structure 400, the outlet barrel 120 is formed with a hair curling cavity 101, the outlet barrel 120 has two end surfaces 1201 and a side surface 1202, the air inducing structure 300 is used as a part of the handle 110 for introducing external air into the handle 110 and then into the hair curling cavity 101, the handle 110 is connected to the side surface 1202 of the outlet barrel 120, an included angle is formed between an axis of the handle 110 and an axis of the outlet barrel 120, preferably, the included angle is 30-150 degrees, an air flow channel is provided between the handle 110 and the hair curling cavity 101, and the heating structure 400 and the hair curling structure 200 are configured to heat the hair curling structure 200. The main body structure 100 serves as an external structure of the air curling device, which constructs an external representation of the air curling device, and the hair curling structure 200, the air inducing structure 300 and the heat generating structure 400 are installed in the main body structure 100, and the main body structure 100 also plays a role in carrying and protecting the hair curling structure 200, the air inducing structure 300 and the heat generating structure 400.
Referring also to fig. 3, an air passage is formed between handle 110 and hair curling cavity 101, and an air flow passage is formed with a plurality of spaced apart air flow inlet openings 102 at an end thereof communicating with hair curling cavity 101.
The hair curling structure 200 is disposed within the hair curling cavity 101 and forms with the hair curling cavity 101 a hair curling region 103, the hair curling region 103 being for receiving hair, which can ultimately be wound on the hair curling structure 200.
In the embodiment of the invention, the air hair curling device is more reasonable in structural design, external air can enter the air flow channel and can flow along the hair curling region 103 to form stable wind pressure surrounding the hair curling structure 200, so that hair in the hair curling region 103 can be wound on the hair curling structure 200 under the action of the wind pressure, and the hair curling effect is improved on the basis of realizing automatic hair curling.
The main body structure 100 may be designed in various shapes, for example, a cylindrical structure as a whole. Of course, in order to make the air curling device more suitable for the usage habit of the user, the main body structure 100 may be designed to be similar to the hair dryer, and this structure is mainly described as an example.
The air inducing structure 300 is installed in the body structure 100 for inducing external air into the air flow channel and enabling the air to flow along the hair curling region 103 to form a wind pressure surrounding the hair curling structure 200, thereby winding the hair on the hair curling structure 200.
After the ambient air enters the air flow passage, the air then enters the hair curling cavity 101 from the plurality of spaced apart air flow inlets 102, and the air flows around the hair curling structure 200 to form air flow vortices in the hair curling region 103, thereby generating wind pressure to wind hair around the hair curling structure 200.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the air flow can flow along the hair curling region 103 to form the wind pressure surrounding the hair curling structure 200, so that the hair in the hair curling region 103 can be wound on the hair curling structure 200 under the wind pressure to achieve the purpose of curling, and in the above process, due to the arrangement of the plurality of air flow inlets 102, the wind pressure in the hair curling region 103 is improved at least to a certain extent to be more stable, so that the hair can be sequentially wound on the hair curling structure 200, and the hair curling effect is improved on the basis of achieving automatic hair curling through the heating effect of the heating structure 200.
In one embodiment, the body structure 100 has a hair curling inner wall 104, the hair curling inner wall 104 defining a hair curling cavity 101, at least the region of the hair curling inner wall 104 facing the air flow inlet 102 being curved for directing air flow rearwardly in the hair curling region 103.
The inner hair curling wall 104 is designed with curved portions that are directed towards the curved surface when air enters the hair curling cavity 101, and the curved surface exerts a relatively compliant force on the air to cause the air to follow the curved surface backwards. In particular, the effect of the curved surface is particularly significant when the flow rate of the air is high, which effectively prevents the air from being disturbed in the hair curling cavity 101. In addition, when the flow rate of the air is large, the arc surface may be designed to be deviated from the airflow inlet 102 by a large angle, thereby allowing the air to be smoothly directed toward the arc surface. It should be understood that the deviation angle can be designed according to actual requirements.
In a specific embodiment, the hair curling inner wall 104 is generally arcuate in shape, with the hair curling cavity 101 being circular in cross-section.
