Technical Field
The present invention relates to data processing methods, and more particularly, to a network-based data processing method.
Background
The network storage device in the prior art is accessed to a network through a network connection unit, a user can access data stored in the network storage device through the network, the network storage device is suitable for various enterprises and personal independent storage data, the user can access the network storage device at any place where the network can be accessed by means of terminal equipment, and the data storage read-write scheme has data privacy, independence and safety compared with a network server. With continuous popularization, network storage devices are gradually applied to industries such as education, medical treatment, business and business institutions, government departments and the like, and under the condition that a user of a network storage device needs to establish a registration relationship with a plurality of network storage devices and login information such as authentication modes, authentication information and the like of the network storage devices are different, the user needs to record the login information of each registered network storage device, so that the user feels troublesome login operation and the user experience is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for logging in and accessing a plurality of network storage devices by using the same account number, so that the login information of the same account number is prevented from being specially recorded, and the user experience is improved.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a method for accessing multiple network storage devices by using a single account is provided, which is based on a data transmission network comprising a server, at least two network storage devices and a terminal device. The network storage device comprises a data processor, and a data storage unit and a network connection unit controlled by the data processor, by means of which the data transmission network can be accessed. And storing an account and storage device mapping relation table in the server, wherein the account and storage device mapping relation table records registered account information and the corresponding relation between the account information and the associated device information of the network storage device which is registered and associated with the account information. The associated device information includes an identification number unique to the apparatus of the network storage device, internet address information, and authentication information.
When a user logs in through a terminal device by using an account, data transmission is carried out according to the following processes:
the terminal equipment establishes data connection with the server;
a user inputs an account and login information of a network storage device needing to be accessed through terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment sends the login information to a server;
according to the login information sent by the terminal equipment, the server retrieves account information according to the mapping relation table of the account and the storage device, and sends the associated device information mapped by the account information to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment establishes data connection with the network storage device according to the associated device information, and a user can access the network storage device through the terminal equipment.
Specifically, storing the mapping relationship table between the account and the storage device in the server includes the following specific processes:
establishing a mapping relation table between an account and a storage device in a server;
in a data transmission network, when an account is registered and associated with a network storage device, the network storage device sends the account information and the associated device information of the network storage device to a server;
the server searches whether the account exists in a mapping relation table of the account and the storage device, and if the account does not exist, a mapping relation is established by the account and the information of the associated device; and if the account exists, adding the associated device information into the mapping relation of the account.
When an account number is registered and associated with a network storage device, the network storage device divides a data storage space in a data storage unit and allocates the data storage space to the account number.
In another storage space allocation scheme, the network storage device sets a public data storage space and an account data storage space in the data storage unit. When an account is registered and associated with a network storage device, the network storage device divides a dedicated data storage space in the account data storage space and distributes the dedicated data storage space to the account.
Specifically, when a user logs in through a terminal device by using an account, data transmission is carried out according to the following specific processes:
the terminal equipment establishes data connection with the server;
a user inputs an account through terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment sends the account to a server;
the server finds out a network storage device associated with the input account of the terminal equipment according to the mapping relation table of the account and the storage device, and feeds back name information of the network storage device to the terminal equipment;
the user selects the network storage device to be accessed from the name information of the network storage device fed back by the terminal equipment;
according to the network storage device needing to be accessed and input by the terminal equipment, the server sends the internet address information and the authentication information of the network storage device needing to be accessed to the terminal equipment according to the associated device information in the mapping relation table of the account and the storage device, and the terminal equipment establishes data connection with the network storage device by means of the internet address information and the authentication information, so that a user can access the network storage device needing to be accessed by the user through the terminal equipment.
Compared with the prior art, the method for accessing a plurality of network storage devices by using a single account has the technical effects that:
a user can access a plurality of network storage devices by inputting an account number once without recording login information for each network storage device, so that complicated login operation is omitted, and user experience is improved.

