The home gateway is played through the IVR module to remind the user to speak out a next step of instruction, and the home gateway sends voice input by the phone to the cloud platform through the RTP channel for voice recognition. The cloud platform identifies the voice, converts an identification result into an instruction and sends the instruction to the home gateway through the management channel. And after the home gateway acquires the control instruction of the intelligent home, the specified intelligent equipment is controlled through the equipment interface.
After the intelligent equipment controls the interaction, the home gateway outputs the interaction result of the intelligent equipment to the telephone through the IVR module, and then triggers the telephone to enter the voice interaction standby state again.

Specifically, after detecting that the off-hook state of the phone is maintained for a specified time, the voice application layer of the home gateway feeds back to the voice server that the current voice line is in an on-hook state, so as to switch the current voice line to the on-hook state. Aiming at a telephone without an off-hook circuit and an on-hook circuit, a call ending key is arranged on the telephone, and after a voice application layer in the home gateway detects that the call ending key is triggered, the voice application layer feeds back the current voice line to a voice server to be in an on-hook state.
In the embodiment, the phone is placed in a voice interaction state, the phone is used as a voice input device and a voice output device of a smart home, the voice interaction requirement of the smart home is met, existing hardware and networking of a home gateway are fully utilized, and the voice interaction requirement of a smart home scene can be met by using a common phone on the premise of not influencing a communication service. In actual use, the utilization rate of the voice port of the home gateway is increased, on one hand, the phone is used as a new reference of the smart home, the application scene of the phone is widened, on the other hand, the cost of the phone is low, and the cost of the voice interaction equipment of the smart home is greatly reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A communication method of intelligent home based on a phone is characterized in that the phone is connected with a voice port of a home gateway, the home gateway is connected with at least one intelligent device, and the communication method comprises the following steps:
the home gateway receives a communication instruction from the telephone;
detecting the communication instruction and determining the type of the communication instruction;
and establishing a corresponding communication link based on the type of the communication instruction so as to carry out conversation or control the corresponding intelligent equipment.
2. The communication method according to claim 1, further comprising:
the home gateway monitors the working state of each intelligent device;
when detecting that the intelligent equipment has a fault, triggering the phone to play reminding information;
and stopping playing the reminding information after the fault of the intelligent equipment is detected to be relieved.
3. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the communication command is a voice-based communication command, the detecting the communication command, and the determining the type of the communication command comprises:
performing voice recognition on the communication instruction through a voice recognition module;
acquiring keywords in the communication instruction to determine the type of the communication instruction;
when the communication instruction contains information of any intelligent device, a control link is established so as to control the corresponding intelligent device according to the communication instruction;
and when the communication instruction comprises a telephone number or the character information in the address list, establishing a communication link to make a call.
4. The communication method according to claim 3, wherein the establishing a control link when the communication instruction includes information of any one of the smart devices to control the corresponding smart device according to the control instruction comprises:
when the communication instruction contains information of any intelligent device, the voice recognition module sends the communication instruction to a cloud platform;
receiving a result of analyzing the communication instruction from the cloud platform;
controlling the corresponding intelligent equipment according to the analysis result;
or the like, or, alternatively,
when the communication instruction contains information of any intelligent device, the voice recognition module analyzes the communication instruction to obtain an analysis result;
and controlling the corresponding intelligent equipment according to the analysis result.
5. The communication method according to claim 3, wherein the establishing a call link to make a call when the communication command includes a phone number or personal information in an address book comprises:
when the communication instruction comprises the figure information in the address list, the voice recognition module sends the analyzed figure information to a cloud platform, wherein the cloud platform recognizes a telephone number matched with the communication instruction according to a prefabricated address list;
the home gateway receives a phone number returned from the cloud platform and initiates a voice call to make a call;
or the like, or, alternatively,
when the communication instruction comprises a telephone number, the voice recognition module recognizes the communication instruction to obtain the telephone number;
and the home gateway initiates a voice call through the acquired telephone number so as to make a call.
6. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the communication command is a key-based communication command, the detecting the communication command, and the determining the type of the communication command comprises:
detecting a communication instruction based on a key;
if the communication instruction comprises a telephone number, establishing a communication link to dial a call;
if the answer key or any key is triggered, a call link is established to answer the call.
7. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein when the telephone is called, the communication method further comprises:
after receiving an incoming call, the home gateway triggers the phone to play an incoming call reminder;
and triggering the telephone set to establish a call link in a voice mode or a key pressing mode so as to answer the call.
8. The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the telephone is an off-hook-less, on-hook circuit telephone.
9. The communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the telephone is a telephone having an off-hook circuit and an on-hook circuit, and the home gateway has a ringing circuit, and the communication method further comprises:
after the call is finished, the home gateway judges whether the phone is hung up;
if the telephone is hung up, triggering a ringing circuit of the home gateway to ring so as to prompt a user to hang up;
and when the phone is detected to be in an off-hook state, the home gateway plays a prompt message through the phone to remind a user of placing the phone in the off-hook state.
10. A communication system is characterized by comprising a phone, a home gateway and at least one intelligent device, wherein the phone is connected with a voice port of the home gateway, and the intelligent device is connected with the home gateway;
the phone is used for receiving a communication instruction;
the home gateway is used for realizing the communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