The hair curling inner wall 104 is integrally designed into the arc surface, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified, the symmetrical hair curling cavity 101 can be formed, and the air inlets 102 are uniformly arranged at intervals, so that air entering the hair curling cavity 101 from each air inlet 102 moves in the hair curling cavity 101 at the same speed and track, a more stable air vortex is formed, and the hair curling effect can be effectively improved.
It should be noted that the specific number of the airflow inlets 102 can be selected according to the size of the hair curling cavity 101, for example, the airflow inlets 102 can be set to 3-10, preferably 6-8, so as to stabilize the airflow vortex.
In a more specific embodiment, the inner hair curling wall 104 is smooth to allow air to move more smoothly within the hair curling cavity 101, further enhancing the hair curling effect.
In an embodiment, based on the aforementioned embodiment in which the hair curling cavity 101 has a circular cross section, the hair curling structure 200 is also designed to be cylindrical, please refer to fig. 2-3 and 4-6 in combination, the air flow inlet 102 is elongated, the length O of the air flow inlet 102 is 22-100 mm, the air flow inlet 102 has a first surface 1021 and a second surface 1022 along the cross section perpendicular to the length direction, the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 are formed by synchronously deflecting two surfaces parallel to the diameter direction of the hair curling structure 200 by 0-45 degrees (as shown in W in fig. 5), the maximum distance K between the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 is 0.6-5 mm, and the included angle L between the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 is 0-60 degrees.
The first side 1021 and the second side 1022 are configured to be formed by two sides that are parallel to the diameter direction of the hair curling structure 200 and are deflected by 0-45 degrees synchronously, so that the air flow entering the hair curling cavity 101 from the plurality of air flow inlets 102 has a preset angle, thereby facilitating the adjustment of the flow rate and the action range of the air flow in the hair curling cavity 101 according to the requirement.
In addition, hair can be smoothly wound around the hair curling structure 200 by optimizing the shape, length O, maximum distance K, and included angle L of the airflow inlet 102 to maximize the tangential air velocity of the airflow within the hair curling region 103.
Further, in a specific embodiment, the length O of the air inlet 102 is 28 to 40mm, the air inlet 102 has a first surface 1021 and a second surface 1022 along a cross section perpendicular to the length direction, the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 are formed by synchronously deflecting two surfaces parallel to the diameter direction of the hair curling structure 200 by 20 to 30 degrees, the maximum distance K between the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 is 0.8 to 1.5mm, and the included angle L between the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 is 0 to 60 degrees.
Further optimization of the above parameters of the airflow inlet 102 can further increase the tangential wind velocity and allow hair to be more smoothly wound around the hair curling structure 200.
In some specific embodiments, the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 are planar surfaces, and the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 are formed by two planes which are parallel to the diameter direction of the hair curling structure 200 and synchronously deflect at a certain angle.
In other embodiments, the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 are curved surfaces, and the parameters are defined based on the tangent planes of the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022, for example, the tangent planes (two tangent planes) are parallel to the diameter direction, the maximum distance between the tangent planes is 0.6-5 mm, and the included angle between the tangent planes is 0-60 degrees.
In other embodiments, one of the first surface 1021 and the second surface 1022 is a flat surface, and the other is a curved surface, and the above parameters are defined based on the flat surface and the tangent surface, for example, the maximum distance between the tangent surface (the tangent surface of the second surface 1022) and the flat surface (for example, the first surface 1021) is 0.6-5 mm.
In the above-listed embodiments of the first face 1021 and the second face 1022, it can be appreciated that when the first face 1021 and/or the second face 1022 adopt an arc shape, the airflow inlet 102 formed by the first face 1021 and the second face 1022 has a greater advantage than the airflow inlet 102 formed by two planes.
For example, in some more specific embodiments, the first and/or second surfaces 1021, 1022 are curved from the exterior of the hair curling cavity 101 to the interior of the hair curling cavity 101 such that the distance between the first and second surfaces 1021, 1022 on the exterior side of the hair curling cavity 101 is greater than the distance between the first and second surfaces 1021, 1022 on the interior side of the hair curling cavity 101.