The following is a further detailed description of preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a method for accessing a plurality of network storage devices by using a single account, which is based on a data transmission network comprising a server 2, at least two network storage devices 1 and a terminal device 3, as shown in figure 1. The network storage apparatus 1 comprises a data processor 11, and a data storage unit 12 and a network connection unit 13 controlled by the data processor 11, by means of which network connection unit 13 a data transmission network can be accessed. According to practical application requirements, the network storage device 1 further comprises a functional unit 14 electrically connected with the data processor 11, wherein the functional unit 14 is used for performing other functions besides network connection and data storage, such as data encryption/decryption, audio/video decoding, file management, data input and output and the like. The terminal device 3 is used for establishing network data connection with the server 2 and the network storage device 1, and comprises a computer, a mobile communication terminal and a tablet computer. The invention stores the mapping relation table of the account and the storage device in the server 2, the mapping relation table of the account and the storage device records the registered account information and the corresponding relation between the account information and the associated device information of the network storage device which is registered and associated; the associated apparatus information includes an identification number unique to the device of the network storage apparatus 1, internet address information, and authentication information. When the internet address information of the network storage device 1 changes, the network storage device 1 sends the updated internet address information to the server 2, and the modification of the associated device information is completed. The authentication information is authentication information that an account can access the network storage device 1, and the authentication information of the same account in different network storage devices 1 may be the same or different. The authentication information includes at least one of password information, face recognition information, and fingerprint information.
When a user logs in through the terminal device 3 by using an account, data transmission is carried out according to the following processes:
the terminal equipment 3 establishes data connection with the server 2;
a user inputs an account and login information of a network storage device 1 needing to be accessed through a terminal device 3, and the terminal device 3 sends the login information to a server 2;
according to the login information sent by the terminal equipment 3, the server 2 retrieves the account information according to the mapping relation table of the account and the storage device, and sends the associated device information mapped by the account information to the terminal equipment 3, so that the terminal equipment 3 establishes data connection with the network storage device 1 according to the associated device information, and a user can access the network storage device 1 through the terminal equipment 3.
The network storage device 1 in the preferred embodiment of the present invention is used in each education institution to store data such as training courses, student assignments, activity notices, etc. of the education institution, and students and their parents as clients of the education institution can access the data in the network storage device 1 through their registered accounts. When students take part in courses of a plurality of education institutions at the same time, accounts need to be registered in a plurality of network storage devices 1, and the condition that the same account number is used, such as the condition that the same mobile phone number needs to access different network storage devices 1, can be caused.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, storing the mapping relationship table between the account and the storage device in the server 2 includes the following specific processes:
establishing a mapping relation table between the account and the storage device in the server 2;
in a data transmission network, when an account is registered and associated with a network storage device 1, as shown in fig. 1, the network storage device 1 sends the account information and its associated device information to a server 2;
the server searches whether the account exists in a mapping relation table of the account and the storage device, and if the account does not exist, a mapping relation is established by the account and the information of the associated device; and if the account exists, adding the associated device information into the mapping relation of the account, so as to establish the mapping relation between the account and the network storage device 1.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, when an account is registered and associated with a network storage device 1, the network storage device 1 divides a data storage space in a data storage unit and allocates the data storage space to the account, so that data can be provided to a user in a targeted manner and a relatively private data storage space can be provided.
The data stored in the network storage apparatus 1 by the education institution has both data individually used for the user and data that can be shared by all users, and in this case, the network storage apparatus 1 sets a common data storage space as well as an account data storage space in the data storage unit 12. When an account is registered and associated with a network storage device 1, the network storage device 1 divides an exclusive data storage space in the account data storage space and allocates the exclusive data storage space to the account, so that a user can access the exclusive data storage space to acquire data for the user, and can also access a public data storage space to acquire shared data.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, when a user logs in through a terminal device 3 using an account, the method for accessing multiple network storage devices using a single account according to the present invention performs data transmission according to the following more specific process:
the terminal equipment 3 establishes data connection with the server 2;
a user inputs an account serving as login information through the terminal device 3, and the terminal device 3 sends the account to the server 2;
the server 2 finds out all network storage devices 1 related to the input account of the terminal equipment 3 according to the mapping relation table of the account and the storage devices, and feeds back name information of the network storage devices 1 to the terminal equipment 3;
the user selects the network storage device 1 needing to be accessed from the name information of the network storage device 1 fed back by the terminal equipment 3;
according to the network storage device 1 needing to be accessed and input by the terminal equipment 3, the server 2 sends the internet address information and the authentication information of the network storage device 1 needing to be accessed to the terminal equipment 3 according to the associated device information in the mapping relation table of the account and the storage device, the terminal equipment 3 establishes data connection with the network storage device 1 by means of the internet address information and the authentication information, and a user can access the network storage device 1 needing to be accessed by the user through the terminal equipment 3.
