一种数据传输方法、通信设备及网络设备,方法包括:接收第一指示信息,第一指示信息用于指示传输块大小TBS门限;从网络设备接收第二指示信息,第二指示信息用于指示候选TBS的数量N;获取第一TBS集合,第一TBS集合中元素的数量等于候选TBS的数量N,第一TBS集合中的最大TBS小于或者等于第一指示信息指示的TBS门限;在第一TBS集合中选择用于传输第一数据的目标TBS;其中,目标TBS为第一TBS集合中大于或等于第一数据所需TBS的最小TBS;根据目标TBS向网络设备发送第一数据,从而在数据提前传输过程中,提高了资源的利用效率。