Thus, the size of airflow inlet 102 on the side away from hair cavity 101 is greater than the size of the side communicating with hair cavity 101, so that air is more smoothly entering airflow inlet 102, and then airflow inlet 102 compresses the air as it enters hair cavity 101 through airflow inlet 102, allowing the air to enter hair cavity 101 at a higher velocity.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, a first reference point 1021a and a second reference point 1022a are formed on the first side 1021 and the second side 1022 respectively inside the hair curling cavity 101, and a distance P from a reference line perpendicular to the first side 1021 and passing through the first reference point 1021a to the hair curling structure 200 and a reference line perpendicular to the second side 1022 and passing through the second reference point 1022a to the hair curling structure 200 are 0-15 mm.
By setting the distance P to 0-15 mm, the tangential angle of the air flow within the hair curling region 103 is optimized, enabling smooth hair winding on the hair curling structure 200.
Further, in some more specific embodiments, the distance P can be set to 2-7 mm, and the tangential angle can be further optimized.
It should be noted that the parameters listed above, such as the shape, length O, maximum distance K, included angle L and distance P of the airflow inlet 102, may be set alternatively or in multiple steps. For example, in some preferred embodiments, the above parameters are set synchronously, and the tangential wind speed, tangential angle, etc. of the airflow in the hair curling region 103 are optimized, so as to achieve better hair curling effect.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 1-3 in combination with the above description, the main body structure 100 includes a handle 110 and an air outlet barrel 120, the handle 110 is connected to the air outlet barrel 120, a first air flow channel is formed in the handle 110, a second air flow channel is formed in the air outlet barrel 120, and the first air flow channel is connected to the second air flow channel to form the above air flow channel.
In this embodiment, the handle 110 and the outlet barrel 120 are connected to form the main body structure 100, preferably, the handle 110 and the outlet barrel 120 are detachably connected, so that the main body structure 100 has a detachable replacement or maintenance function, and the hair curling structure 200, the air inducing structure 300 and the heating structure 400 mounted on the main body structure 100 can be easily replaced and maintained.
It should be noted that, regarding the specific structure of the handle 110 and the outlet barrel 120, they can be selected from various structures, such as a cylindrical shape, a square cylindrical shape, etc., but in combination with the above, the handle 110 and the outlet barrel 120 are preferably cylindrical to simplify the manufacturing process and improve the hair curling effect.
In addition, the handle 110 and the air outlet barrel 120 can be arranged at a certain included angle, preferably, the handle 110 and the air outlet barrel 120 can be arranged at a certain included angle, so that the vortex rotating effect of the airflow in the hair curling cavity can be improved, and the hair can be better wound on the hair curling structure. For ease of understanding and description, the following description will be made with reference to a perpendicular intersecting arrangement as an example.
In one embodiment, the handle 110 has a mounting cavity 111 and an air inducing opening 112 communicating with the mounting cavity 111, the air inducing structure 300 is mounted in the mounting cavity 111, the control component 130 and the power component 140 are further disposed in the mounting cavity 111, the air inducing structure 300 is respectively connected to the control component 130 and the power component 140, the air inducing structure 300 is located far away from the air inducing opening 112, and the control component 130 and the power component 140 are located near the air inducing opening 112.
The control unit 130 is used for controlling the air inducing structure 300 and the heating structure 400, and can start and close the air inducing structure 300, and also can start and close the heating structure 400, and simultaneously can control the working efficiency of the air inducing structure 300 and the heating efficiency of the heating structure 400, and through the cooperation of the two, the air flow which is most suitable for curling hair is formed, so that the air flow has the proper wind speed and temperature, and at the moment, the hair curling effect can be fully ensured by combining the setting of the relevant parameters.

In some embodiments, the control assembly 130 includes a PCB 131 and a control button 132 and/or a control switch 133 connected to the PCB 131, wherein the control button 132 and the control switch 133 protrude from the handle 110 for easy operation by a user. The control button 132 may be, for example, a start/stop button for controlling the start/stop of the whole device, and the control switch 133 may be, for example, a speed adjusting switch for adjusting the airflow speed by controlling the operating efficiency of the induced air structure 300, or a temperature adjusting switch for adjusting the heating temperature of the heating structure 400.
In some more specific embodiments, an LED indicator 150 may be further disposed on the handle 110, and the LED indicator 150 is controlled by the control assembly 130 to indicate the working conditions of the air inducing structure 300 and the heat generating structure 400 by displaying different colors, for example, when the working efficiency of the air inducing structure 300 becomes high, or the heat generating efficiency of the heat generating structure 400 becomes high, the LED indicator 150 may turn red.
In some embodiments, an anion module 160 may be further disposed in the mounting chamber 111 to purify air, so that a user can contact with fresher air during a hair curling process, and the hair curling process is more comfortable.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-2, an end of the handle 110 away from the outlet drum 120 has a net assembly 113, the net assembly 113 is detachably mounted on the handle 110, and the net assembly 113 is formed with a plurality of air inlets 112.
Specifically, the mesh assembly 113 is disposed at the rear portion of the handle 110, the mesh assembly 113 includes a mesh shell 1131, the mesh shell 1131 forms a receiving cavity 1132 inside the mesh shell 1131, the power cord 500 of the air curling device can be inserted into and received in the receiving cavity 1132, and is limited by the receiving cavity 1132, the mesh shell 1131 has an air inducing opening 112 penetrating through the thickness direction of the mesh shell 1131, and the air inducing opening 112 is communicated with the mounting cavity 111.
In some embodiments, the handle 110 has a cylindrical structure, the mounting cavity 111 has a cylindrical cavity, and the net opening component 113, the control component 130, the power supply component 140 and the induced draft structure 300 are sequentially disposed in the cylindrical cavity, so that the internal space of the handle 110 can be fully and reasonably utilized, and the handle 110 can be structurally more compact. Meanwhile, the arrangement mode of the net port assembly 113, the control assembly 130, the power supply assembly 140 and the induced air structure 300 enables the induced air structure 300 to be far away from the net port assembly 113, and when the induced air structure 300 works, external air can pass through the control assembly 130 and the power supply assembly 140, so that the control assembly 130 and the power supply assembly 140 can be effectively cooled, and the service lives of the control assembly 130 and the power supply assembly 140 are effectively guaranteed.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2-3 and fig. 8, the air outlet cylinder 120 has an inner cavity 121 and a mounting opening 122 communicating with the inner cavity 121, one end of the inner cavity 121 is open to form a first air outlet 123, the other end of the air outlet cylinder 120 away from the first air outlet 123 is formed with a second air outlet 124, the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124 are respectively located at two ends (a first end 1203 and a second end 1204) of the air outlet cylinder 120, the second air outlet 124 is communicated with the inner cavity 121, the mounting opening 122 is located between the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124, the mounting opening 122 is used for mounting the handle 110, and the mounting opening 122 is located at a side 1202 of the air outlet cylinder 120.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the handle 110 can introduce the outside air into the handle 110 through the air inducing structure 300 therein, and after the handle 110 is mounted on the mounting opening 122, the air can continue to enter the inner cavity 121 (the hair curling cavity 101 is at least a part of the inner cavity 121) through the mounting opening 122, and then the air is discharged from the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124. In this process, it can be easily understood that, since the air outlet barrel 120 is formed with the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124, and the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124 are deviated from each other, after the air enters the inner cavity 121 through the mounting opening 122, the air can flow out from the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124 respectively, so that two air pressures with different directional trends are formed in the inner cavity 121, one of the air pressures can wind the hair around the hair curling structure 200, and the other air pressure can generate an acting force in the opposite direction to the hair, so that the hair wound around the hair curling structure 200 cannot be blown away, thereby improving the hair curling effect.
In addition, due to the arrangement of the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124, the temperature gathered on the surface of the hair can be better dissipated, so that the damage of the hair caused by the local over-high temperature of the inner layer of the hair can be improved.
In addition, by providing the first air outlet 123 and the second air outlet 124, the two air outlets can increase the circulation and dispersion of the air flow, and improve the noise generated by the air flow in the hair curling region 103.
In some specific embodiments, the axes of the first outlet 123 and the second outlet 124 are coincident, so that the air outlet effect is better, the rotating air flow can be led out from the two outlets respectively, and the hair is prevented from being blown out of the hair curling region by the air flow of the first outlet 123, so that the hair is less prone to being blown away.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-3 and 8, the outlet drum 120 includes an outlet drum housing 125, and the outlet drum housing 125 forms the cavity 121, the first outlet 123, the second outlet 124 and the mounting opening 122.
In one embodiment, the outlet housing 120 further includes a hair wrap sleeve 126, the hair wrap sleeve 126 is disposed within the outlet housing 125 and surrounds the outlet housing 125 to form a first airflow staging chamber 127, the first airflow staging chamber 127 is connected to the mounting opening 122, and the hair wrap sleeve 126 is formed with a plurality of airflow inlets 102 connected to the first airflow staging chamber 127 and the interior 121.
Here, the hair roller 126 is arranged in the inner cavity 121, and a first temporary air flow storage cavity 127 is formed between the hair roller 126 and the hair roller housing 125, and this first temporary air flow storage cavity 127 can buffer and collect air, and then make air enter the hair curling cavity 101 from each air flow inlet 102, thereby ensuring uniformity of each air flow inlet 102 when conveying air, and making air flow vortexes formed in the hair curling region 103 more uniform, thereby improving hair curling effect.
Furthermore, as can be seen from the foregoing with reference to fig. 8, the handle 110 and the outlet barrel 120 may be disposed at an angle, and the airflow inlets 102 are disposed along the length of the hair roller sleeve 126, so that when the hair roller sleeve 126 is installed in the outlet barrel housing 125, the airflow flows from the handle to the mounting opening and may directly flow into the portion of the airflow inlets 102 opposite to the mounting opening 122, and the portion of the airflow is directly guided into the cavity 121 and flows along the inner wall of the cavity, and thus the airflow vortex is more rapidly formed in the hair curling region 103, and the rotational strength of the airflow vortex is greater, so that the hair curling effect of the air curling device is better.
In a more specific embodiment, the outlet housing 120 further comprises an inner liner 128, the inner liner 128 being disposed within the interior space 121 and enclosing the outlet housing 125 to form a second airflow temporarily storing chamber (not shown) communicating between the mounting opening 122 and the first airflow temporarily storing chamber 127, and the hair curling sleeve 126 being disposed within the inner liner 128.
Particularly, this interior lining body 128 is located between play dryer shell 125 and the curly hair sleeve 126, this time this interior lining body 128 becomes the second air current and keeps in the chamber with some of first air current and keeps in chamber 127, can make the air loop through second air current and keep in chamber and first air current and keep in chamber 127 (get rid of the part that the second air current kept in the chamber), make the air through twice buffering, the gathering effect, can form more stable air current, can further improve the air current vortex equilibrium that the air current formed in the region 103 of curly hair, thereby further improve the effect of curly hair.
In another more specific embodiment, the barrel 120 may also be provided with an inner liner 128, but the inner liner 128 is attached to the hair roller 126 (as shown in fig. 2), thereby increasing the overall strength of the barrel 120 and thus the lifespan of the barrel 120.
In the aforementioned embodiment in which the outlet housing 120 includes the outlet housing 125, the hair roller 126 and the inner member 128, the assembly relationship of the outlet housing 125, the hair roller 126 and the inner member 128 can be designed as follows.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, the hair roller 126 is bent to form a notch 1261 at an end thereof adjacent to the first outlet 123, and a stepped engaging portion 1281 is formed at an end of the inner liner 128, and the engaging portion 1281 can be engaged with the notch 1261 to be fixed.
The engagement of the latching means 1281 with the notches 1261 ensures that the inner sleeve 128 is securely attached to the hair roller sleeve 126, while at the same time maintaining a high degree of connection reliability.
Furthermore, a slot 1281a is formed on the engaging portion 1281, and the outlet housing 125 can be inserted into the slot 1281a to be fixed, thereby inserting the outlet housing 125 into the inner liner 128, which includes the outlet housing 125, the inner liner 128 and the hair curling sleeve 126 in sequence from outside to inside.
With respect to the specific structure of the air outlet cylinder housing 125, the inner liner 128 and the hair roller housing 126, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the air outlet cylinder housing 125 comprises a housing bottom wall 1251 and a housing peripheral wall 1252 extending from an edge of the housing bottom wall 1251, the housing peripheral wall 1252 can be inserted into the slot 1281a, the mounting opening 122 is disposed on the housing peripheral wall 1252, the second air outlet opening 124 is disposed on the housing bottom wall 1251, the end of the inner liner 128 adjacent to the housing bottom wall 1251 is formed with a liner bottom wall 1282, the liner bottom wall 1282 has a through hole 1282a corresponding to the second air outlet opening 124, the bottom of the hair roller housing 126 is formed with a hollow post 1262, and the hollow post 1262 can pass through the through hole 1282a and the second air outlet opening 124 to restrain the inner liner 128 between the hair roller housing 126 and the air outlet cylinder housing 125.
It can be seen that the above-mentioned structural design of the outlet housing 125, the inner liner 128 and the hair roller 126 makes the connection between the three parts more tight, so that the outlet 120 is more compact in structure, and stable and reliable in connection.
The parameters associated with airflow inlet 102 have been described above, and the setting of these parameters can enhance the curling effect. In addition to setting some parameters of the airflow inlet 102 itself, the positional relationship between the airflow inlet 102 and the hair curling structure 200, the positional relationship between the airflow inlet 102 and the outlet barrel 120, the dimensional relationship between the hair curling structure 200 and the outlet barrel 120, etc. may be set for enhancing the hair curling effect or other purposes.
For example, in some embodiments, the outlet barrel 120 is generally cylindrical, while the outlet barrel housing 125, the hair curling sleeve 126 and the inner liner 128 are all cylindrical, and the hair curling structure 200 may also be designed to be cylindrical, such that the hair curling region 103 formed between the hair curling structure 200 and the outlet barrel 120 is also circular in cross-section, thereby forming an air curling device that is more symmetrical in structure, and more parameters can be set based thereon.
For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the distance N between the end of the airflow inlet 102 adjacent to the first air outlet 123 and the end of the air outlet barrel 120 is 5-70 mm, the main body structure 100 has an inner hair curling wall 104, the inner hair curling wall 104 forms the hair curling cavity 101, and the distance M from the inner hair curling wall 104 to the outer wall of the hair curling structure 200 is 6-35 mm.
By setting the distance N and the distance M, the dimensional relationship between the airflow inlet 102 and the hair curling region 103 can be made more reasonable, so that the balance of airflow vortices in the hair curling region 103 can be improved, and the hair curling effect can be improved.
Further, in some more specific embodiments, the distance M may preferably be 10-16 mm, thereby further optimizing the size relationship between the airflow inlet 102 and the hair curling region 103.
For another example, referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the hair curling structure 200 has an outer diameter D1, the air outlet cylinder 120 has an inner diameter D2, and D1 and D2 satisfy the following relations: D1/D2 is 0.3-0.8.
Therefore, the air flow is smooth, and the parameters of air flow, air speed, air pressure and the like of the air flow are reasonable during working, so that the hair curling effect is improved.
For another example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the airflow inlet 102 is elongated, and an included angle X between the airflow inlet 102 and the central axis of the outlet barrel 120 is 0 to 30 degrees.
With this arrangement, air drawn from the airflow inlet 102 is more likely to form a uniform airflow vortex in the hair curling region 103, thereby improving the hair curling effect.
For another example, referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, airflow inlet 102 has a length H1 (i.e., length O as described above), and hair curling cavity 101 has a height H2, H1 and H2 which satisfy the relationship: H1/H2 is 0.3-0.8.
With this arrangement, the air flow inlet 102 is located approximately in the middle of the hair curling cavity 101, so that air exiting from the air flow inlet 102 is more likely to form a uniform air flow vortex in the hair curling region 103, thereby enhancing the hair curling effect.
For another example, referring to fig. 12, in some embodiments, hair curling structure 200 extends from second end surface 1201b toward first end surface 1201a and extends out of hair curling cavity 101 by a length H3 that satisfies the relationship: h3 is more than or equal to 10 mm.
The hair curling structure 200 is configured to extend out of the hair curling cavity 101 by a length that allows hair to be more easily wound around the hair curling structure 200 and not easily separated from the hair curling structure 200, thereby enhancing the hair curling effect.
In some more specific embodiments, the distance L2 from the mounting opening 122 to the first end surface 1201a (corresponding to the first end 1203) is greater than the distance L3 from the mounting opening 122 to the second end surface 1201b (corresponding to the second end 1204).
It should be noted that the distance between the mounting opening 122 and the first end surface and the distance between the mounting opening 122 and the second end surface are measured with respect to the center of the mounting opening 122, in other words, the distance between the mounting opening 122 and the first end surface is the perpendicular distance between the center of the mounting opening 122 and the first end surface.
Hair curling structure 1200 extends from the second terminal surface to first terminal surface to the distance of installing port distance first terminal surface is greater than the distance of installing port to the second terminal surface, makes air hair curling device structurally more reasonable, can be on the basis of keeping the original size of air hair curling device, makes the flow of air current in air hair curling device more stable, and noise reduction improves air hair curling device's performance.
For another example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 13, the thickness Z of the hair curling sleeve 126 is 1-5 mm, so that air can flow through the airflow inlet 102 more easily and smoothly, and the overall weight of the air outlet barrel 120 can be reduced while ensuring the structural strength.
In addition to the above parameter settings, other parameter settings may be made in terms of the cross-sectional areas of the air inducing structure 300 and the first airflow registering chamber 127, and the positional and dimensional relationships between the handle 110 and the outlet barrel 120 for enhancing the hair curling effect or other purposes.
For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 14-16, the air inducing structure 300 has an air inlet side and an air outlet side, the cross-sectional area of the first airflow temporary storage cavity 127 is S1, the cross-sectional area of the air inlet side of the air inducing structure 300 is S2, S1 and the S2 satisfy the following relations: S1/S2 is 0.5-5.
With this arrangement, the volume, velocity and pressure of the air flowing out of the airflow inlet 102 can be maintained sufficiently large, and a more uniform airflow vortex can be generated, thereby facilitating hair to be wound around the hair curling structure 200.
Further, in some more specific embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 14-16, the cross-sectional area of the airflow inlet 102 is S3, and S2 and S3 satisfy the relationship: the S2/S3 is 1-0.2, so that the air volume, the air speed and the air pressure of the air flowing out of the air flow inlet 102 can be kept large enough, more balanced airflow vortexes are generated, and hair can be wound on the hair curling structure 200 more easily.
For another example, referring to fig. 17, in some embodiments, the outlet barrel 120 and the handle 110 are both cylindrical, the outer diameter of the outlet barrel 120 is D3, the outer diameter of the handle 110 is D4, and D3 and D4 satisfy the following relations: D3/D4 is 2-1.5.
Therefore, the air flow is smooth, and the parameters such as air quantity, air speed and air pressure are reasonable during working.
For another example, referring to fig. 18, the handle 110 has a mounting cavity 111 and an air inducing opening 112 communicating with the mounting cavity 111, the air outlet cylinder 120 has an inner cavity 121, one end of the inner cavity 121 is open to form a first air outlet 123, the air inducing structure 300 is mounted in the mounting cavity 111, a distance from the air inducing structure 300 to the air inducing opening 112 is L1, a distance from the air inducing structure 300 to the first air outlet 123 is L2, and L1 and L2 respectively satisfy the following relations: l1 is 60-140 mm, L2 is 80-160 mm.
With this arrangement, the distance from the induced air structure 300 to the induced air opening 112 is L1, the distance from the induced air structure 300 to the first air outlet 123 is L2, and since L1 and L2 respectively satisfy the following relations: l1 is 60 ~ 140mm, and L2 is 80 ~ 160mm for the distance of induced air structure 300 to induced air opening 112 and the distance of induced air structure 300 to first air outlet 123 are all far away, can make the flow of air current in air hair curling device more stable on the basis of keeping the original size of air hair curling device, reduce the noise, improve air hair curling device's performance.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the heating structure 400 includes a heating rod 410, the hair curling structure 200 is sleeved on the heating rod 410, the heating rod 410 is connected to the power module 140 and the control module 130, the control module 130 controls the power module 140 to heat the heating rod 410, so as to raise the temperature of the heating rod 410, and then the temperature is transmitted to the hair curling structure 200, so as to deform the hair wound on the hair curling structure 200, thereby completing hair curling.
In one specific embodiment, the hair curling structure 200 includes a first hair curling element 210, the first hair curling element 210 including a first hair curling element 211 and a second hair curling element 212 that are releasably coupled, the first hair curling element 211 being formed of a thermally conductive material, and the second hair curling element 212 being formed of a thermally insulative material.
It is understood that the first curling element 211 is disposed adjacent to, e.g., closely attached to, the heating rod 410, and the temperature of the heating rod 410 is transmitted to the first curling element 211, so as to curl the hair. In operation, the second hair curling element 212 is disposed adjacent to the user, and the second hair curling element 212 is capable of providing thermal insulation to prevent burning of the user.
In some more specific embodiments, the first hair curling element 210 can be sleeved with the second hair curling element 220, and it will be appreciated that the second hair curling element 220 can increase the size of the hair curling structure 200 as a whole, thereby achieving different hair curling purposes. The second hair curling element 220 can be configured in accordance with the first hair curling element 210, and will not be described in detail.
In a further more specific embodiment, the first and second curling elements 211 and 212 may be designed in a hollow cylindrical shape, and the heat generating rod 410 is disposed inside the first curling element 211, thereby forming a cylindrical curling structure 200 for allowing hair to be easily wound around the curling structure 200.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the air inducing structure 300 may include a motor for driving the blade assembly to rotate to introduce the external air into the airflow channel, and a blade assembly connected to the control assembly 130 and the power assembly 140, wherein the control assembly 130 controls the power assembly 140 to supply power to the motor to drive the motor to operate, and then drives the blade assembly to rotate to introduce the external air into the handle 110.
In addition to the above description, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 19-20, the main body structure 100 may further include a wind shielding plate 170, and the wind shielding plate 170 may be integrally designed on the peripheral wall of the wind outlet barrel 120, for example, on the aforementioned housing peripheral wall 1252, so as to prevent the airflow from blowing out and striking the face of the user, so that the user has a better use experience, and the airflow blocked by the wind shielding plate 170 returns to the hair curling region 103 again, so as to increase the tangential wind speed of the airflow and improve the hair curling effect.
Throughout the description, it will be understood that the "airflow path" defined herein by the handle 110 and the outlet barrel 120 is understood to originate at the air induction opening 112, to pass through the mounting cavity 111, the mounting opening 122, the first airflow temporary storage cavity 127, and finally to terminate at the airflow inlet 102, and that air forms an airflow in the airflow path and finally enters the hair curling region 103 to form an airflow vortex in the hair curling region 103, thereby achieving hair curling.
Further, in the description herein, it is noted that the interior cavity 121 is defined by the barrel housing 125 and has a maximum volume, and that the interior space of the hair sleeve 126 defines the hair curling cavity 101 and the hair curling region 103 is defined by the hair curling structure 200 disposed in the hair curling cavity 101 after the hair sleeve 126 is received in the interior cavity 121, whereby the meaning of the interior cavity 121, the hair curling cavity 101 and the hair curling region 103 is to be properly understood.
Finally, the angle of the airflow inlets 102 may be varied accordingly as described in the embodiments herein, such as in the example shown in FIG. 5 where the airflow vortex created by airflow entering the hair curling region 103 from the airflow inlets 102 has a tendency to move clockwise, thereby enabling hair to be wound in a clockwise direction around the hair curling structure 200, and in the example shown in FIG. 6 where the airflow vortex created by airflow entering the hair curling region 103 from the airflow inlets 102 has a tendency to move counter-clockwise, thereby enabling hair to be wound in a counter-clockwise direction around the hair curling structure 200. As can be seen from the foregoing, the airflow inlets 102 are formed on the hair curling sleeve 126, so that when the hair curling direction in the hair curling region 103 needs to be changed, only the corresponding hair curling sleeve 126 needs to be changed, and the changing process is very convenient as can be seen from the foregoing description of the specific structure of the hair discharging barrel 120.
